Good communication with the chap bringing the key, he was exactly on time and did advise us on parking (use Parcheggio Stadio at Viale dei Mille 3) and activities (we would definitely have missed the early training for the Palio at 6AM).
The location is the big asset. It is right on the Piazzo del Campo. You enter through a door which (in Palio-times) is behind the boarding of the San Martino curve and, outside of these fabulous days, directly on the Campo. A grand inner court with staircase brings you to the apartment on the first floor. Your neighbor is the Palazzo Pubblico.
The facilities are great, everything is refurbished in style & modern. The big round bed is comfortable (we didn't use the fold-out bed). Good shower in a big bathroom. Thanks hosts!
There are only windows facing small inner courts so once inside you don't notice the location but that's also clear in the pictures on the web, so no surprises here...

This is a modern, stylish suite/apartment located in one of Italy's most beautiful squares: stepping out of the front door and into Piazza del Campo feels just like magic. All of Siena's main attractions are literally within a 10 walk. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning and the WiFi both work properly. Customer service is also superb. Absolutely wonderful all around.
The lock to the from door is a bit temperamental and at first we did not manage to work it. But, when we called around 19:30 to report the problem, a super friendly and helpful lady took a 45 minute trip into town and met us at the front door to show us how to work the lock's magic. This is a superb level of customer care.

Location was perfect and the apartment was stunning.
I could not figure out how to use the air conditioner controls (one controller did not have batteries, and there was a set schedule that I could not override to turn on the bedroom unit). But, it was cool enough to open the windows at night and not need the aircon, so it wasn't much of an inconvenience.

the person supposed to greed me after many commotion in Booking.com was claiming she is too busy to remember my booking … she was aggressive and not fit for a job! manger was more friendly but try to find excuses for her actions! regarding to apartment, location is good but bathroom is super old … zero national light in any part of apartment any time of day!

Location couldn't be better, very nice apartment

Exceptional location right in Piazza del Campo, the center of the city. Apartment is recently renovated, well-furnished, modern, and comfortable. It was cold when we were there and the apartment stayed warm. The hosts were very accessible although we didn't have much contact with them (we didn't need to).
Apartment seemed very clean though I did struggle quite a bit with my dust allergy while there. If not for this I would give the apartment a 10.

The localisation is perfect, the place is really confortable and we were very well welcomed.
The shower was a little bit broken but still usable.

Location was perfect.
The fine, fine print that buries in the booking app that late check in results in steep fees being added to reservation, payable only in cash.

Location is perfect, on the Il Campo. Out the door and then just walk around Sienna in the evenings.

The property is on the third floor of central property, make sure you follow google makes and keep your eye out because it’s only a small sign. But the location is fantastic. 2 mins from everything. The room was bright and clean, and Alex was very helpful. Because the b&b is on the third floor of a city building, breakfast is a short 20 metres away down on the Main Street. Good coffee and friendly staff but were only offered a croissant. All in all, would recommend this place to stay as the rooms are lovely and clean and location was ideal. Thank you for having us to stay!
Small breakfast in local cafe .
