Loved that pretty much everything was walkable. Its on a more residential street so it was nice and quiet in the evenings and at night.

This is a great location. Close to the boardwalk, to Main Street but quiet. The home was awesome and had plenty of space and beds for our group of 6.

Location was amazing! So close to the beach and the boardwalk. The house had plenty of bedrooms and each bedroom pretty much had their own full bathroom. The whole house was very spacious and very clean. Only two designated parking spaces so had to figure out the ride situation a little bit. Kitchen could have had a few more supplies like normal tongs (not bbq tongs). Would have been nice to have some basics like toilet paper and paper towels, but not a dealbreaker. The linens were not provided but at least there were pillows and the comforter provided, since that can get bulky when packing to bring with you. No beach supplies either like umbrellas, chairs, etc. For the check-out instructions, there were 3 different temperatures that were stated to leave the thermostat on so a little confusing but I think we just chose the middle temp. Overall, we’d still book this property in the future!

Our group of 10 adults had a great stay here. The location was unbeatable - one block to the beach, and just a few minutes walk to the main strip of Rehoboth. Having 5 decent sized bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was the ideal setup for our group of friends. Check-in and out was super easy with Re/Max as well. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice house in a great location. Spacious enough for 7+ people to stay comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms. Property is a little worn looking in places. The primary bathroom was not clean when we checked in. The agent did send someone to attend to it the next day.

Great location--close to the beach.
Beautiful house with lots of communal space with kitchen/living room/dining all in one room.
Ideal for couples with king and Q beds for most.
Harder with more single people--we are a group that meets each year, and will need more twin beds. Only hard part was parking--2 spots was too few, and street parking was overloaded so we had long walk to one car. Shuttle to Rehoboth Park & Ride worked for me--I suggest you advertise that feature for this house with tight parking.

A wonderful stay at 33 Olive. Cooking pots/pans could have been better, but there was more than adequate china, glasses, mugs and cutlery. Bi-level A/C was wonderful. Needed 1 on street parking, but the 2 on property spots worked out well.

This house is very nice. It was clean and very spacious. Bedrooms were a good size. We all had our own bathroom. It’s only 2 blocks from the Ocean. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy in, easy out and great communication with property management. Perfect home for our group of ladies and perfect location to the outlets and local shops for starting our Christmas Shopping. We loved it and are already planning our next stay.

33 Olive
Overall, we were very pleased with the house and accommodations. It’s in a great location with plenty of parking. The screened in porch was enjoyable as well. The only issue was the shower in the master suite drains slowly.

This rental has a lot of space!
The house itself is great and the location is excellent! There’s more than enough room to spread out and the house was very clean. My only negative is that it’s not reasonable to have no paper products, linens (sheets or towels), cleaning supplies, beach supplies or even bikes at this price point. I understand sheet rental is an option but it seems like overkill for 6 different beds when paying that much per night. Dragging all of these supplies isn’t very practical. Beyond that the house is lovely!

Off Season & Fabulous
33 Olive was the perfect location and property for our annual Thanksgiving at the beach. It was clean, spacious and the master bedroom and living area fireplaces added so much with the cooler temperatures. With the all the details with decor and amenities, it was like a home away from home.

Perfect location, great house for a multi-family trip!
You honestly can't beat the location of this property, both in proximity to the beach and Rehoboth Ave! The setup of the house, including the number of en-suite bathrooms, makes this house ideal for a vacation that includes more than one couple/family. Kitchen is nicely stocked with essentials for cooking and eating at home. Would definitely consider this house for our next vacation in Rehoboth!

Great location
Great property - location was convenient to the beach and downtown/boardwalk. The kitchen was the most well-stocked of any rental we’ve ever had! We had 10 people and it worked well with the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. Great house! Would rent again.

