Location
Bathroom should be cleaner and shower curtain was dirty.
We found strange that the bedding in the beds were not made ready and there were no towels available.

Wonderfully located little house on the Beach of Käsmu, a very nice little village in Laheema Nationalpark. Great view out of the window. Swimming is great with the view of the beautiful bay. The house is well equipped, with a washing mashine and a Sauna, but in a very appropriate clean and simple style. This way, we could focus on the most important thing: relax and enjoy the view and the place. There is enough space for a family of four, for luggage and beds in the upper floor and to live on the ground floor.

equipment , Sauna, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds
beach was close but at this time full of algae, there were so many flies and mosquitoes that sitting outside in the evening just wasn’t an option-too bad, we liked the terrace
5.0
*The boathouse itself is very nice, clean, the furniture and items of a good quality and really tastefully picked.
*The sauna was tiny, yet nice and with beautiful view.
*Bed linen and towels had very good quality.
*Liked a choice of different sleeping options, many pillows, duves etc
*Terrace and terrace furniture was nice and comfortable
*Kitchen utilities sufficient, yet not extraordinary. Preparation area quite limited, a press jug instead of promised coffee machine, no salt, no salad bowl, no good knife to prepare real food.
*Refrigerator spacious, clean
*Our departure date was changed and we informed about it beforehand, yet received no feedback. Only after second notice we were replied and given few instructions how to proceed upon arrival.
*Upon arrival it was difficult to find the house, no signs, no numbers on houses. The first house (before ours) was so overgrown with greenery, that a stranger could not find a way to the correct house from the beach side. Just could not see it through the bushes. Instructions given by phone were not helpful. The local person, suggested to us to contact, did not pick up the phone. We managed to find the correct house when circling around the beach area and compared the photos on the Booking.com site with the houses we saw.
*There was a screen on wall, but no TV-channels (SAT-TV and cabel TV were advertised), no radio and no WiFi to make a connection from our own device.
*Contact person listed on the booking was not really able (nor willing) to assist and clearly sounded irritated, when contacted. The designated person on spot was not able to assist either.
*Bathroom smelled strongly unpleasantly. The smell stayed there for the entire stay, so it was not possible to keep the bathroom door open. Soap dispenser broken.
*Sandy private area in front of the terrace had many pieces (10+) broken glass in it - we cleaned the whole area by ourselves, so that we could walk there barefoot.
*Beds were not ready-made. Not a major issue, yet, when you come late, you have children and several sizes bed covers and pillow cases to choose from, it takes time to figure out, what goes where. When it is late, hot and limited space to stand, it is unwelcoming.
*There was no possibility to sort garbage, everything went to one bin (yet guests were asked to recycle)
*Our child had a birthday on the departure day and lost a piece of a new game. We contacted the designated person on spot the same day and we were promised a feedback, but unfortunately never received any note.

Perfect spot to get away and to rewind. Beach is just few meters away and very peaceful. Its well decorated and paid a lot of attentions to details. Absolutely loved little sauna with a view.
Maybe some ametities like tea and coffee in singe use packages. Maybe a broom for quick brushing like sand etc.. or stick vacuum for easy use.

It was even better than the pictures. Great surprise was the small sauna in the living room.
