We loved everything at this cottage. I stayed here along with my friends & we had such a lovely at the cottage & at the beautiful beach. All thanks to Rhea & Aldrin. Rhea was an exceptional host. Rhea made sure we were comfortable at the cottage every day by visiting us and making sure we had everything we need. It was an amazing experience living in this fishermen’s village amongst locals who were so humble & welcoming. We decided to cook our own food while staying at this property & did a bit of shopping in El Nido city before we could get to the cottage. There are 2 local stores in the village 200 metres away from the cottage that you could buy food, snacks, drinks, poultry & essentials. As we decided to have a BBQ night we even managed to buy fresh caught fish from a local fishermen in front of our cottage. This amazing experience we had at the cottage could not have been without Rhea. Thank you Rhea.
Fisherman's Cottage El Nido is quite a long bumpy and dusty drive/ride to get to the location. As this village is isolated they do not have phone signal/network and you need to purchase Wi-Fi which I felt was expensive and owner/management should have included the Wi-Fi with the stay.

The property is next to the beach. The host @RHEA and her brother JUSTIN are very nice and friendly and was helping us all throughout our stay.
On the way to the resort is quite dissappointing, so long journey in the rough rocky road. I mean the roads to go there is really bad. Some facilities listed in there page is not available, no karaoke, no hammock, and some board games aren’t available. During our island hopping, it says snorkling gear was included in out package u fortunately they are not provided, luckily the boat has 3 spares but 1 of that is broken.

The owner was not communicative. We got lost and had to ask the locals for directions. After an hour of trying to get there and trying to reach out to the hosts, the locals and the roadwork people confirmed that the only road to their accommodation has been closed for a month and there was no other way to get to there place, especially with the flood. In addition to the inaccessibility of the place and the hosts, the host was not accommodating when I made a complaint and still charged me, even though we were not able to get there whatsoever and did not stay. I filed a complaint and hopefully will get refunded because this is a fraudulent charge.

The place is amazing and the host Rhea and her brother are very hospitable.

Location is amazing, set in front of a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets. Caretakers went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were always on hand. Amazing people.
Difficult to get to the location, Road is a dirt track and incredibly bumpy but adds to the experience I guess.

The location was amazing, right on the beachfront. It's very quiet and the beach is beautiful and clean. It's a tough rocky/dirt road to get there so there are very few tourists. They provided kayaks also which was a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Compared to other nice stays the price was high given the facilities. No wifi, poor water pressure (we showered using buckets) and no breakfast included. We would still stay again given the beach and seclusion but we stayed at other nice places for half the price (granted they weren't beachfront). There isn't really any food in town, it's a modest fishing village with only one place to buy food, when we went they had already sold out so we ate baked goods for dinner from the local bakery. The property offers food options but their pricing is comparable to El Nido tourist restaurants. Cheap by western standards but expensive for the Philippines, we're traveling long term so are always checking pricing. The beds were comfy but the pillows were very uncomfortable, we just didn't use them, they were very large and hard.

We like everything one of them is privacy. Accomadating staff specially to Rhea and Justin we love how they taking care of us and the food they prepare for us so delicious. Even they don't have heater in the shower still can manage. All day have electricity. Fresh caught fish from the fisherman every morning and evening you can buy to them cheap price😊.Have some small mini store nearby nothing to worry if you forgot to buy some essentials needs. You can buy fresh local bread just beside of the cottage☺. Maybe we will comeback next year with the tea tree oil or virgin coconut oil for the Nik-NiK.
😁 Once again Thank you so much to Rhea and Justin your the best😘
The niknik (sands fly) after they bite you is horrible must have insect repellant. Also the service transfer so expensive, I understand because of the rough road really difficult for cars to access except if you have 4X4 or a good driver like Kuya Aga high recommend just request to Rhea☺. But you should provide company vehicle and driver at least to be pick up at Brgy. Teneguiban for free or reasonable price for your guest.4,000php one way is too much if the pick up area is near around Teneguiban. It is understandable the amount of 4,000php if from El nido town or from the Lio Airport. Or I suggest if the weather is good must have free boat transfer with in check in Time like for example from Teneguiban port the pick up location since it is quite near. Also if you avail there Internet connection need to pay for us it is a bit pricey should be given FREE to there guest since the transfer service and per day for there rent of the villa is expensive and no network in the area please be considerable on your guest. In case of emergency no one can contact them I Hope you understand what I mean. By this your guest is happy after long hour drive in the rough road. I suggest to put some fence in your property the neighbood can just walk in and out. But there are all nice just for the privacy of your guest is better.

The place was spectacular. The beach was amazing, and the staff (Rhea&Jeffrey) were the highlight of our trip for being so kind and accomodating.
The cottage is far from civilization. It's about an hour and a half of unpaved road, and it was rough. We were just glad it wasn't raining. Also, a lot of drivers from El Nido town wouldn't even dare take us there so it took us awhile to find one who is willing to drop us off.

The location was beautiful.
The sand was clean and the water was wonderful. Great location in regards to accessing the beach. There were also a few stores right by if we needed water etc., so that was very accommodating. The local people were very friendly and approachable.
Truthfully the only concern was the travel to the location. However, we were aware it would be quite the adventure to get there so we did not mind at all! The destination was well worth it.
