Great location! Watched the fireworks and drone light show every night! Parking at the house is a little challenging. House is a little dated, but clean and lots of room for our large family.

Property management is outstanding , house could use some work but overall we had a great stay.

The location of the cabin is decent. The inside is dated and the carpet is well worn. The beds could definitely stand to be replaced. The water faucets in the showers could use some CLR to clean them so that the pressure increases. The dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean. If you plan on being on the deck, definitely wear shoes. The wood is showing its age and there are many loose nails.
The kids loved it and looked past a lot of the imperfections.
We didn’t love it to the point where we would rent it again. But we didn’t hate it either.

The house provided exactly what we needed in a good location. There is some wear and tear that isn't completely obvious in the photos, but the price was right, it was perfect for us, and we would go again.

This property was in a great location, however, it seems that the owners do the absolute minimum to maintain it. The overall condition of the property is "worn out." The finish is worn on the floors and the kitchen cabinets. The carpets have large sections where the backing is showing because the carpet material has been pulled out. The counter tops in many of the bathrooms aren't attached to the cabinets. We had some sort of critters in the wall/ceiling of two of the upstairs bedrooms. A few outlets didn't work or were so worn out that the cord would just fall out. The management company sent out a maintenance man on day 2, who identified where the critters could get into the wall, but said an exterminator would have to be sent out. As of checkout, on day 7, nothing had been done about the critters or the outlets.
All of the furniture in the unit is more than 20 years old, worn out, and musty smelling. The beds have the cheapest mattresses that they could find. The second-hand bedroom furniture is from 1980's. The dining tables would seat up to 12 people, but there were only 5 chairs.
The "yard" (a steep hillside) is littered with trash. It appears that a new HVAC unit was installed recently, but the old unit was just shoved down the hill and it laying in the yard.
This property is not worth the money. They price it as comparable to others, but a motel 6 would be an upgrade over this cabin.

We loved our stayed! Everything was great!

Very pleased with this property and what it had to offer! The view is gorgeous and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely caution those who stay up here, though. Some vehicles had issues getting up the mountain on rainy days. But thankfully everything was great for us. A couple of random situations came up but open communication got the situations handled. Very happy. Thank you!!!

Downstairs bathroom looks like black mold in shower on wall. Furniture very used. Overall, we had a fun family reunion

The air conditioning went out on the second floor at midnight they sent a maintenance person with box fans the actual repair person did not show up until the next day. I tried to call the lady back that had called me with updates left voicemail and she did not call back. The hot tub would not get hot. The carpet looks hideous where there is rips and holes in it. The kitchen was not supplied good. The toilet downstairs had to be plugged 400 times to just get it to flush. The water pressure was terrible and it took forever to get hot. The porch deck is rotten and you could not walk out there without shoes on. This stay only had 10 adults and I would hate to see how it would actually accommodate 28 people with the toilet issues and water pressure. We did not report the toilet and hot tub as we wanted to enjoy the Jeep Invasion and not deal with maintenance problems the whole time. I would NOT recommend this place.

This property was fabulous! The check-in was seamless and constant communication with property management was appreciated. The rental provided everything the listing stated and was a great hosting location for my family. We loved the accommodations.

The cabin was clean, well appointed and beautifully situated high up the mountain across the street from Dollywood. The breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains from the 3 levels of porches which varied not only every day, but changed throughout the day, never losing their charm. Each night we were treated to front row seats, especially from the third floor, for the fireworks/drone show from Dollywood. A highlight for all ages! We visited many of the attractions and found the Explorie complimentary tickets valuable. All staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and worked to accommodate our needs.

We could not have asked for better communication with Natural Retreat. They were very responsive to needs, etc. My problem was that the cabin smell of mold and/or mildew. The carpet needs to be replace and the cabin needed a deep clean. A couple of the showers did not drain well, there was standing water after I finished my shower, there were blanks on the porch that needed to be nailed down. Luckily, I was the first to arrive and was able to go and purchase frebreze, other cleaning supplies and fabric Lysol to clean so that the cabin would smell clean once the other family members arrived. If you are bringing young kids/teenagers, you may want to bring your tablets/computers because their is ONLY ONE TV.

My family and I had a great weekend at TN Lodge. So much space for 22 people. Everything was clean and ready to go. Super close to everything, but still had the incredible view of the Smokies! The only suggestion I have is that it needs more towels.

The view was so pretty. The cabin was beautiful, spacious and accommodated everyone. We had 16 people and the property manager made sure to stay in contact with us and see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend for anyone.

