do NOT stay here! Sleeping outside would be better than this.

We felt like we got scammed. The property looked NOTHING like the pictures. Not one good thing about it.

The pictures must be 20 years old because this property was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were horrendous, the fan made a horrible noise, the beds had red stains on them like someone just lost their v card. The towels smelled horrible and felt like an old carpet. The bathroom sink was blocked and the shower curtains looked stained and gross.

Very nice stay close to the airport

The staff was very nice. Check-in process was extremely fast & breakfast started super early in the morning, so I could even get breakfast before my flight. Hotel looks a bit dated, but it is very clean and offers all the facilities you might need. Is super close to a lake, so there were some beautiful views. Enough stores in the neighborhood as well.

My shower was broken, which was a bit unfortunate, but other than that I have absolutely no complaints.

Served our needs

Quiet, comfortable, easy check-in and check-out (contact free). Nice that a 24-hour grocery store is just a couple minutes' walk away. Convenient to Keflavik Airport.

A little pricey, especially given that breakfast wasn't included.

It was a quick overnight before going to the airport, and served its purpose.

checking in was easy. no staff, just a key to our room sitting on the counter. Beds were good. bathroom was fine. Breakfast was ok.

The room was cold and the thermostat did not work. The bed side lamps had a bright display for time, etc - too bright and inaccurate. The place has no personality.

3 days to stay for lagoons and city !

Warm Rooms,clean! Breakfast was enough and fresh! staff so kind!

We asked double room for couple but we get 2 seperate single bed which they make double!

Last minute overnight stay die to cancelled flight. Clean and comfortable, good coffee, simple continental self service breakfast. Everything worked well. Would stay again

Lots of money for a poor value room and self service.

Near to Keflavik airport. The lady who takes care for the room was very kind.

Lots of money for a poor value room. The room was very cold. It took more than 4 hours to get warm. The heating wasn't working ...... Finally they brought to the room a heating stove. We had to stay there for one night because our flight was cancelled due to the whether. We didn't have another option because everything was booked at this area and we believe they are raising up the prices because they know that the travelers have to spend the night somewhere until the weather is good and the flights start again.

Convienent location in the center of Keflavik town, very nice and friendly staff. Superb self-service breakfast open from 4am. I loved the place and highly recommend it.

I had problems with key-card, it just stopped working from time to time and i coulnd get in my room. But anyway the receptionist was very nice and everytime i called or asked, she changed the card or gave me additional one.

Comfortable hotel close to the airport and restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel Jazz was great! Our first time staying in a self service hotel. Located in a nice neighborhood close to the airport. Room was clean, large bathroom. Nice breakfast included.

Superb

Great value for money. There wasn’t anything that we could complain about. The room size is small but as we had booked two adjacent rooms for the 4 of us, it worked well. The location is great with so many restaurants just a couple of mins walk away.

place was nice. large, comfortable common sitting area to relax in. good variety of food for the self serve breakfast.

no staff on site. no issue for us, but if one needed assistance it could be an issue for them.
