Could be better.

Very good location. The receptionists were friendly and did their best to solve our problem. The cleaners cleaned the apartment every day, towels were changed every two days.

Aparthotel needs to be better maintained. The ground floor apartments were full of mosquitoes, so we asked at the reception for another apartment on the 1st floor. The receptionist called the cleaner to disinfect the suite, but then we couldn't go in for more than two hours. He did his best to get us another suite the next day, but only after we had water running from the wall vent in our bathroom, and the whole bathroom was flooded. Unfortunately, the new apartment was not used for a long time (although we were told the day before that all the apartments were rented out, which turned out to be untrue). For more than 2 hours, brown water flowed from all the taps because the water heater hadn't been used for a long time. The bidet faucet was leaking. The apartment had the smell of a stuffy and unventilated room. But after a few hours, it was comfortable when it was ventilated and running clean water. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cutlery and crockery. Unfortunately, there were no kitchen towels available either.

Rent, bra beläget och otroligt prisvärt boende som jag kan rekommendera.

Mycket prisvärd, bra läger med nära till strand och huvudgata. Trevlig personal.

Köket saknade några tillbehör som micro, knivar, fler kastruller, diskmedel, sax m m. Vi bad om kniv att skära med i receptionen och fick det omgående. Även mycket hjälpsamma med handdukar.

Schöne Lage, wenig Caring

Meeresblick über Palmen und kleine Villen aus zweiter Reihe, Nähe zum Strand und zu netten Cafés, Bars, und Minimärkten. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, viel Platz, Sauberkeit

Management nicht im Haus,sondern im Porto Antiguo, wenig Reaktion auf Reklamationen, fehlende oder runterhängende Vorhänge, Schimmel von Wasserschaden im Bad, verstopfte Abflüsse.

Kävin tulopäivänä noin 11.30 varmistamassa että onko meidän toivomus ok, siis kirjautuminen klo 13 Eivät tienneet mistään toivomuksesta mutta klo 14 olisi huone valmis. Saavuimme klo 14 jälkeen ja meille kerrottiin että Nautiluksesta ei löydy vapaata huonetta teillee. Henkilökunta ihmetteli että eikö kukaan ollut kertonut meille hotellin vaihdosta, no ei ollu. Niin että teidän pitää vaihtaa hotelli muutama sata metriä eteenpäin. Henkilökunta opasti meidät toiseen hotelliin mikä oli vielä kolmannessa kerroksessa ilman hissiä. Parvekkeella oli maalari maalammassa. Seuraavana päivänä oli mahdullisuus vaihta takas Nautilukseen mikä oli suuri virhe. Itse jouduin konkkamaan kaikki kamat, koirahäkki(iso) kaksi matkalaukkua, reput,ruuat, juomat. Huone oli tosi tunkkainen, vähän kellerin tyyppinen haju. Iso homeinen läikkä (puolen metrin halkasia)kylpyhuoneessa. Lavuaareista puuttui tulppat, siis iso syvä reikä. Ilmastointi ei toiminut ollenkaan, istuttiin 4 tuntia ulkona (15-19)ja koira vessassa piilossa kun asentaja yritti saada ilmastoinnin kuntoon, ei tullut koskaan kuntoon. Huoneistossa niin kuuma ja huono ilma. Henkilökunta teki parhaansa. Kun oli maksun paikka niin eivät tulleet yhtään vastaan vaan täys hinta. Että semmoinen kokemus.
