The house was in a lovely area and well equipped. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Stratford is a lovely location with plenty to do even when weather was not brilliant. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great location for exploring Stratford, near to amenities. Plenty of room for our party of five people. Lovely garden furniture to use, we had lovely weather throughout our week but the house gets very hot and not much ventilation to cool it down. Overall a great week spent with our family on a much needed break away for us all.

Lovely & Clean open planned house! Ample space for our family of 5.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stratford upon Avon. The weather played nice & Rupert's house was the perfect base to explore the town and a bit further out. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, nice open plan layout, a good space. Fairly well equipped- beds could be bigger.
We had a fantastic weekend, house well designed for 3 couples, open plan and spacious, excellent position for accessing the town and restaurants. Lovely outside area as weather perfect! Host very attentive (thanks for the bbq!). A few niggles - beds could be bigger and more comfortable as a good nights sleep is so important. We needed to go out to buy toilet paper (!) and there was no water jug. A sound system would be nice. All minor niggles really.

Lovely modern house
We loved this house especially the open plan living area. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and even had equipment to bake and ice a cake! The weather was awful so we didn’t get many opportunities to make use of the great location but did walk down to the river and the RSC theatre one day and it was lovely easy walk. The owner, Rupert was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Netflix was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay!
Lovely place a short walk from the centre of town. We were 2 couples, 1 single person and a baby. Lots of room for everyone and a great communal area downstairs. All was clean. Recommended!

Clean modern apartment within walking distance of everything in Stratford
Very clean modern apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Stratford-upon-Avon. Ww didn’t want a 500 year old place with low ceilings to hobble around in, so this was perfect. We stayed for 11 nights.. Very comfortable and felt just like home being at home. Nice patio which we never used as it was either raining or wet, in between rain. Only complaint would be the three beds are quite basic and not that comfortable. One had missing support underneath, so your legs would fall into the mattress. But overall a fantastic place that felt like home.

Family vacation
We loved the location of the house. We were able to park our car and walk into town. The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the little back patio where we could sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Would recommend for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay and can walk to town.
Rupert was easy to communicate with and the property was exactly as described. We would stay again if we travel to Stratford.

Great location
Thus property was in a great location for getting into town and had plenty of room, All bedding was clean and bathrooms were to, Unfortunalty we found that the kitchen area was in need of a good clean. Also there needs to be some instructions on how to use the central heating.

A gem in old Stratford!
A very modern and tasteful decor. The property was light and cosy. We hardly needed the heating on despite the very cold weather.Very well equipped although we couldn't find any more tea towels. Good proximity to the town centre. I would highly recommend it.

verything you could want!
We were 3 couples meeting up for a weekend away and the location of Rupert's house was ideal, just minutes walk for Stratford town centre and attractions. Everything was just as we could have wished and we wanted for nothing. Would definitely use again if returning to the area and Rupert's communication made the arranging very easy. Thank you

Christmas in Stratford
The house met all our family needs. The facilities were very good and everything was comfortable. The location meant that the town was within easy walking distance. A minor issue was that some of the kitchen utensils were unclean - so we made good use of the dishwasher. We would certainly return.

Awesome house very close to Shakespeare’s Stratford
We had a great time in this home. It is very tastefully decorated and has a spacious open plan living room/kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glassware, crockery etc. The bathrooms are very swish and the bedrooms have generous closets and nice hardwood floors. We enjoyed our breakfast in the garden and dinner at the large dining table.
The location of this property is great if you want to visit Shakespeare’s birthplace, school, The New Place, Croft Hall and the Theaters. They are within walking distance, although we drove and found parking okay.
It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the owner was very helpful and replied quickly to the questions I asked. Would definitely recommend. Price wise, it was also good value, compared to other properties I looked at.

A great place for staying near the centre of Stratford Upon Avon
The house was in a quiet part of Old Town, a short & easy distance walk away from the centre. The rooms, which were fitted out in a contemporary style, were clean, the house was warm and we had everything we needed. The weather meant we didn't sit out & enjoy the garden, which looked great for a relaxing evening. Rupert was there to meet us when we turned up and also was quick to come to our assistance when we needed something sorting out. He was easy to get on with and to contact. We really enjoyed our stay.
