Value for money

Καθαρό , Άνετο , ευρύχωρο, πολύ καλό το κρεβάτι , blackout κουρτίνες , τέλεια τοποθεσία, πολύ συνεργάσιμοι ιδιοκτήτεσ , εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, γενικά εξαιρετικη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.

Κάναμε μπάνιο πολύ αργά το βράδυ και το νερό δεν ήταν ζεστό ήταν απλά χλιαρό .

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. In der Nähe vom Flughafen.

Sehr sauber, check-in unkompliziert (Türcode wurde vorgängig mitgeteilt). Bettwäsche etc. sehr sauber. Genügend Hand- und Badetücher. Guter Wasserdruck bei der Dusche.

Cosy flat, equipped with everything you may need, close to the beach and the airport.

The apartment is cosy, spacious and well air-conditioned (we were visiting in August when it was quite hot outside). It has everything you might need for your stay - fully equipped small kitchen and comfy bedroom. The check in was easy, we got all the info we needed over the email. It was quiet and the planes did not bother us (with windows closed). It’s a great deal for the money and would definitely come back. Thanks for the nice stay!

If you are looking for a sea/lake view from the terrace, you might not find it but that didn’t matter to us.

Best option in Larnaca

Everything was perfect. Location is very good, near the airport, near the beach and bus stops, apartment was very clean and both rooms had AC which made it even better. Water bottle in the fridge was a plus for them. They called a taxi for us to the airport. I told the owners I was very impressed and happy. I will definitely come back next time in Cyprus and I will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for everything!

The best experience ;)

The apartment is really nice and very very clean All staff was working good The pictures and the apartment is the same Is so comfortable Have a balcon you can take the breakfast watching the sea. The location is perfect We have everything near Super markets Restaurants etc And just 5m walking we have 2 beach The transportation bus 425 is 3 minutes walking and will conect with all city-airport etc In the night is very quiet The check in and check out is really easy The owner is really friendly and if you need anything he will help you quick fast And the more important I feel safe I feel in my home I recommend it 1000% The best experience I will come back. And also people in cyprus Are amazing All speak English And they are really nice and respectful

Ok for stay over if early airport flight.

Clean and only a few minutes drive from the airport. Beds were comfortable. Apartment clean, fridge and basic cooking facilities.

On arrival the door to the apartment block was locked, the whole block looked completely deserted with minimal lights on. For some reason we hadn't recieved any messages about the key collection, although the host said they had been sent. We rang the number and got instructions straight away so that was good. It wasn't clear on booking.com that there would be no staff around, we anticipated more of a hotel type feel with a basic reception. It felt like we were the only people in the block until about 10pm, when other apartment(s) became noisy with TV and noise until about 2am which was a bit frustrating but I suppose to be expected in a block.

it had the facilities they promissed but could be cleaner and the staff more approachable

I understand that was not expensive so I didn’t expect much, so yes, it had 2 bedrooms

-it was dirty (dirty walls , the kitchen was sticky) -not ironed bedsheets. -I received a message from the staff, “if you need anything these are our contact numbers..” when sending a message on the numbers very rudely who is this? text on the app

Very good

We were moved from Pasithea Apartment to Levante (same owner). It was nice place in the centre. Paid parking spot opposite. Communication via booking was not sufficient, the first night we didn't have a baby cot that was promised. But we got it right after noticing. So finnaly everything was ok.

Floor could be cleaner. Soap dispensers did not work.

lovely stay - but in ANOTHER (upgraded) apartment

we were ‘upgraded’ to another apartment (in city centre / very near beach) we were not charged any extra & the apartment we staying in was really good! near centre / beach / bars / shops etc excellent apartment!

Lovely apartment - exactly where & what we needed!

everything - hosts ‘upgraded’ us to another apartment at the last minute! FABULOUS!! it was in centre, near beach / shops / restaurants / bars / bus stop!! (no extra charge). This ‘upgraded apartment’ was clean & had everything one could want! THANKS FOR THE UPGRADE!! EXCELLENT 👍

Good location, close to Makenze beach. Not fare from airport and main roads.

In my opinion facilities need renovation, but for the overnight sleeping is OK:) Lack of some basic kitchen equipment.

The overall size of the apartment. Good internet speed.

Lack of maintenance and basic stuff like soap. Dirty surfaces and general lack of proper cleaning. The bed is not the best. TV was not working.

Good

The apartment was clean, there were more fresh towels per person, the bed was comfortable. When we asked for a cleaning, it was nicely done, we received new sheets and also new towels. Also it's in a friendly area, but better if you have a rental car.

The kitchen should be more well-equipped, for example with a microwave, pasta strainer, wooden spoon, at least 2 bowls (for soup, or pasta, etc.), bigger mugs for tea or coffe with milk, toaster. We couldn't close the window in the bathroom, there was a handle missing, but we notified the owner and he came to fix it. Also the tv could be a smart one, so guests could watch anything on Netflix, because the cable tv really wasn't for tourists (many channels, but not one that is in English, and enjoyable).

Great location (as long as someone doesn't have problems with loud music). Super friendly and helpful host! We even got ingredients for a breakfast what was super nice. You could easily park your car in front of the house. The apartment is big, but everything is there (AC, iron, dryer, kitchen appliances). Greate view from the balcony!

Renovated apartment BUT very unhealthy bathroom

1) No staff at all (self check-in & self check-out). Reception was always empty 2) Bathroom was very dirty (we were having shower only woth our slippers because they did not change it since the building was built). Also bathroom's window was in a very bad condition as well so we closed it and did not open it at all. Very rusty in general which is very unhealthy!!! 3) Tv was not working 4) smelly corridors 5) No sockets in bedroom 6) Owner tried to make excuses about the bathroom and did not like that we called to mention what we did not like

- comfortable bed - hot water with great pressure in the shower, which is not a matter of course in Cyprus - near to the airport (5min drive)

- uncomfortable smell in the bathroom - too old bathtub - dusty blanket
