Location, location, location! This condo is ideally situated at the base of Snowmass Mountain and just steps to the outdoor hot tub. A quick 25 yard walk takes you to the base village with it's shops, restaurants and activities. This access makes our condo a great option for hiking, biking or a ride up the gondola to the Lost Forest. Relax in this cozy and comfortable condo, with updated decor and bedding for up to 6 people. Enjoy the ultimate in mountain accommodations with a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor pool and hot tub, and convenient ski access.
**Ski access across may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season.
When you arrive at this condo for your mountain vacation you will be thrilled with your choice. Our condo has been carefully decorated and furnished for a relaxing vacation. With 2 queen beds in the sleeping area that is separated by accordion door and a large sectional sofa with a sofa bed in the living area, there is plenty of room for a group of friends or a small family to stay. The full kitchen, dining table for 6 and breakfast bar are perfect for enjoying a hearty dinner together after a day on the mountain. A full remodel of the kitchen completes the contemporary feel of this great mountain getaway.
A wide open ski trail for any level skier or non skier leads right to the back door of the condo and it is a quick 25 yard walk across the ski trail to the children's ski school, gondola, chair lift and the base village.
Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer.
***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort***
Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

I really am glad that I chose this unit over others, slide the patio door open and you have the slope and the hot tub or a short walk to the base area restaurants, I-Trip takes care of their Tenants and are readily available to take care of any issues that may arise.

Solid four nights at Lichenhearth 24. Great location at base of Snowmass. Truly ski in and a 50 yard walk to lifts. The building is a little dated, but a gem. The unit was clean, well stocked and owner was responsive.

My wife and I booked this property last minute for a weekend snowboarding trip. Even with the last-minute booking the reservation and check-in process was seamless.
The building and unit itsell are a little dated. If you're expecting brand new accommodations, you won't find that here. We knew what to expect and everything met our expectations.
The property management company was great to work with. They were reachable via text whenever we had a question which was very convenient. Everything went smoothly.
You can literally ski right up to the patio door. To get to the lifts, it's a very short walk to a stairway and then you can access either the main lift or the gondola. Both the hot tub and pool were working well and never too crowded.
Overall, this property was great for what we needed.

My group of 6 loved our stay at Lichenhearth (Unit 24)
Pros:
-Incredible Location. 1-3 minute walk to the main lifts (Elk Camp Gondola, Village Express, and the super short gondola that takes you to Snowmass Mall)
-Great hot tub and pool that was often empty.
-Full kitchen with everything you need. Was able to save a lot of money by cooking our own food.
-Price was very reasonable for this perfect location.
-2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Aspen.
Cons:
It's definitely not the largest property, but we managed just fine with 6 people. Ski gear took up a lot of space, but there was a closet that helped. 3-4 people total would feel much more spacious.

This was our second time staying in this same condo, and we have loved the convenience both times. It's a quick walk to the slopes in the morning and it's great to ski home directly at the end of the day.

It was just right for us (couple). We ended up sleeping on separate beds because whoever was on the wall side felt cramped, but OK for just us. Probably would work fine with kids. The hot tub was conveniently located right outside the back door. The jets were a little weak, but it was probably an older tub. It worked for us. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware. An unfortunate COVID repercussion is condiments like mustard, etc. are no longer kept between visits.

Its right next to the gondola taxi that takes you to the Shopping mall up the slope. Pretty cool.
It must have hot water on demand as it was right there .

This property is amazing. The view out the back patio is awesome. Great stay at Lichenhearth
This was a wonderful vacation for a family wedding. Pool was very accessible and everything worked very well in the condo. The staff was responsive to questions. I would love to stay here again. Only issue was curtain covering door to patio and I reported that above.

Best location on the slopes
Our family loved this location adjacent to the Treehouse and next to the skittles. Likely the shortest walk to the lift of any property at Snowmass. Staff was very responsive. Everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of space for a studio for us to spread out, including a king sized comfortable pull out couch.

SATISFIED, BUT NOT TOTALLY
We stayed in Lichenhearth 24 from the 27 of December till the 15th of January. The condo is excellent and we enjoyed our staying.
My family stayed in Lichenhearth 23,25 and 27 and though those units are not ski in-out, they have several plus that we did not. For instance, the shuttle to and from the airport is a great convenience, as is to have a light cleaning and taking the trash out every other day.
I had to call you because we were out of toilet paper and kleenex, but the guy that answered me said that the paper that was in the unit should last during all our staying, otherwise I had to buy my own paper. When we arrived there were two rolls in the cabinet and only the kleenex that were in use. For ten days? I had to borrow paper from my family, and I don´t think it is correct, specially because I paid almost $2,000. dollars more for our unit.
I would love to come back, specially if you give add to your service the complementary shuttle and the housekeeping more often than every ten days.

Week 1 of Summer...Camp Snowmass.
Great location and Great Service. We had a little hiccup during our stay but the important thing was the response time and service. I must say, Kimberly and Kim have a great support team. Phil in particular was spectacular in his response and service. Another great stay at this condo/property.

We had the best spring break staying at the Lichenhearth 24! The apartment was clean and super cozy. Beds were very comfortable and easily slept 2 people comfortably. The couch was very comfy and a great way to relax after a full day of skiing. Open the back door and you are right at the bottom of the Skittles lift and the mountain. It was perfect! Actually hoping to book for early winter next year. I highly recommend it!

The iTrip management team did an amazing job communicating with us, we’re very serviceable and helpful, and we were gracious how they accommodated our requests for early check-in and later check-out. The unit was not exactly in perfect condition but it was great for us as it had many positive features including being near kids ski school, steps away from the gondola and Village chair lift, a BBQ, wood burning fireplace, nice rear terrace where our kids spent time sledding, proximity to pool/jacuzzi, etc, etc. Quality to price (QPR) ratio was the key with our stay and we loved our stay.

Loved the hot tub access and great skiing , not a huge space but perfect for my wife and 3 young kids.

Pretty Good
Enjoyed our stay at the unit once again. The only big downside was that the sliding door was not working well at all. It took a considerable amount of effort to open and close the door. We contacted itrip to notify them of the issue, but did not hear back and it appeared nobody was able to fix it or didn't try.
