L’emplacement exceptionnel, la gentillesse de nos hôtes et le calme reposant de la maison
L’escalier en colimaçon un peu raide pour monter la valise et le mur trop bas du couloir au rez-de-chaussée qui mérite une protection en mousse

Fantastic accommodation with plenty of space. Lovely furnishings and nicely decorated.
Great touch to provide bikes so we could explore the city easily, especially the fantastic ride along the towpath of the river Somme. The accommodation was right in the centre with the best restaurants literally 50 yards away.
Stairs are quite steep, but we managed fine.

Lovely house in the centre of the city, bigger than we expected, nice sized garden. Well equipped.
The owner was nearby, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

It was an ideal location to visit Amiens- so close to the centre. A hidden gem. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
The spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge- especially with cases.

Fantastic location. Parking is offered but if you have a large car this can be quite tight. Host was very friendly.
there's a spiral staircase which, whilst ok for us, could be difficult for anybody with walking difficulties.

The location was good and the setting on the garden is really nice. It’s very modern and clean with washing machine and dryer facilities. there are also two bathrooms and two toilets which is great for families. The hosts were friendly enough and the wifi worked well but is not secure.
The host did not answer my phone calls upon arrival for about 20 mins and didn’t answer at all upon departure despite instructing us to call them at 10am. There is a bit of a language barrier as they didn’t speak much English. We had to stand on the street with our luggage while we waited for them to respond despite confirming the time of our arrival in advance. I think they should look at a lock box system so people can collect/return the keys when they aren’t available.
The stairs inside are very tight and there was no way we’d could take our luggage up them so we left all the luggage downstairs for our stay which was fine but something to be aware of.

Central location. House was very spacious and we loved the outdoor area.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming host.
The spiral stair case makes it impossible to take your luggage upstairs to the bedroom.

It was delightful to meet Isabella at the property and she took us through everything we needed to know.
Nothing - everything was great!

Lovely property, right in the centre of Amiens, which was beautifully peaceful as it's tucked away in a quiet corner. It was well furnished and comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

This is a great little cottage - a charming blend of original and modern features.
Ideal location - close to amenities but tucked away in a secluded corner.
The bikes meant we could explore the Somme towpath in both directions.
The outdoor seating area has a little roof, which kept it nice and dry when it rained overnight, and made it a perfect spot for chilling-out at the end of each day.
Miguel was very helpful and friendly, and forgiving of my non-existent French :-)

Just call the owner and he'll come to the house ! House was very clean and had everything you'll need for a family weekend.
Amiens is a nice city . We also visited Paris with the train . ( About 1hr trip ) . Very nice to return to calm amiens after busy day at Paris
The only downside ... I could not guess by the description on the site that it was located in a neighbourhood with a very lively nightlife... There was a gig 2 houses away from the accomodation which made my kids not going to sleep untill 23h or so... But only the first night (friday)

Excellent location, great hosts and a wonderful property. Public park (including boules and basketball courts) right across the road and turning right out of property is directly into St Lieu with riverside bars and restaurants. A few more minutes walk into the city centre are high street shops and larger supermarkets. Will definitely stay again.
Had a bit of trouble turning tv and and off but don’t think we listened to instructions properly!

the spiral staircase is a little unnerving. Not good for anyone with mobility issues.

What a nice family business. clean, comfortable, quiet, close to everywhere, kind and caring hosts... the fireplace added warmth to our evenings. Thank you very much.

Everything was amazing, at THE HEART of Amiens indeed, in the much coveted St. Leu quarters, absolutely splendid place, squeaky clean, modern interiors in a classic vintage house, top top class.
Very nice and welcoming hosts, bless them❤️
None.. absolutely none.

This place was right in the center of Amiens and the hosts were very prompt to welcome us. Everything was very clean. And the price was good.
We had a small misunderstanding about the parking. On booking says free parking but when they ask you if you want to park in the garage was not free. Just make sure everything is clear with the hosts. They were very understandable with us.

Thank you Miguel and Isabel for such a comfortable and relaxing stay in Amiens. I have never booked accomodation without free cancellation until now, but I read the excellent reviews and decided to take a chance. We're so glad we did. The cottage is located behind the terraces and is self contained, comfortable, secluded and virtually silent, considering it adjoins the busy St Leu restaurant area. You are literally 2 minutes walk from the heart of Amiens and can hear the Cathedral bells.
The cottage has everything a family needs to be self sufficient, it is really a home away from home. It also includes a garden with several cats to entertain your children. It is spotless and the friendliness and service offered here is faultless. I can recommend this to anyone especially if you are using Amiens as a base for touring the Somme battlefields.
Nothing everything was good.
