Exceptional

The owners are extremly polite. I lovedt the discussions at the evevings and the barbecue. Sanook beach is 500 m. LIDL approx. 1500 km. The pedestian street of Paralia 800 m. Very good location. Planty of parking places. The building was finished 2018. As I see the maintenance is working well because it seems still brand new. Very nice balcony. In half an hour: Olympos mauntein, Anchient Dion, Katerini One hour: Thessaloniki 2.5 hour by car Meteoras 4.5 hours Athen by car

Great place in Paralia Katerini

The host was very friendly, the room was cozy, clean, and had a nice bathroom. The place is quiet, not far from the beach. We would come back anytime.

Enjoyable stay at a nice hotel

The hotel seems quite new, and everything inside was tastefully done, with thought put into it. There's an elevator, which I didn't expect, and the room itself had all the amenities that I needed. The WiFi is stable, the TV is decent. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is quite nice, although perhaps lacking a bit of storage space for toiletries. I found parking right outside, and finding a spot doesn't seem to be an issue, even though it's a public one.

The sidewalks in the surrounding area aren't finished, and in general, the area is just being built up, so it can feel a bit desolate.

Best place to stay in Paralia

Great hotel, highly recommended. The room was clean, with king-sized bed and new appliencies. Very comfortable, very clean. The owner was extra nice and made us feel welcomed from the first day. You won't regret it!

Modern rooms close to beach

Modern rooms and bathroom, fantastic balcony with view, area was quiet with plenty of street parking. Owner upgraded the room since it was not peak season. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent. The beaches and bars - not at all.

Everything was good - the room was clean, big enough. It had beautiful view. The staff was friendly and polite. The location is okay - less than 10 min to the beach but really quiet.

It was hot on the last floor even at night.

Recommended

Great location for traveling with family. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet location for kids playing around the hotel. There are even some bikes and toys in front of the hotel that you can use at no charge. The owners are really friendly and always on happy-to-help. If you're Romanian, you would be in luck as they are speaking some Romanian as well.

excellent stay, recommend to everyone

Generally, everything was perfect! the hosts were hospitable, the furniture was modern, balconies really perfect and the location good enough, but definitely for people with personal vehicles. overall, we had an excellent holiday, and I will recommend the hotel to everyone !

The only thing we didn’t like was the living room in the Studio Deluxe which was very narrow, but we wouldn’t say that it was a big negative point

Weekend getaway

Hotel is outside of the rush and crowd,so we were having peacefull vacation. Hotel itself is located close to the main road,so it's easy accessible by car. Also, walking distance to the beach/beachbars and Paralia centre. Everything is new and clean, large terrace where you can relax after whole day at the beach. Comfy bed,towels provided for the room. Lots of parking space in the streat just in front of the hotel. We've spent the weekend with children there, owner Sakis was extraordinary welcoming and great host.

Exceptional

The owner of the property welcomed us and was very friendly and lovely. We had a longer chat about us and him, He offered us the bicycles to drive around and also to have a coffee with him in the morning. Overall it was a perfect place to stay with a warm-hearted owner. I can highly recommend the place.

A perfect stop over during winter whilst enroute on the highway

The personal approach of the hotel manager was very positive. Also a good recommendation for the Molos restaurant.

The weather … but we can not blame the Hotel ! ;)

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff!

New hotel, very close to the beach! The onwers are amazing people! Big room and confortable beds! Free parking in the area!

The bathroom was not clean! We have problem with the toalet!
