Close to town and comfortable for our stay. It was great!

Location was a bit hard to find off the bat but once located it was perfect. A hike up the hill but that goes for most properties. Quick walk into town and quiet!

I wish that there were more coffee pods provided along with some sugar. There were a few but most were decaffeinated which is a little pointless.

Materassi comodi e la doccia (acqua calda e buona pressione).

L'appartamento non è facile da trovare. Abbiamo messo un pò per trovare la entrata giusta (era già buio). Il riscaldamento ha messo un pò troppo per iniziare riscaldare (sembrava anche di non funzionare) Abbiamo acesso appena arrivati a casa e dopo qualche ore la casa era ancora fredda. I proprietari non hanno risposto prontamente. Al mio parere, mancano ganci per asciugamani per esempio. I calice di vino erano sporchi, ho dovuto rilavare prima di utilizzare.

Superb stay

Love the whole house, the facilities. There are utensils inside the house.

Location is far. Need to climb stairs. Can't get there via other staircase. Only 1 road that leads to the house. I tried other route it didn't work. Haha

Excellent.

A really great location in Zermatt. A short walk to town and all the shops and restaurants.

The lock was a little finicky, but besides that, everything was great.

Good place for a quick trip

It was a good place to stay for 3 days, clean and not that far from the center of Zermatt. Last-minute booking worked without any complications.

The property is clean and comfortable for 2-3 travellers. Slightly cramp for a group for four.

The property did not provide soap/shampoo. It was slightly far if travelling by foot. However, it has most of our needs covered.

Nespresso machine (would be nice to have 2-3 capsules in the apartment so u can have a coffee as soon as u reach and later on u buy from coop).

It was a bit tricky to find the apartment. Would have been difficult at night. It’s only 900 meters from the train station but it’s mostly uphill climb. A little difficult if u have too many bags. Apartment wasn’t very clean. No microwave.

Nice, but hard to find between other chalet.

Apartment was essential an comfortable.

We arrived late in the evening and we lost. No one knows the site, any indication of the way, not to easy to find. We put a lot of stress on it.

Great place - clean, well equipped and friendly host.

The studio is not big but smartly equipped with space minimising furniture. Well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, toaster, Nespresso machine etc. Super clean and easy communication with the host.

Although the unit has a lot of natural light, there are hardly views to outside (the unit is on the ground floor). The distance from the station/town center to the studio is a 10 mins walk (not an issue for us but maybe for others).

The location was not easy to locate, the entrance should have the numbers or name of the property for easy location.

Having few capsules of coffee or tea for the guests to enjoy after arrival would be appreciated

Clean and nice studio. Perfect for 4 persons. Easy to check in and out. Location a bit far from the train station but nice view along the way to the studio.
