Wonderful, spacious apartment right at the heart of Sofia

Everything! Location is amazing. Despite the fact it looks a bit foreboding when you first arrive at the front gate, access is super easy. And you are just around the corner from the main pedestrianised street with loads of food and shopping. Also, at Xmas, right on the threshold of a brilliant Xmas market. It was fab.

The range of crockery and utensils in the kitchen was slightly limited and the shower didn't work on all settings which was a shame.

Loistava sijainti lähellä kävelykatua. Hyvä sänky nukkua. Viihtyisä asunto.

Asunnossa ei ole kolmea makuuhuonetta, vaikka niin sanotaan. Yksi parivuoteista on olohuoneen puolella, eikä sitä ole eristetty muusta tilasta ovella. Suihkusta on hankala saada sopivan lämpöistä vettä. Se on joko liian kuumaa tai kylmää.

Good place!

Location,location...location! In the heart of the city,next to the metro station and lots of shops and coffees around. Beautiful church and small park at the front of the property. Easy and pleasant communication with the host.

Normally when book place like this,whole apartment, inside could find many bath and kitchen towels and bedding staff for all the beds in apartment. This time only one of the beds,double bed was made but...for one person and all other beds were messy. Yes,booking was just for one,but even so! Which make the place kind of unwelcoming. Kitchen was messy to. Apartment is roomy but somehow chaotically.Much space but not really usefully.

Апартаментът е невероятен,изобщо не ти се иска да си тръгваш от там.Има всички необходими удобства,за да се почувстваш удома си.Чисто и подредено е. Буквално е на 3мин от Витошка,което за нас беше идеално .Собственичката на апартамента е много любезна и отзивчива.С удоволствие бих го посетила отново.❤️

Great location. In the very center and very quiet at the same time.

The parking that is listed as available is a public paid parking. The host gave us 2 parking locations. One was closed. No shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Also no hand/face towels. Only big towels for shower. There is a coffee machine but no coffee. It would be great to provide also coffee.

The location was good.

Total fraud and misleading info! There are actually two bedrooms (the third bed in actually in the living room and has no privacy) and not three as discribed and there isn't really a parking place near by, only at least one kilometer away cost more than 18 bgn per night. The kitchen equipment was in poor condition - scratched pan and pots and not even a cutting board. The shower did not work well, we did not got enough toilet paper or soaps and to our disappoinment we got wet, raggy old towels. We did not got enough sheets for 5 people as we payed for and there weren't even coffee or tea in the kitchen which I think its the bare minimum as a guest. When I tried to speak to the host asking for clean towels he just stopped answering me. Highly disappointing.

The flat is large and has room for many people. The kitchen has everything for a comfortable stay. Checkin is easy and the host is communicative. The price is great for size and location.

This flat would be great for longer stays (week+) if only it had a washing machine. There is 2 closed bedrooms and one additional bedroom separated by only a large shelf from livingroom - this could be disclosed more clearly.

Great location, nice apartment

Apartment is on a ground floor and looks nice with lots of wallpapers. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night on our way to the sea. Five minute walk to Vitosha street with lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

Host was very rude. When we left they texted me saying that we left a mess in the apartment. We literally spent only a few hours there and took the trash out and washed the dishes. When I asked to please explain what did we do wrong, they haven’t replied at all.

Perfect location, good value for money

The appartement is spacious and very well located, it is perfect to visit Sofia city center.

The toilet and the bathroom were not very clean. There is no curtains in the rooms, and the stores still let the light on in the morning.
