Хорошие апартаменты. Большой номер. Две комнаты, кухня, стиральная машина. Все было рабочее. 3-4 минуты пешком до набережной. Останавливались на одну ночь. Заселение происходило через сообщение в букинге, где нам сообщили код доступа в здание. Парковка на улице бесплатная. Общедоступная.

Слабый напор горячей воды. Вайфай работал с перебоями. Номер немного «уставший», но в целом все рабочее. Требуется хорошая генеральная уборка. Много следов использования которые необходимо хорошо почистить.

Exceeded Exception

The apartment was clean, handy, with all the facilities as stated which fit for long/short stay with small family, easy check in/out process, and in overall it exceeded my expectations. near to the beach, in a walking distance from center, with lot of restaurants/pharmacy near it.

the only thing which I didn't like that when check in there was no water to drink, at least one or two bottles will not make that effort to add, and there was no washing powder for laundry, one more note there was no elevator but this was not a big deal for me since I was in the first floor.

Located 5-10 minutes walk from the promenade with restaurants. Equipped with air conditioning. Nice looking building.

Pillows are made of stone. No single-use gel pads for washing mashine - could not use it. Kitchen furniture badly needs maintenance.

Superb

We loved how close it was to great local places, the town centre, supermarkets & the place itself was clean and had everything we needed. Had a great local feel & vibe. We would definitely come back.

They had a washing machine & dishwasher but no tablets were provided- not sure if that is common in Turkey. Air-conditioning in the living space was hit & miss but the one in the bedroom was great!

Spacious apartment with easy access to great spots in Fethiye

Spacious apartment, easy access to central Fethiye and beach and all the things you need. Staffs were fast-responding and friendly. Recommending the property to family of group of friends travelling in Fethiye.

The apartment is near a mosque, and it might create some sounds in early morning and late evening.

Modern one bedroom apartment. Fully equipped. Very good bed.

Would be perfect, except for a nest of small ants in the kitchen. If you want to use the dishwasher, you need more glasses and cups.

Quiet location, but still walking distance from old town. Spacious, well equipped, exceptionally clean.

Our only minor issue was the single thin cover on the bed such that we were cold at night

UGH! I wish we had been warned about this place.

The roof top terrace was nice.

We were never told that our apartment was on the 4th floor and a walk up. No elevator. The place had NO amenities. No dishwashing soap, no shower soap or shampoo. So, if you use the cups or dishes, be aware that they have probably never been washed with soap. The pillows were rock hard and there were no blankets. The kitchen cabinet was broken. The curtains were broken. The location was difficult to get a taxi. We never complain about the many places we have stayed, but this place should be avoided and people need to be made aware. If you book, you cannot cancel without losing all of your money.

Perfect stay in modern apartment.

-Great location (just 5 mins walk to seaside boulevard and 15mins to city center); -Clean, bright and well equipped 1+1 apartments; -Owner accepted us to host unexpected visited friend for one night. -Free parking around building. -WiFi was very good.

The Location is in the city center , The Cleanness in everything , The Facilities in the apartment are new and enough for two persons . The building is very well secured .

The apartment is in the last floor so it was not easy to carry our baggage up and down . The toilet is very small to use .

The apartment is clean and well equipment with necessities including washing machine, dish washer, fridge etc.

The hotel is located at among a housing district in Fethiye, where it could be a bit harder to get taxis if you wanna get one to go to somewhere else. You have to walk to the nearby bigger roads to get to the taxi stand/pole to get a taxi.
