Family fun, relaxation and excitement all in one fantastic location. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, the Ebisu Onsen resort is located inside the water park, offering access to water rides, dinosaur park, hot springs, steam, sauna, pools and temple. Free buggy service make getting around the park easy. Staff are incredibly helpful, always asking where you would like to go and offering directions or radioing the buggy service for you. Excellent BBQ restaurant (Asian Style) on site offering delicious BBQ combo meals, hot pot and a la carte menu.
Not all the water rides were running (this may have been a maintenance issue), but not really a big deal given there was so much more to experience.
Some guests were a little noisy at night, but not too late.

It's the only hotel inside the water park. If you want to stay there, it is your only option.
There were only few people inside the park, we had entire pools to ourselves (on a Monday).
Breakfast was ok but not inside the hotel.
Water park ticket is included.
The hotel has a strange vibe and does not seem to be fully booked when the homepage says it is. There were only few people. After the park closes, only one restaurant is open which is very expensive, almost empty and pretty much only offers buffet. I would suggest bringing your own food or ordering snacks from the room service.
Walking around the park on your own (especially after the park closes) is not appreciated, the personnel will take you to the restaurant (which is the only place you can go) via electric car.
As the water park and the hotel are in a very rural area, there is nothing to do in the evenings.
Water slides are only open for very short time periods. Height and weight limitations for water slides can be a bit restrictive if you are on the taller side.

The staff was very helpful. They arranged to add a vegetarian meal for me and my husband as there are no many vegetarian options in the restaurant. Also, they arranged a cake for my husband because it was his birthday. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay in the hotel again. They made our stay an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and I was surprised to see that the bathtub and shower use hot spring water. The view from the balcony was stunning. The bad was very comfortable. The whole experience at the hotel was wonderful, very relaxing, and enjoyable.
There was nothing that I didn't like. The place is perfect!

I like everything about this place, food are awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable, lots of places for kids to play. I'd recommend this place for family to stay and have fun
There are so much more potentials this place have, there are a few locations that are fixing or haven't been built yet, maybe it'll be done in the future

We stayed at Ebisu Onsen with two kids (11 and 13) and 8 adults. The hotel room was really nice. First the sink in the shower didn't work properly but we just had to mention it to the housekeeping staff and they sent immediately someone to fix it.
The slides and hot pools were great. Especially the pool landscape is wonderfully done, excellent work!
In the restaurant we had once Hotpot and once BBQ which was great and at a very good price.
Some slides were only open at a very specific time during the day.
It seems that only 1 restaurant was open in the evening.
The massage was not as good/nice as was the massage in a Spa in Da Nang city.

The entire place is very well done. We'll laid out and very safe. It's the most beautiful setting! I highly recommend. Was very good value for money too!
Not much really.

The room was exceptional clean and the stuff is friendly! We were greatly surprised when they refunded money for entrance tickets to the the park, as we didn't know it's actually totally free when you book the hotel. I believe it's not even mentioned on booking, So note this for your trip! The hotel is really nice and cozy, surrounded by green park area with the wonderful view (to the green mountains) from the balcony and with the big bathroom and bathtub in it. Which is rare for Vietnam. By the way they do have smart toilet, which is quite cool. It's quiet in the morning as well - as there is no visitors in the park yet and you can enjoy the nature and and birdsong from outside. The only one thing - their small fridge in the room is not cold enough so it's not really useful if you would like to chill your drinks. Anyway great place to stay.
Nothing to say here. all good, seriously.

This property is amazing all inclusive with the water park and hot springs
The only downfall about the property is the food and service at the restaurant at dinner time. The food is not amazing and the staff took a while to get drinks to us etc

The surrounding setting of rolling hills was fabulous. To be able to get away from the city and just relax, this was the perfect setting. We stayed here, to be able to go to Ba Na Hills (Sunworld) and the famous cable cars and Golden Bridge. Was only a 20 minute ride in the car to Ba Na Hills entrance. The hotel organised a driver for us, who arrived on time and met us after our day out, to take us back to the hotel. Great service. They also organised a car for us to take us to Hoi An on our departure. Nothing was too hard for them to do, and they did it with a smile. Good English spoken at front reception.
No complaints at all.
