A wonderful hotel to stay in Luangprabang

This small hotel with 18 rooms capacity located in the city center, it is a very good choice if you want to explore Luangprabang.The lady owner was very nice and helpful. Every morning the monk will pass by the hotel and it's a wonderful moment if you want to give an offering to them. They also provided a good breakfast.

Super Lage und freundliche Gadtgeber, jedoch nicht so erholsam da es so hellhörige Zimmer sind.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Super Lage, Zentrum, Nachtmarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuss in paar Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, man hörte immer wenn jemand seine Zimmertüre auf- oder zu machte. Die Reinigungskräfte waren nicht sehr zuverlässig, sie haben über 3 Tage gebrauchtes Geschirr nicht abgeräumt und den Müll nicht gelehrt. Als Reinigung haben Sie lediglich das Bett bisschen gemacht, frische Tücher und Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt.

Great location, friendly staff

The rooms are clean and spacious. We loved the pool and the location was excellent, a 2 min walk to the night market amd lots of places to eat. The breakfast was good, but was the same dishes every day, which was fine but as we were there for 5 nights we went else where.

The laundry ruined two of my shirts by washing my white clothes with someone else's blue clothes. Just an FYI, still loved this hotel.

Authentiek hotel in prachtige stad

Mooi hotel in traditionele stijl. Kamer met mooie traditionele houten meubelen, ventilator en goede airco, mooie badkamer. Zwembad gelegen tussen 2 gebouwen met kamers waardoor een aangename koele plaats. Personeel was attent en vriendelijk, receptie heeft huur van scooter geregeld. Hotel is gelegen in het centrum maar toch in een rustige straat, op 100 meter van de nachtmarkt

Het ontbijt kon wat uitgebreider met meer beleg voor bij de toast zoals confituur

Noisy in the mornings, shower took a good 10mins to heat up and leaks during the night, breakfast options not topped up

Place to chill

The pool was great, and the breakfast was a bit basic. The staff were amicable and helpful with everything including booking transportation to the train and assisting us in any issue. The rooms were excellent and the location was close to the main street!

The place is a bit pricey.

Friendly staff, laid back vibe, but hot water & functioning online payments would have been nice

Excellent location, close to night markets and not far from the Mekong. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool – although it looks bigger in photos than it actually is. It was great that an adequate (not exceptional) buffet breakfast was provided. Breakfast room and small terrace are very relaxing spaces.

The hotel actually advises customers that they prefer cash but will accept credit card payments. In fact online payment of any type could not be used at any time during my 3-day stay, so I had no choice but to pay cash and this wasn't really convenient. There was no hot water that I noticed.

Very good choice and clean pool , close to all sights !

Jasmine hotel was the perfect choice for a three day stay in Luang Prabang! I was welcomed by the very friendly and polite manager. My room had direct access to the pool and had a little terrace. The pool is wonderful on these hot days and was extremely clean!! My room was cleaned daily and towels were changed. Altogether very good value for the money and location is great to all the sights and the night market. I felt very safe, as I am traveling alone. Thank you for a great stay 🙏

Perfect Luang Prabang stay.

Very local to all of the evening food areas, 300 meters to the bars/restaurants overlooking the Mekong river, nice little side road, great stay. Kevin the Manager was so so friendly, helpful and pleasant a really nice young man. Bike hire , transport, laundry done across the way.

Nothing it was more than adequate and a nice stay.
