About this house rental

Absolute Beachfront location with no roads to cross. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the living area upstairs and the Beachfront balcony. Now with wi-fi. This modern home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The upstairs bathroom is large and modern with a luxury spa to unwind in. Separate toilet. Stainless steel appliances with a luxury ice-maker fridge. The main bedroom opens onto the Beachfront balcony which has an outdoor table and chairs. Another balcony comes off the kitchen where you can cook on the BBQ and see the cockle train as it comes past with beautiful, rural views. Max. 6 adults + children. 2 QS bedrooms upstairs,1 QS bedroom downstairs and another bedroom with two bunks (x4 SB). LINEN SERVICE is not INCLUDED but is available for $30/bed, including linen and made-up beds, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Overall stay was pleasant, although tidy the house was NOT clean. For example floors were not vaccumed, mopped & we found hair balls in the bathroom on arrival. Maintenance and repair items previously listed by tenants were outstanding. Overall we felt the house should be presented without these issues, we will not recommend this property.

The view to the beach over the sand dunes is absolutely stunning and we had a kangaroo with joey in pouch greet us every morning and afternoon through the main living room windows. Cannot fault the location, which is great for long peaceful walks along the cost and access to the surf. The privacy of the site made for a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend.

Spacious house with an amazing view out to the ocean. You can hear the ocean all day and night. We had a lovely stay. Comfortable sofas, comfortable beds, plenty of clothes hanging and drawer space, large kitchen with numerous pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, cups, glasses, kids plastic plates and cups. Such a wonderful location that was very peaceful and relaxing. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to Middleton and only about a 10 min drive to Goolwa for larger supermarkets, extra cafes, large playground and train tickets for cockle train. Would happily stay again!!

Location is unbeatable if you are going to be skiing at Mammoth. Walk to lodge! :) There were only two things that were disappointing: I had inquired about the Jacuzzi to see if it was working and the response back was “I don’t know”. Apparently they have not had the Jacuzzi working for quite a while so I don’t know why I couldn’t have been told that. Since you are told to bring spa towels I brought them for nothing. Bummer! No bath either. Also, no coffee.

Limited toilet paper, only 2 DVD's. No internet (in this day and age very poor although it was stated in the blurb. Ants in kitchen. Old TV's with no USB points, Mosquitos, Limited rubbish bags. Outside bin already full. Very expensive considering all of the above.

A lovely upstairs with great ocean views and very comfortable living area. The downstairs didn’t have the same quality of the upstairs. Couldn’t keep some of the windows downstairs open as the screens didn’t stay on. The downstairs, more than the upstairs, needed cleaning.

Lovely location and fantastic beach under a minute walk away. House is lovely and we enjoyed the view- we saw rabbits and kangaroos in the scrub.

Magnificent ocean views. We had a problem when we first arrived but this was quickly resolved by the owners. Upstairs is lovely and warm however the downstairs bedrooms were cold. The air con can be noisy overnight. Well equipped kitchen but a number of items required re washing. Overall would stay again. Thanks

Well set up holiday house with everything you need for a big group. A bit disappointed that both the oven and BBQ were very dirty and in need of attention. A house number visible on the street would make finding it easier.