This is a great place to stay with a large group. We had 28 people from babies to grandma and grandpa which was us and had plenty of room. Maybe another tv for the age difference in the game room would be nice. You could not have had a better spot for the fire works and drone show from dollywood each night. Parking is muche easier if each car backs into the drive. Would stay here again. Thanks for lending your house.

Great Location
This was a great location to get the family together and enjoy a week. With the family spread across the country it is difficult to find a location and get everyone there. This was just what we needed.

Bedroom/bathroom layout is not suited for couples. Seems there could have been a connection on several of the bathrooms to the bedrooms.

We visited this home in June with our entire family and found it a wonderful accommodation. House just needs maintenance and updates.

Family Vacation
First-Honesty: thanks to the staff that found my grandsons airpods when we left and they were returned to us! Second- Location: Wonderful but didn't see Dollywood fireworks that was listed for the evenings. THIRD-Cabin: the place needs some major TLC. Cleanliness was only eye level. Torn cushion on loveseat, Mold seems to be in 2 of the bathrooms, hot tub was unusable for 2 days(turning green), some porch chairs not stable, no dish towels or pot holders but they did bring us extra paper towels and 2 potholders., Major water pressure issues, loose bedroom door handles, was locked in or out of different bedrooms, clean up outside grounds around house. cups, baby diapers, cans etc. SUGGESTIONS UPDATE : TVs in bedrooms, blow dryers in bathrooms, cabinets refurbished, take down Christmas decor after Christmas. BUT the place accommodated enough bedrooms and bathroom for our family vaca. We were comfortable there but definitely needs improvements. Would stay there again if the place was updated inside and deep cleaned. Overall we of course had a great time.

Wonderful family weekend
Very spacious. Plenty of rooms for our extended family. Upstairs heat went out; these things happen. They tried very hard to fix it, but as they unable to, we left a bit sooner than we planned, but were fairly compensated. Amazing communication and responsiveness to our issue. We would rent this property again, in fact, we hope to.

Great location and space!
We were in Pigeon Forge for a youth retreat and rented this cabin for 16 teens and 4 adults. The location to the Leconte Center was amazing. There was a Food City nearby for last minute items, and there was plenty of parking. We did have to back in to the driveway which was a little tricky. We definitely had enough space to spread out.
The only "complaints" I would have is that the hot tub was broken, and there was only one tv in the whole house. So my kids were bored when we were there. The only thing in the game room was a pool table. Also, the sleeper sofa in the game room was unusable due to the layout of the couch and pool table.
Overall, it was a great cabin. The customer service was really great, and they stayed in contact with me to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks for a great trip!

Cleanliness, and Dead lady bugs
The overall location was great,Buttttttt lady bugs were everywhere in the the house every lamp cover had at 10 dead bugs in them that means house keeping was terrible! Also the cabin needs a serious updating furniture, rugs, bathroom fixtures etc and a new CLEANING crew

Fantastic View
The property was in a great location being just up the hill from Dollywood. We were able to watch fireworks every night from our decks. The cabin was clean but could definitely use some updates. Many of the bedspreads were worn and dingy, the love seat was torn, and the carpet was worn and dirty looking. The showers were also getting dingy. It was very well equipped with kitchen needs, dishes, pans, etc. Overall though we did have a great time and it was a great location for what we were doing!

Really nice cabin
Our stay went really well. We had to make a change in the cabin a few weeks before the date and the host was very accommodating. The cabin was very spacious; enough room for us to all be together but not on top of each other and had a great sense of privacy. Only bad thing I can think of is that there was a bad stench throughout the cabin but that was easily fixed with bleach, disinfectant, and air freshener. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great view and location
Cabin was beautiful! We had a large group of about 23 people, 13 of those being children. Plenty of rooms. WiFi worked great considering the amount of people and the air conditioners kept the whole cabin nice and cool. We were right down from a lot of the attractions. Cabin was everything that was described on the website. Highly recommend especially if you have a large group

Great location and space, poorly cleaned and very dusty.
The communication leading up to our arrival was excellent. Once we arrived and had issues, we could not get anyone to answer and email or return my call. The space and location are fantastic. Great for kids and activities. Our only concern was the level of cleanliness. I was the host of our reunion this year, so eight other couples came in from around us. We arrived to items from the previous tenants in two rooms and on the back porch. There were rat droppings in the first-floor bathroom and stained sheets in two rooms. The kitchen floor also had roaches coming from behind the dishwasher. I understand it’s in the woods but based on current Covid concerns and us seeing cleaners there when we first got to town, I expected better. Again the space is clean, but it would have been nice for someone to care about our concerns.
