The apartment is spacious and in a great location. There is a LIDL close by and the bus stop is a few minutes walk.
I checked in at 4pm and the place hadn't been cleaned. Beds not made, dirty towels, dirty bathroom & kitchen. While I was trying to contact the property, housekeeping arrived unannounced. I had to leave for two hours and wander around until it was cleaned. Housekeeping cleaned in a hurry, leaving one of the bedrooms with same bedsheets from previous guest. But the issue was that the apartment looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in some time. All surfaces were dusty, spider webs, dirty dishes & cutlery. Housekeeping left one tiny poor quality toilet paper. No soap whatsoever for the hands, no toiletries, and only one grey towel per guest. No tea & a spoon of instant coffee left in a jar. Nothing like the pictures. Communication with the company really went nowhere. I complained and they replied hours later saying they can send housekeeping. I had cleaned the apartment myself. Only received one half apology, nothing else. No care for guests, they truly don't care. And why should they, they'll be booked 24/7 anyway with the crazy situation in Dublin at the moment.

I like everything.
The only one that I didn't like is the space provided for us is occupied so we have to park the car in a different space which I'm worried that our car will be clamped.

Location is great for a very short drive into Dublin.
Also well serviced with shops and several supermarkets within walking distance.
It was reasonably clean.
The property is clearly someone's home that they have got a management company to run as a holiday apartment for them while they are away. Hence, there are used items in cupboards and the fridge/freezer. Rooms are a weird design and feel small and pokey. Bed was very uncomfortable. All three guests did not feel comfortable.
The stove hob wasn't working for some cooking, but the management company sent a maintenance guy and he also confirmed it was dead and we left him to it while we went into Dublin. Later, got a message with instructions on how to use it, even though the maintenance guy had confirmed it wasn't working and we'd already tried to use it as instructed. Hey ho.
On arrival, the allocated parking was occupied, even though I had a permit. All around the facility, there are signs warning that clamping/towing is in force. When told that the allocated space was occupied, the property management people said it was fine, just park anywhere outside the property. Really? With all the warning signs around? Given I'm taking the ferry with my car in a day or two, I'm not risking it being towed away with all the hassle of getting it back and potentially missing the ferry. Had to park away from the facility on a main road until the final night when the car occupying the allotted spot had gone.
Dublin was fabulous, but other than the location, I didn't really care for this place and the attitude about the parking really riled me.

Nothing really

Good value, good facilities, well stocked kitchen, very clean and responsive staff.
Security deposit is way too high, refunded in full but double the price of the stay.

A spacious, comfortable apartment that had everything we needed.
Check in was a little tricky as I had to check in online and it wouldn’t work. The host was able to sort it out through direct messaging, which was a relief.
There was an issue with parking where somebody took our allocated spot. I messaged the host and got no reply, which was frustrating. We had to park in somebody else’s spot but luckily we didn’t get clamped.

Spacious comfortable apartment in pleasant suburban location. Very easy to catch a bus into the city centre, supermarkets are very close by. We also enjoyed visiting the local coffee shop each morning after breakfast at home.
This apartment is very well equipped, we only dined out one night out of our four in Dublin, after a visit to the supermarket we were able to make a very tasty easy meal at the apartment for the other three nights.
The apartment had plenty of storage for our food and luggage.
We would highly recommend this apartment when visiting Dublin.

Efficient checkin/checkout process which is always good.

it was big enough for 4 nights and it had a garden
the wardrobes smelt of damp so we had to hang our clothes around the property. the beds were rock hard and all of us struggled to have a good sleep. one of us had to sleep on the sofa which was more comfy than the beds! we stayed to give the cleaner the keys back as we had no instructions were to leave them when we checked out. The cleaner told us we had ten mins to get out, which we didn't need as we was ready to leave asap. in this time they contacted the person who was letting the apartment out and we got a rude email telling us we needed to leave! we had already left and this wasn't needed.

Very comfortable, convenient and quiet place.
Few touches that can make a difference to everyone involved.

Close to amenities. Warm. Spacious.
My allotted parking space was taken by someone else so I parked in another spot but was afraid of clamping. Also you need a printer to get the parking disk and it’s dated 2019. Would be handy if in the same spot as the keys.
Sound proofing not great, could hear people outside but a quiet estate thankfully

Nice apartment
When booking I specifically asked about the parking space and was assured that there would be one available. When I arrived there was a car parked in the space provided. I asked about what I should do and was then sent an message the next day stating that my request for a parking space was denied. It was completely unacceptable and the number provided was invalid and I was never responded to after that. The apartment was nice and the car wasn't clamped after having to park in someone else's spot but I wouldn't recommend at all purely based on this situation if you have a car. It's not worth the effort and constant fear of the car being clamped. Very disappointing.

Accomodation was roomy with comfortable beds and a view on the back garden - good few nights stay for four people, for the monies paid.
We didn't receive check-in instructions until I messaged them - was left wondering in the rain trying to figure out accommodation

Parking permit promised, didnt receive one despite phoning 4 times and being promised one.
Parking is excellent simple and within 50m but the worry of getting clamped wasnt nice.
It didnt materialise afterwards.
Shower hose broken and blocked and shower impossible to regulate.
Despite the issues I raised it is a spotlessly clean, luxurious apartment.
Easy parking despite not receiving a permit for the spot.

Location was great. Amenities were close by. Rooms were reasonably spacious. Garden space good for relaxing.
Sofa was wet with what smelt like urine which was disgusting 🤮 as we were tired wanted to relax. So we had to wash the cushion covers, wipe clean and air dry the cushions before using them.

Nice property ..Great for couple or small family and appartment was very clean and very well equipped with all mod cons of the average home
Nice quiet area and a great base for exploring Dublin or as a based to relax after a business day. Close to City / shopping / Howth coast and McDonald's/LIDL and service station on your doorstep
There was an issue with the WiFi which was essential for the trip for the first 2 days. To be fair to host it eventually got it resolved and they were readily available to communicate and resolution was agreed

Location excellent for our church wedding. Quiet safe area and short walk to good shops and buses nearby. Great on ground floor for easy access from car outside and patio doors opening to private garden for air and sunshine. Free convenient parking. Good kitchen and spacious rooms.
Should be fairy liquid at sink and 4 dishwasher tablets to wash dishes. Can then know which ones to buy. We found most glasses, cups, dishes etc not clean as previous guests had none of above. Actually v dirty. Essential so we could clean cups etc before use. Good there was drying cloth, paper towel roll and dish cloth. No cafeteria or expresso maker for coffee was v unusual. Essential. No teapot either to use. Could not get or contect WiFi throughout our stay. Didn't register with any of our 4 smart/iphones. Couldn't use television. No handset visible or instructions. No extra bin liners or instructions about disposal of rubbish. Essential for longer stays. Extra pillows and a blanket would be good. Email with information about address and key code was very close to arrival. An email 2 days before with at least promise of forthcoming information. We were busy travelling and had rehearsals etc. If these things mentioned were included it would be perfect. The little essential things more important than colour of curtains!!! Telephoned you about WiFi but number was not recognised so had to use data. So check WiFi.
