The swimming pool was cleaned every day, the garden was well maintened. They came to change linen and towels after two days. Blackout curtains in the bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine facilities.

The house layout is good but the palce needs renovation. There was a smell of mold probably from the swimming pool and there was humidity in between one double window. The walls need to be painted as they dont look clean. They need to provide second set of keys as we were six people and had to coordinate who gets the key everyday. The gate does not open without a remote control so your vehicle can stay locked in if somebody goes out with the one and only set of keys. Other guests woke us up in the night as they had no way to go out of the gate. The bed could be more comfortable.

Location was in a quiet street. 10 Minutes walk from the centre of Protaras and 10 Minutes drive to Ayia Napa.

spacious inside the property, quiet location and well maintained, clean gated complex. pool area felt private. great for family with young children. beach, taverna and shops in close location. need car to get to centre of protaras. Support staff were all excellent

One of the best holiday home!

This place has everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, towels, pool towels, safe and so much other stuff. They provide dishwasher tabs, rags, drying towels etc etc. A very friendly cleaning staff comes twice a week, and they will help with anything you need. The garden is nicely grown in. The place is 10 minutes away to a nice little beach where you can rent a sun chair and umbrella. We usually preferred going back to the villa after swimming. A supermarket is 5 minutes walk, and the bus stops are also very close.

Would recommend a stay at this villa. Clean and tidy. Pool area clean. Facilities inside very good.

Lovely villa, spacious inside and out. Security excellent, new towels every other day. Pool lovely, very comfortable seating and bedding.

En-suite could have been little bigger and door opening very awkward, but still lovely.

Lovely villa,well maintained, convinient for shops and the buses.

The pool was lovely although not heated it was still warm enough that we swam in it every day in early October. The sun near the pool is blocked by the villa for a couple of hours so it feels abit colder but it didn’t bother us too much.

Ants... unfortunately they seem to have set up camp in the kitchen area and you couldn’t leave anything out or in the cupboards. The hotel a few hundred metres away has entertainment until after 10 at night which was quite loud and we ended up letting our little one sleep in our bed a couple of nights .
