The location is convenient, room is clean and cool, owner is helpful and responsive.

Tyler the owner is truly awesome, his recommendation helped us plan our whole trip on Vieques, and he provided us with extra accommodations when we needed a place to wash up and change after we checked out.

Mosquitos was bit of a problem in the room, but I guess there's little you can do in such climate.

Todo.Increible el lugar teniamos a 5 minutos caminando las playas y a 2 minutos la costanera con una pequeña playita. Habia barbacoa,pileta, zona de jardin con mesas y sillas ,libros,silletas,conservadoras para llevar a la playa. Habia cafe todas las mañanas con cereales disponibles,leche,miel,azucar,etc. A 1 cuadra hay un market grande para comprar lo que precises.La cocina es completa. El dueño es super amable y esta muy pendiente de ayudarte y guiarte en todo. A 5 minutos lugares para comer,alquilar carros de golf y adquirir la excursion a la bioluminiscencia u otras Excelente todo.

Good location, okay stay.

Good location. Clean and spacious rooms, beds relatively comfortable. Great communication and very informative staff.

Numerous cats, around outside patio areas which makes it impossible to use the areas comfortably and definitely not appropriate for guests allergic to cats. Also outside areas little neglected and staff not very accommodating.

Wonderful warm and relaxing - highly recommended!

We had a wonderful visit to Vieques! Tyler and Suzann provided a lovely space and first class hospitality at the Esperanza Inn Guesthouse! We loved the quant feel of the common area. The room was clean and very thoughtfully and tastefully appointed. We would love to go back and stay there again.

Great beach house centrally located with food, beach, and activities within walking distance

A lovely guesthouse with amazing hosts. Room was spacious with two beds and clean. Conveniently located half a block from the beach, local dining, and fun outdoor activities. Ms. Suzann provided tons of excellent resource information, tour tips, and specially tailored recommendations for the time we spent in the area. She knows all the hidden gems and the best way to enjoy them. The property was clean, well cared for, and easily accessible.

There are several house cats on property (not in the rooms), but better communication would give someone with allergies/fears a choice before renting. The cats were clean and showed no concerns or interests in the guests around them; they were just living the good life at a nice place.

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

The guesthouse is central to the village and yet you cant hear any noise, music etc. The hosts can’t do enough for you with help and advice - lovely people! Our room was excellent with lovely touches such as beach towel and cooler bag.

Would definitely stay again, but maybe a different room.

The location and the hosts were awesome. Very friendly hosts who drove us to our favorite beach on the island, Playa Negra. They give wild horses water when they visited under the carport. We touched them!

The bathroom door stuck when trying to close and was a bit rustic but still clean and inviting.

Exceptional and beyond what I expected!

Great location and incredible hospitality. Tyler is an excellent and thoughtful person. He does care about you and tries everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I got a lot of valuable information during the check-in. The only thing I wish during the stay is to stay longer. Vieques is STUNNING!!!

The inn is very charming and very well located

Tyler was a great host and had plenty of recommendations for us on things to do around the island to make the most of our time. He also was very accommodating with an early checkin and after we checked out as well which we really appreciated. The inn is very charming, with a great wooded outdoor area/patio and dipping pool. The room was very clean, with a great shower, and the beach bag/cooler they provided with towels was a very nice touch and extremely useful. Definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back in the future!

A very fun trip and relaxing place to stay.

We had an excellent experience there. Tyler and Suzann were marvelous hosts and made our experience on the island much more enjoyable. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of great advice on places to go and wonderful restaurants.

We can't wait to go back!

The guesthouse exceeded our expectations on all levels. We were greeted by the owners, who were kind to give us specialized recommendations on what to do and where to go depending on our wants and needs for our trip. We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days, and on the first day we arrived, we were planning our next trip there next year! Vieques and this guesthouse are surely the highlight of our 3 weeks stay in Puerto Rico.

Comfortable guest house central in Esperanza

Nice, stylish equipped room with comfortable beds and a quiet but very efficient AC. The guest house lies very central in the second row from the malecon. The owners Suzann and Tyler have been very helpful and supportive in organizing activities. Absolutely recommended!

Our stay was great and will recommend to others and stay again if we have another chance to visit Vieques!

Property was in walking distance to food, beach, etc. Tyler was very accommodating and gave us tons of information on places to go, shop, eat, etc. All access points were gated and we always felt safe. Pebble the Inn dog was such a cutie!

Great hosts in a great location!

Tyler and Suzanne were excellent hosts. They even put up a "Happy Birthday" banner in our room since we arrived on my wife's birthday and helped with a dinner reservation. They provided lots of helpful information. They had lots of cats that our daughter loved. It was a comfortable stay and in a great location near town and beaches and the pick up for the bio bay tours.

Hmmm...well, that rooster out the window! Ha! But, we were used to morning rooster noises by this point in the trip. :) We understand they are now actually trying to "fix" their local chicken influx. We would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay in Vieques for its hospitality, serenity and distance to everything.

Room was on the second floor overlooking a beautiful back yard, just a five minute walk from the beach and multiple restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was a convenient store up the road from the property to grab necessities. Tyler was very hospitable and is an amazing host. He had recommendations of places to eat, sights to see, and things to do on the island. He checked the ferry's schedule and helped reschedule our departure. Pebbles is the Inn's mascot and she keeps the chickens away. There are several cats around the property but they are just chilling keeping the place rodent free. The pool area is a nice spot to relax and watch the dragonflies play. All in all, GREAT PLACE!
