Чудове місце для відпочинку мам з дітьми

Апартаменти Адміністратора бачили 1 раз при заселенні - не турбували один одного. Пральна машина, фен, праска, бойлер, кондиціонер - все в наявності

При перебуванні 10 днів прибирання не було. На самій території під вечір дуже брудно, але це питання не до орендодавця, а до людей, які смітять, насправді

It was as expected. Some things need attention.The price is about right and will be returning again.

Location is verry good. Its the second time we stayed here. We got an apartment with sea view but there are quite a few trees in the way. So if u receive an appartement below floor 4 you wont be able to see alot of the sea. Both times we got floor 4, for me personally its enough. The appartement was clean except the floor we cleaned it. For the rest no remarks about the apartment, everything was working.

There is an reception but absolutely no indication where it is. Anyway, once you find it you the verry unpleasant person behind the counter informs u that its not his job to help you and u must contact the establishment thru booking to receive the keys. NOTE: the person that accommodated us was in the room next to where the guy was sitting next to the reception. We waited for about 10 minutes and got the keys to the appartement. The elevator was sketchy even tho a fairly new one. The door had to be opened manually by pushing it sideways.

Good location, poor apartment.

Nice location, next to the beach.

- one AC in the leaving room and none in the bedroom - no cover curtains on the window in the leaving room so once the sun is up you need to weak up. - no covers for the two pillows left for the extendable couch in the leaving room - 3 towels for 4 guests - basic kitchen utilities - for a five days stay one toilet paper roll and none toiletries - for a five day stay no cleaning no change of sheets - the tiles of the pool are broken, you can cut yourself at the stairs - construction next to you

A vacuum cleaner would have been usefull. Also, the some of the kitchen cabinets were a bit deteriorated, but nothing too bad.

the location is very good. the apartments are very spacious. the host is very welcoming. they have aces to a swimming pool and the place is right on the beach ! restaurants are close by. the beach is very nice. really loved it

the apartments are a little bit scattered, we were a big group of almost 30 people and it was a bit out of hand, but the building complex is not that big so it was not a big problem. The only place where you can hang out late is inside the complex and you can not make any noise, because you will bother the other residents. so no hanging out late ! :) You have to cross the bridge to Varna if you want to visit the city, which can be a little annoying and takes time.

Amazing stay!

Place was very clean, nice pool, nice facilities, good bathroom. Very good AC. Overall great experience! Amazing view from the 8th floor.

Some lamps didn't work. The hotel doesn't really have a reception which was confusing. South Bay is slightly far from varna/golden sands/etc.

they had a kids camp was over run with unsupervised teenagers , must have been 150/200 there pool badly maintained area attracts noisy fast cars racing up and down at night

Great choice in Varna

I really liked the pool, great location, good and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. All this for an amazing price.

Beds not too comfy, some rooms didn't have night curtains.

Location. It's near the beach. Elevator system is a little bit sketchy. You need a key to be able to use it.

It's a self catering apartment but dishwasher and toilet paper should be more.

Location

No facilities. Bad quality linen. No hangers. Poor quality kitchen utensils. Too hot. Air co cant manage all apartment plus was leaking on the sofa.

We liked the fact that the sea is in front of the residence.

The sheets had spots. It was very hot during the afternoon in the bedroom due to sun.

Beautiful building, very nice apartment. Stunning sea view.

despite being at the beginning of June, pool was out of order- because it was out of season we were told. Pool was one of the main reasons we booked it, so it was major disappointment. Also despite booking and paying for an apartment with view, we were told to pay additional €5 per day for the view.

I would love to come back. I strongly recommend.

The location was extraordinary. Beach and sea view both from the room and from the balcony. The beach is 50 meters away. The swimming pool and the inner courtyard are clean. The surface of the apartment is generous.

In the living room, the lack of a wardrobe or a chest of drawers to put your things.

Good value for money

Enough room for all persons, very close to the beach, swimming pool for kids. Sea view

Shower Drain had a issue and the water didn't go away. The pillows are very bad

beautiful view - no sleep at night 😉

The manager of the property was extremely professional: polite, very helpful and speaking perfect English 😊

If you take a seaview room, be aware of the non-stop noise that will come from the street. There is a construction site just next to the windows, that will work noisily non stop at daytime. You will see a crane working just above your head. Then There is a Rock Cafe on the beach. It starts working in June. Whole of South Bay property hears The music from it. The band works from Thursday to Sat from 11.00 pm to 4.00 am!!! There is no way that you can’t hear them singing loud at night. It’s just a bit less loud to hear it in your bed than to listen to it in Rock cafe)) Next come the bikers) There is a biker hustling spot at the yacht port next to the house. There road to it is free at night so they gather there meeting friends and practicing their motors loudly while standing and talking, and drive their motorcycles 🏍 very quickly and noisily at night just under your windows until 4.00 in the morning. It will be always actual for summer. I rented several apartments in the house for my family ( actually still live in one of them: if you have some questions you can contact me), so I can Tell that the music from the Rock cafe you can hear at night everywhere in the house from Thursday to Saturday until 4.00 am. So, if you like night life and will not get back home until 4.00 am, you don’t have to mind such issues - the view is just amazing)) But if you like sleeping at night you’d better find a quieter place in Varna. In apartment 10 , section 6, there are nests with swallows , and they are flying and singing on the room window and on the balcony. If you like birds you will find it lovely.

Great property, very close to the beach, fresh appartments, everything is new, everything is clean. Perfect!

I couldn’t say I didn’t like something..maybe the cold water in the pool, but since is September is understandable.
