Apartment is nice and clean. There is everything you need to feel comfortable while on vacation. Check in was easy, we were helped and they showed us everything. Our flight was late evening and the host lets us do late check out.
The pool was very hot, but we prefers ocean , not a big deal.

The location was very good and convenient
They really need to spend a bit on the property. Whilst it looks good and it was clean, the beds need to be replace as are incredibly uncomfortable (I have attached a picture of the base of the bed), I ended up taking the mattress and putting it on the floor. The toaster doesn’t work properly and once in the property, guest are forced to wear a bracelet and pay for a fob to get in and out of the building. We were 3 adults and we were asked to get two fobs at $30 dollars each (total $60) non refundable and money that I lost. There were issues with a 2 kids around 5 year old that they wanted me to pay extra $100. Overall, very expensive for what it was.there was no one waiting for us on arrival in spite off me giving them the time of arrival and I have to call multiple numbers to get someone to provide the code. I was unable to clean because the vacuum cleaner was broken and covered in tape.

Very clean. Good amenities. Great location. Front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Liked the balcony. Pool was nice, even though it was super busy.
For $300 a night, could use some updates. Beds were uncomfortable. Wanted to charge $30 for a pool key, which is ridiculous when I just paid $300 for a night. Should be included with the price. Could use some painting.

Apt was clean & comfortable. Pool was great. Pizza place across the street was very yummy.
Staff for the most part were rude and apathetic.

The pool hours are not enough; it closes too early.

They have a nice pool, it’s right by the beach and the apartment was super comfy. I’d recommend this to my friends. The apartment has anything you’d need for the beach like chairs, umbrella, tent, fishing rod, sandcastle stuff and a mini cooler.
The check in process is a little confusing. You have to get a key fob for the building and then give them a $20 deposit for the parking that you get back when you check out.

Overall, the unit (N5Q) was amazing. Clean and decorated nicely. The unit had everything we needed from cleanliness to beach chairs in the closet.
The facility, (The Tides) could use some improvement. There should be an easier check in at Both buildings. The staff was pretty rude too.

I was worried there would be a ton of spring breakers but this location was filled with families and couples. I can't speak to pre-covid times but we had plenty of room to spread out on the beach-just walk out of the condo onto the beach (didn't use the pool). This particular unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. I was also very impressed with the security of the building having to fob in and out multiple times to get in and to the actual condos. Also saw security guards mostly in the evenings, plenty of people cleaning the property and someone staffed in the lobby. Tips-there isn't much within walking distance (we had a rental car). Try to avoid the closest Wal-Mart, super long lines any time we tried to run in and grab a few things. The umbrella provided is pretty flimsy, it didn't hold up to some super strong winds the first day of our 10 night stay-also not UV protected if you have babyletsgetburntin10minutesskin like me! There is a tent like structure provided that we didn't use but it's a bit heavy to lug around but would be great for families.
If you are carrying beach equipment, luggage, etc. you had to use the service elevator. They really need two service elevators at times the wait was pretty long. Alexa was in Spanish lol, not helpful to this kid! See, being super nitpicky and I really can't complain about much!

The condo set up. Had everything u needed inside condo. Liked the location pool and beach. Enough room for a family of 5 in a 1 bedroom condo. Had wifi flat screen TV. Really really enjoyed our condo!
Had to be out of pool by 6pm with the sun still up. Harassed over not having shirt on when coming from pool inside. Washer broken. Beach access broken 2 days inconvenient had to walk all the way around to 3901 for beach access. Was dirty. Staff not friendly very rude! Ridiculous with the taking masks on and off. Dirty floors. Would try to stay somewhere else next time. ALSO did not receive 20$ back for parking pass due to valet not opening till 9am when we had to leave at 7am to be at airport.
