Me and my adult son and two of his friends went up on the Martin Luther King holiday. This is the second year in a row. We’ve stayed at this place and we love it.

Property was beautiful, to the views outside and decor inside the home. Home was clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, and had great location. Would definitely come back!

This particular unit at the Reserve is very easy to access. You can walk to the front door without having to navigate stairs. This was very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked and the unit is very comfortable.
We initially had some trouble getting the television to work and getting a sliding glass door open but thankfully our granddaughter helped figure it out. We did call customer service at the Vacasa but unfortunately they did not get back to us until 72 hours later. We checked in on a Friday and they did not call us until late Monday afternoon. Had our granddaughter not been there to help us out this would have been a huge problem.

Can’t get closer to the slopes. Clean, well maintained, great view, short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect for a long weekend.

The colors and views at sunrise and sunset make this rental worth it. The kitchen is well stocked and having a little bit of paper and cleaning products to get you started is awesome. Many cozy throws and blanket options. Some rooms heat more than others, so there are ceramic heaters available to plug in the cooler areas- wish we had found one sooner for the front bedroom. With the snow and the request to take shoes off at the door, it would be great to have a place to put them to dry off the snow when the condo does house 6 people, that’s a lot of snow boots! The upstairs mattresses were the best, but those beds didn’t have sheets already on them so take a look and find the sheets before your kids start sleeping there. The living room furniture is very comfortable! The porch didn’t have all the shown furniture. The master bed was firm- could use a topper or pillow top mattress but the blankets were great. Lots of wonderful storage for clothes. It’s a nice central location to many activities. If I wouldn’t consider it “walk to slopes” as mentioned in the listing. It would also be great to have a few more towels so that laundering them daily isn’t needed on vacation. It really is a gorgeous and well appointed condo- love the low density building and the soaring views. Anyone is guaranteed a wonderful getaway in 5A.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was my favorite part because I could just sit, admire the view, and read a book. Lots of things to do in easy driving distance. I have one recommendation. You have some handy instructions on the kitchen counter for when people arrive. I would add one that says "Upon arrival, check to see if water main is turned on and breaker for hot water tank is in the on position." You can include a note about where those are. We had some struggles with those two things. When the toilet won't flush, your first thought isn't "I wonder if the water is turned on." Your first thought is "Do I need to call maintenance?" Same with when you're getting into the shower but there is no hot water. That one simple idea of having a note would save some aggravation. Other than that, our vacation was delightful. There was nothing that we wished we had but didn't. The condo is very well maintained.

Loved it.
Beautiful views on the large deck. We stayed here for a month and liked it so well we are coming back next year. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is nothing that is missing. Really liked the hardwood floors. Large master bath, plenty of storage. All together this is a lovely condo community. We have stayed at others in this development but prefer the upper units since there is no steps and the vaulted ceiling with the loft.

Exactly as pictured
Mornings and evenings are very chilly so bring warm clothes to enjoy the amazing views off the deck.

Just Like the Pictures!
Absolutely beautiful condo! The furnishings were upscale befitting of the architecture and views. Well equipped kitchen, nice linens and comfortable beds. One little hiccup, could not get the fireplace to work but the Vacasa team were there first thing in the morning to fix and left directions on how to light. This was a little pre trip to check out the area for a longer trip in the summer. So happy we found the Reserve and can’t wait to come back! Huge kudos to Abby, Julia and the rest of the Vacasa team on site! Fantastic customer service! See you in a few months!

We loved everything about Condo 5a at the Reserve! The views on both the sunny and even the stormy days were great from the porch. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. Definitely a wonderful , cozy place to relax after a busy day hiking.

So the condo is actually much nicer in person. It was very clean and the views(when you look to the right) are absolutely stunning. The views to the left has a very ominous looking condominium at the top of sugar mountain. I have no idea how that thing got approved to be built. There were some hiccups like it was freezing inside when we arrived, and no hot water ready to go. We had to turn the breaker on and wait for it to heat up. Then the upstairs toilet leaked into the downstairs bathroom. These things really were not that bad to deal with, it happens. However the master bedroom door is warped and would not shut at all. So my husband and I had no privacy at all during our vacation. The other thing was the trash has to be taken up the mountain and twice it was locked and we ended up driving around an entire day with trash in out truck. The condo had everything we needed, and its was perfectly located for sight seeing and restaurants. We have three teenagers so the layout worked great for us. The twins stayed in the loft which has two twin beds and my son stayed in the second bedroom. The Master bedroom had amazing views, we enjoyed coffee in bed and could see the mountains as for as the eyes can see.The manager was great and handled everything right away, but they really should of done a walk through before guest arrived.

Tv and fireplace were not working when we arrived. Called the property manager twice and no one showed up to fix it. Also, there was no bath soap, no dish detergent, only 1 dish towel, and no paper towels. They also counted the loft as a bedroom so there was no privacy. It was clean and nicely decorated for the mountains.

Even better than expected!
Our family of 4 just stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The place is so clean and nicely decorated with great furnishings. Beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen had everything we could have needed and the views were spectacular. The porch/deck is way bigger than it looked in the pictures and the views were amazing! Teen daughters loved the "extra" loft space so each had their own place to chill and sleep. Overall a fabulous place!

Perfection
Home was beautiful. Just perfect for a small family of 4 and grandparents. It snowed 3 of the 5 days we were there making the ski conditions amazing. Short walk to ski slope and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Looking forward to booking again!
