Muy bien! Con algunos tips para mejorar para futuros huéspedes

El departamento es muy lindo, completo y cómodo. La ubicación es fantástica: a solo 4 minutos caminando de la estación de tren y a pasos del centro, lo que hace que sea ideal para explorar la ciudad sin necesidad de transporte adicional. Además, el entorno ofrece todo lo necesario, desde restaurantes hasta tiendas, lo cual es muy conveniente para una estadía sin preocupaciones.

En cuanto a algunas cosas a mejorar: al principio noté una falta de comunicación inicial con Francesco. Normalmente, los anfitriones suelen contactarse proactivamente para brindar los detalles del check-in, pero en esta ocasión tuve que tomar la iniciativa, lo cual me sorprendió un poco y generó algo de desconcierto. Sin embargo, una vez contactado, Francesco fue muy amable y se acercó personalmente para darnos el tutorial de la casa y las llaves, lo cual fue un buen gesto. En términos del entorno, el departamento está en un primer piso en el centro de la ciudad, lo cual tiene sus ventajas, aunque también puede ser un poco ruidoso en ciertos momentos. Para quienes tengan el sueño ligero, esto podría ser algo a considerar. Otro detalle es que el departamento contaba con un solo rollo de papel higiénico para una estadía de 3 noches, y no incluía algunos insumos básicos como rollos de cocina, bolsas de basura o jabón para lavar ropa. Entendemos que pudo ser un error puntual, pero sería ideal que esto se revise para futuros huéspedes. Por último, Francesco mencionó un depósito de 100 euros que me pareció un poco elevado. Gracias a mis reviews en otras plataformas, pudimos resolverlo sin tener que dejar el depósito. Pienso que se podria disminuir este importe quizas a 20 euros o 50 euros. A pesar de estos puntos, quiero reconocer la buena disposición de Francesco y lo encantador que es el departamento. Confío en que, con algunos pequeños ajustes, la experiencia puede ser aún mejor. ¡Gracias, Francesco!

L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica e centrale vicina a tutti i sevizi. Pulito, profumato e attrezzato. Francesco, all'accoglienza è stato ospitale e gentile.

Amazing stay

Whole apartment to ourselves was amazing. We cooked our own meals in the kitchen to save money which was very helpful. Francesco was the best always helping us organise whatever we needed. Location is also amazing not a tourist hotspot so felt very authentic. Everything we needed was in walking distance and because it’s not touristy the prices were so cheap. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the beach but also being close to main attractions if you choose to attend them.

Water pressure and the shower was a bit dodgy but not too bad. Also noise at night

Superb

It is nice, well equipped apartment, good solution for 1-2 weeks holiday. In Castellammare there is less trash on the streets like in Naples, you can reach easily the free beach, Monte Faito, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri.

The apartment is clean, big enough and well equipped.

The apartment has no soundproof at all. Can hear everything from outside or from upper neighbors. We paid for a parking place but actually we received a tiny corner space where was too much dificult to park.

Great stay

The house was nicely furnished and decorated. Walking distance to the train station with many shops nearby. The house was clean as well and the host was very friendly and responsive. Bathroom was good and spacious. Very pleasant stay.

Good apartment, but with space to improvement

Great-designed, stylish, clean, with parking place, good host - did the check-in before the decided time, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, many beds, near the seaside, had good price offer, close to Napoli, Sorrento, Pompei

lock on the bathroom door was not working, some green lights on top of the doors were distracting us from sleeping, parking is payable(15€/night), cellophane overlay on the main bed made it noisy, keys which enable electricity - you have them ones - so if you need to go somewhere with keys, other guests will be in dark😃

Raimo is great and so his house!

Great location, the apartment has everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and it was spacious, there is also a balcony which is cool to have a coffee. Nearby it is easy to reach restaurants, shops, supermarkets and also the lungomare (3 minutes walking) or the train stations.

Excellent experience!

Absolutely wonderful apartment in an excellent location just about 1 min walk to train station, the sea and everything what you need. The space was spotlessly clean, very nicely designed with a modern sensibility and the terrace was lovely. The apartment description is 100% accurate with no surprises. The host was extremely nice and very hospitable! I’d highly recommend and would rent the place again.

Amalfi first timers. A must see.

Francisco our host could not have been more helpful. Excellent! The location was perfect to see the Amalfi coast with 30 minute train ride to Sorrento from where tours operate. The apartment was central and only 5 minutes away from the rail station. We paid for the private parking rather than drive.

Pretty seafront in town with good connections to many points of interest.

Very clean apartment in convenient location. Nice balcony. Excellent Wifi/internet. Good size bedroom with comfortable bed.

Very nice stay at Raimo House

Very great apartment and stay at Raimo House! The place is tidy, clean, nicely decorated as you can see in the pictures. It is right in the center of Castellammare di Stabia, only 7-8min away (walking distance) from the Circumvesuviana and la Funivia del Faito. Restaurants, shops, the lungomare... everything is right in the corner! We were nicely welcomed and the host was available if needed, which is really appreciated. A strategic point to visit Pompei and the costiera amalfitana (and the penisola sorrentina) if you cannot afford staying in Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, ecc. Highly recommended! Grazie mille per l'accoglienza! :)

Perfect stay for a couple wanting to travel around Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

The location was great for us because it was close to the train stations that we needed. There was a grocery store nearby with excellent food so we ended up cooking every night at the apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked for all our needs. The main bed was comfortable and the place was kept very clean. This place is excellent for a couple!

My fiancé and I were travelling with my fiancé’s sister and she had to sleep in the single pullout bed which was very uncomfortable and not very stable.

Very nice and clean apartment with the possibility of private parking. In the central part of town, supermarket and bakery 1 minute from the entrance. We had a very good time, I would like to repeat.

Francesco and his wife were amazing. This was in a great part of town. Safe and wonderful. My kids loved it. The place was new and so clean you could eat of the floor. Grazie!!!!
