Beautiful stay in Costa Rei

Laura was really helpful even though we spoke no Italian. The accommodation was really beautiful, eating breakfast on the balcony was a daily highlight. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the shower had good power. The beach near the apartment was gorgeous too.

The location was a bit too remote for us but perfect if you're with your family.

Proximity to the beach and superb food in the restaurant, programs on the piazza in the evening

Couldn't really use the sea side terrasse, it was almost from mid day under the sun.

Superb

Excellent location, convenient for a long and beautiful Costa Rei beach and many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The plaza with gelato and music downstairs and the very good restaurant make your vacation as a family easy. The apartments are spacious, bright and clean. Always great communication and help from Laura. We came 2 years in a row and will be back again.

Exceptional

Big appartment with good equipment. Two large balkonys with beautiful view. The area is very pretty and close to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Great location near beach and all facilities. Comfortable apartments.

Excellent location very near (5 min walk) the wonderful Costa Rei beach. Everything you need is just outside, within the apartment complex - very good restaurant, bakery, gelateria, enoteca. Also a supermarket within 1 block walking. The apartments are spacious, clean and bright. Perfect for families. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Early July is the best time to go to Sardinia as it is far less crowded than August. Many nice cafés and bars on the beach, lots of space, good service.

Everything is extra charge, for example air conditioning, WiFi, microwave, use of washing machine. Would prefer to pay a bit higher price and not worry about paying everything extra.

-close to the beach -nice complex -spacious apartments -nice balcony

- you have to pay extra for everything (from bed linen to wifi or AC). they tell upfront about these costs but its still annoying - host has an attitude that could ruin your holiday - they tell you to sort and get rid of the garbage, which is ok, but they don’t tell you how to sort it and where to deposit it. we did our best to comply but still were threatened that they will confiscate our cash deposit

Better as we expected

Maurizio and Laura were so helpful and friendly. They recomended us where to eat and where we could find the best atractions in the area.The apartment was very large, clean and furnished in Sardegnan traditional style with solid wood furniture and wonderful traditional details. The kitchen was furnished with all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. There was even a washing machine without extra cost. Around 50 m away we had a supermarket with anything we needed. Tasty icecream under our apartament, pizza and restaurant at the front. The beach had white sand and crystal clear water at only 5 minutes away from our home. On leaving we made a minimum of cleaning in the apartment and got our deposit back, imediatly.

There is nothing to complain. House was clean, staff friendly, close to the sea.

Good location, noisy and penny pinching!

Close to the beach, beach items left for others use. Apartment really spacious and airy.

The light and noise from the courtyard kept me awake until 1.30am a couple of Times and with no air con (well, for €90 extra!!) need to keep windows open. A lot of extra charges for standard things like bed linen, microwave.

Rip off - best avoid

fine location close to the beach, restaurants and stores, reasonably clean rooms

They tried to rip us off on every occasion. In the first place - the hidden prices. the price you initially see in booking is not the final price, as you will be informed shortly that you have to pay additionally for bed linen, AC (and it quite hot, you really need it), wifi and others. Soap or shampoo not provided, one roll of toilet paper for 4 persons… Secondly, They block a 150 euro deposit on credit card and a few hours after we left they sent us messages (all 3 apparetments booked for our group) with various false pretences to keep the deposit - dirty wall, unsorted garbage, while we actually made efforts to leave everything in good order. eventually they returned the deposit money, but they ruined our holidays and left us with a regretable experience.

Good

Close to the beach. Children activities nearby, good restaurant all around. Area not overcrowdy.

The appartment was just above the restaurant. The room for our baby was facing morning noise from the restaurant activities (glasses bottles etc).

It was the first time ever, I considered to get refunded by booking. In the end it was not necessary

The apartments are nicely furnished. The equipment is modern. In general, the apartment complex is well situated, in walking distance to the sea. There are a few restaurants close by, rather high price for value, but it is okay. There is a nice ambiance.

For the price we paid, there were too many things which were not working in the apartment (kitchen stove, Wifi, TV, washing machine) and no one responsible to talk to. We were there for four nights. The stove was repaired in the evening of the second day. We could not even make hot water for our 3-month old baby. We met the owner the first time on the third day: The washing machine was fixed (thank you), but at the same time we were asked to pay additional fees - e.g. 25 Euros for Wifi for one device or 90 Euros "additional" cleaning fees (in the end none of it was charged and we paid what was agree through booking!). The TV worked once for 10 minutes but didn't otherwise. The owner should make sure that "additional" fees are included in the price and charged automatically on the credit card from the beginning. This would avoid any discussions. If things really go wrong - which can happen, be ready to give a discount.

A perfect, impressive and unforgettable vacation.

A perfect vacation for us. The appartment was very comfortable with a big terrasse and a nice view to the Piazza Italia. The beaches are very close and there are a lot of possibilities to buy necessary things in small stores or the supermarkets also near to the appartment. Maurizio is a super and very friendly and helpful host with many good suggestions. We will come again.
