The seaside town of Hemsby has to much to offer including crazy golf, amusements and golden sandy beaches! 3 bed berth two-storey chalet, sleeps 6. With double glazing and electric panel heaters throughout. Ruby rated. *Please note this accommodation uses a card meter for the electricity. On the ground floor there is the lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Kitchen with hob/oven and extractor over, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer machine. Lounge with TV/DVD player with Freeview and electric fire. Dining table with chairs. Bed 1: Double bed and storage Bed 2: Two single beds (one is 3/4 sized) Bed 3: Two single bunk beds Bathroom has full sized bath with electric shower over, wash basin and toilet. Chalet not the cleanest stayed in loads better ,will say has everything we needed for our week just the cleaning could have been better

Did not meet our needs.
Had 4 adults, 1 child and a 8 month old baby.
Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 single & a 3/4 single
Bedroom 3: child size bunk beds
Max vendor should have allowed would be 3 adults and 3 children.
Had to find alternative accommodation for our 4th adult.
Living room had only 4 chairs for the table. Larger numbers have to use collapsing chair designed for outside use.
Washing machine had no start marker, a 45 min wash was stopped after 2.5 hours

This place was horrible. You are charged through the nose for nothing. You even have to buy your own electricity... I have never stayed anywhere so unclean, (the bed springs pioked through the mattress), the woner is a cheapskate and the surroundings look like a Council Estate. AVOID

Needs new mattress and had to pay for electricity but didn't know until go there. Would have cost a bit of stayed for longer. Needs some TLC to make it better. Shop not open long enough.

Chalet was lovely and in a great location.
Lack of WFI for the kids was an issue
On arrival looked clean, but on closer inspection cleanliness wasn’t great. Mould on bath floors unclean. Skirting boards dirty.
Mattresses uncomfortable and duvets not clean

The property was lovely, however the bunk beds were actually for small children and not appropriate for teenagers, but both grandchildren shared the twin room, even though girl and boy. The swimming pool was out of action for the complete summer so caused great disappointment. Reception was permanently closed so no one available . Saving grace was fabulous weather.

Lovely property to stay in, plenty of room, nice and clean, ideal for a family with 3 bedrooms, nice size kitchen with full size cooker and fridge freezer, not too far to nearest town, beach even closer

Nice house comfortable kitchen and bathroom was clean two of the bedrooms floors were dusty had an issue with twin bedroom regarding cleaning spoke to office really nice lady very apologetic and got the cleaner back in, one of the slats on the bed were broken which we reported as it was at the bottom of the bed it wasn’t an issue for us.
The swimming pool wasn’t open which is a shame, but being end of the season it’s understandable.
The location is very central handy for pleasure wood hills, the broads all within a 30 minute drive.

Very disappointed as the shower wasn’t working and the cold tap on the bath wasn’t working either so had to keep filling the bath with cold water from the kitchen in pans back to the bath, which was an absolute nightmare with 5 of us staying in thr property and 3 being girls, we really should of been made aware that this was the case prior to our arrival, we would appreciate to hear back from yourselves regarding this matter thanks mr Johnson

We had a 3night break at bermuda holiday park, was lovely for a short stay, park was very quite everything you needed to entertain the children swimming pool and small arcades . Shop onsite has everything you would need.close enough to beach maby bit to far of a walk for young children after a day on the beach. But didn't affect our stay we drove the 5min and paid for parking. Our challett was well equipped would stay again.

Overall it’s okay but it was raining, electricity issue was in place, which need to improve (meter reader system), better heating options for downstairs. Chalet looks fine and clean, perfect when it’s hot and sunny. Located close to everything.

We were very happy with our stay. Property was great and was better than being in a cramped caravan. Check-in was very simple and we had all the information we required. The beach is a 15 minute walk and most of it was along the beach path so very enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay so easy especially in such hard times.

We were very happy with our stay. Property was great and was better than being in a cramped caravan. Check-in was very simple and we had all the information we required. The beach is a 15 minute walk and most of it was along the beach path so very enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay so easy especially in such hard times.

Fantastic Stay
The communication from the company was great in the run up to the stay we had. Very informative with all the details. The chalet itself was lovely and clean and a great spot on the site. Lovely and modern kitchen, and no problems with any of the rooms at all.

Weekend Break
Kitchen and bathroom and bedrooms very clean, only minus was a couple of cobwebs under the stairwell. Also the mattresses where very thin and need upgrading. Also it needs to be mentioned that the bunk bed and one of the single beds are only junior size beds at 5ft long. Otherwise nice quiet location and near parking.

Shame the swimming pool wasnt open again for the second stay at bermuda. Overall our stay was satisfying apart from the swimming pool.

Lovely break
We stayed at this property and it was great. We wanted a cheap break away and this was perfect, very clean & loads of space. We will defo come back here again
