You get what you pay for. In my twenties this would have been fine. I’m just a little too old for this now.

Proximity to airport. Cheap.

The plumbing noise was awful. I don’t understand. Why? The beds were uncomfortable.

The room was filthy. Dirty toilet. Lamb shank rotten left in the fridge which was switched off. Dirty linen left outside the room. Bathroom very small and broken toilet flush. Bare wires sticking out of the TB Ariel. Dirty beds and curtains.

Regret picking a cheap place, you get what you pay for.

The property was beautiful from the outside, plenty of parking and very easy to get to.

The room (room2) floor was very noisy when stepped on, the beds felt they may collapse if you moved wrong and the tv had no channels. The WiFi was unclear on how to access, so we left that and thankfully our own data worked fine! There was 1 double plug in the whole room (one side was broken) and that was expected to house the kettle, the small fridge and the tv! We didn’t trust the unplugged fridge so we went across the road and bought fresh cold drinks instead, which was disappointing. Actually there was perhaps another plug, by the side of one of the beds in a hole in the floor which we were too scared to use. The shower and toilet room was an interesting obstacle course, just to use the toilet both travelers kept hitting the sink when sitting down. The sink had no plug or cover just a hole! And to flush the toilet we had to push a little thin pipe that hurt your finger. We both decided not to use the shower facilities because we were worried about the safety of it all. The worst part of the stay was a constant boiler like noise that kept one of us up a lot and had very little sleep, and it is important to know that patrons who leave the downstairs attached restaurant were not quiet at 11.00 at night. Conversing and beeping horns until close to 11.30.

Not good

Location was good. Close to bus station

The room is very uncomfortable. The fume from the heating system was coning into the room. Noise that sounds like flushing from other occupants kept coming almost within 5 minutes interval so did not allow any good sleep. The house seems to be directly on a flight part from Heathrow so noise from plane take-off was very disturbing.

It served a purpose, I would stay there again, but after describing it to my partner, I don’t think she would stay there

Very easy to get to, plenty of parking in front and nearby streets. Excellent Italian restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff.

Room was very dated, beds quite rickety, shower/toilet room extremely small. Right under flight paths for Heathrow Airport, but windows were double insulated and it was not a problem for me.

Accessible to town and airport. Room and beds were okay.

Fridge didn't work. Bathroom was tiny, although the shower itself was adequate. It seemed that our room was above a laundry perhaps..constant droning sound.

Location and staff

Room not suitable for Booking.com, room like a room in third world, room very small and old. Private toilet was rubbish, so small that the door had to left opened for light and to be able to sit on the WC. Shower very small, hot water not flowing in the shower so couldn't have a shower. No table. Please remove the listing.

Just the location

The room was very very small. the bathroom was hardly 2 ft by 2 ft. Full of hairs and water clogging. The Wi Fi was horrible. I used my phone's hotspot instead.

Traumatizzante

All'entrata non c'era nessuno, solo la signora delle pulizie che mi ha detto due volte che non era questo l'ostello che avevo prenotato, allora sono andato via. Per fortuna mi ha aiutato una mia amica a contattarli; ci vado quindi la sera, la proprietaria mi accoglie, mi fa andare in camera salvo scoprire che il bagno non aveva luce e l'acqua della doccia e del lavandino erano SOLAMENTE bollente...un trauma

Glad it was only one night.

The bedding was clean

The room was small and poorly decorated. The shower needed a good clean. The loo and basin area was tiny. The tv didn't work properly. Electric socket was broken. The welcome was , shall we say, restrained. The word "Guest House" was inappropriate.

Good value for money

I was really impressed with this place, considering the price and location. Room was noisy with the restaurant below, however I was aware of this when booking. Lady who greeted me when I arrived was very friendly. I'd recommend this place if you need to stay a night near Heathrow on a budget.

Value for money but, the door situation would probably deter me from a return visit.

Staff were helpful and the towels were changed each day.

Door lock didn't work properly, could be lethal in the event of a fire. I assume this problem only affected the room I was in (No. 3). Toilet light unpredictable. Television reception useless. A second pillow would have been nice.

Broken furniture - bed & table Broken & dangerous electrical sockets. Toilet door that didn't stay shut. Toilet for slim people only. Rusty shower fittings. Nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom other than a rusty towel rack over the toilet. Nowhere to hang a coat.

Absolutely shocking

Everything. Shocked that you guys would associate with such a poor, dangerous and dirty place. Although I have added 4 photos I have more that I'm sure would shock you. I was in room 2. Fire door with a keep shut sign on it opposite my room was propped open with an overloaded plug socket above. If that had caught fire I had no means of escape. Shower base was yellow with what looked like urine and the shower rail was rusted, the threshold strip from bedroom to bathroom was missing as I found out when I cut my toe on the tile edge, bedside table was broken in half with a nail sticking out of it, mini fridge was on the floor, didn't work and had a wire sticking out inside it, the bed base was torn and had a brown stain on it, rusty screws sticking out of the wall above the lavatory cistern, spare toilet rolls were remnants of once full rolls. The noise from the plumbing was abysmal. The worst experience ive ever had. I can't believe that place could pass any inspection, it is an accident waiting to happen.

Perfect for a Heathrow stopover. Great being attached to the Italian restaurant.

Really handy the guest house being attached to an Italian restaurant. Left really early so can't comment on breakfast. Perfect location for our Heathrow parking. Good value for money. Would certainly use again.

Decoration a bit tired. TV aerial had been disconnected in the room, but sorted that out ourselves.

Nothing - it is very basic (almost spartan) but very clean and very welcoming. If like me you were just crashing for an early flight on your own tab there’s nowhere better.

Great place to stay, rooms are basic, extremely clean and extremely comfortable. The Italian restaurant within the property is out of this world. Parking is excellent. Will always use when in London even although it is 1 hour from Camden.

Phone number of guest house is actually number of restaurant - not made clear Guest house sign invisible in the dark + address is confusing Guest house hard to find + whoever answered the phone when I asked for directions thought I wanted to book into the restaurant + s/he struggled with English + I didn’t know I was phoning the restaurant Checking in supposedly starts at 3, but nobody around until restaurant opened at 5 Accommodation is comparable to run-down student hostel, but hey, whst do you expect for £40?! Whst a pity the ‘hostel’ isn’t run with the skill and professionalism of the (highly-rated) restaurant Taxi fares to nearby Heathrow are daylight robbery - not the hostel’s fault but worth factoring in when making a booking

Bona relació qualitat-preu per una nit d’espera per agafar un vol al dia següent.

Molt bona ubicació per arribar a Terminal 5. Net. Bona calefacció i aigua calenta amb pressió a la dutxa. Tranquil. El millor, a baix és un restaurant italià. En arribar, estaven a punt de tancar la cuina però em prepararen una pizza i la portaren a l’habitació. Era boníssima. El personal súper amable i simpàtic.

És vellet, però tot funciona perfecte.

Good place close to airport

If you need a place close to the airport, this one is perfect. My room was small and basic, but very clean and comfortable. I had a mini fridge, kettle, and shower in the room. Check in and check out process super easy and staff really nice and helpful