Nice but issues with property managers & some cleanliness issues
I think this says it all:
"The guest who are checking in to 31 Olive are ready to checkin but there are cars in their parking spots. If they are yours, please move them immediately or I will have no choice but to have them towed." ... Remax Email To Me
One of our cars was parked in the wrong space within the houses but we had 2 spaces; we did not have a map and the spaces were not marked (as told at check-in) of how the 2 cars were suppose to be parked. 31 Olive was not suppose to move in until 3, I received a vm too from Remax threatening to tow our car around 2:21 pm. The other unit had 4 cars parked and was suppose to only have 2. We couldn't move our car to the correct spot since they were at the beach and had the 31 Olive renter come over 3 times and knock on our door about this. We had a baby taking a nap and was ridiculous to literally put us in the middle of this situation. Took a few hours to get this resolved and really had nothing to do with us. It was only our 2nd day and really put a damper on celebrating my husband's special birthday with our kids and grandkids.
Other Issues: Garbage was in our bathroom (master bedroom) when we arrived; 2nd floor air conditioner was not working; rags were in the washing machine when we arrived.
The house was nice but could be a tad cleaner. Close to the beach and a great location. Furnished nicely and tastefully decorated.

Amazing location, with some management corners cut
You cannot beat the location of the house and it was spacious and comfortable. Those are good reasons to rent the place and there is probably enough demand that they don't need to do more. However, it was quite expensive and for the price we found a lot of small and not so small details had not been taken care of. Here is a list in case anyone is curious:
(1) Upon arrival we found a single roll of toilet paper in the 4 or 5 bathrooms in the house. For about 10 minutes, we thought there was none. It would have been a small gesture to stock them all.
(2) One of the bedrooms has no windows at all. It was stuffy and, we assume, not up to fire code.
(3) The indoor shower heads don't spray water. It falls out in thick streams nearly straight down. Something is too loose, but we couldn't adjust it ourselves.
(4) The BBQ only partially lit and suddenly shot a burst of flames out of the front at me. This was a really dangerous condition (cracked gas manifold?) that was subsequently confirmed by the maintenance guys. We did get a new grill a day or so after we had wanted to use it, but it should have been tested before our visit. We never even got an apology.
(5) There is a loose board on the back steps. It is definitely a trip hazard - my 75+ year old mom almost tripped. We reported it, but it was not fixed during our stay. They should fix this right away!
(6) The back area is enclosed in a vinyl fence. That's cheap but fine, but the BBQ was jammed in a corner and had gone a long way toward melting the fence through use prior to our arrival. Parts are droopy and the fumes from melting vinyl are toxic.
If the place were cheaper or if we'd gotten a more prompt resolution or even an apology, the negative details would have been easier to overlook. As it was, we were left feeling like we'd paid for more than we got.

Great family beach house!
We had a really wonderful time and the house was perfect. It is very well-maintained and clean, and the location was perfect. It was really great being so close to both the beach and the boardwalk. The first level is very nice and open and was perfect to accommodate our family vacation. All of the rooms were a good size and everyone had their own bathroom too, which was an extra bonus. Everyone was very happy with our stay and we will definitely try to stay there again.

Spacious welcoming spot for family gathering
This place was perfect for my four adult siblings and me to get away for a long weekend family reunion. The space, which is half a house, had just been renovated and was top of the line throughiout —each bedroom with its own bath and comfortable beds, a spacious kitchen and welcoming family room. It was a prefect spot to cook a meal together in this shady cool neighborhood, then walk two blocks to the sunny beach. Two onsite parking places plus parking passes were a big plus, too, in a city where parking is by permit only or by meter. The real estate agent was responsive to a repair request and a handyman was on site the next day. We’d come back to this place next time, perhaps finding out if the other side of the house, regularly used by owners, could be rented for a larger family group.

Good location; Perfect for larger families
The unit is located about 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the main downtown shopping area. Overall it was a great experience. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 young kids. If you like Rehoboth and need a well maintained rental for a larger group this is is be perfect for you. The only warning we'd share is to try and limit the cars you bring down to 2. The unit comes with 2 spots inside the parking area outside and an addtional 2 parking passes. But being that this is right near downtown, finding street parking was a challenge.
