Wunderschön gelegene kleine Ferienwohnung 😃

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung oberhalb der alten Stadtmauer. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit schöner Aussicht. Nachts war es trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Es hat in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten sogar die Waschmaschine nutzen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Und hat uns auch sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen!

Für drei Personen ist die Wohnung eigentlich etwas zu klein. Das Schlafsofa befindet sich in der Wohnküche. Und in diesem Raum gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage.

Die Altstadt in Gehnähe

Die Bewertung ist sicherlich für junge Leute ok. Wir sind etwa 60 Stufen nach oben gestiegen. Weder ein Radio noch TV. Frühstück in Verpackungen. Der Parkplatz war ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, den man über viele Ecken erreichen konnte. Man musste bis 9 Uhr früh wegfahren, sonst kostete es. Das Nest war für uns kein Nest.

Charming apartment in a beautiful location in a lovely part of town.

The apartment was very well equipped in a lovely location on the walls of Grossetto. just outside was a small Piazza with bars and restaurants and many more very close by. There was useful information in the apartment about Grossetto and possibilities to travel further afield. The host was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay there again if returning to Grossetto.

Brilliant central location.

Brilliant location in this gorgeous city. Central but quiet. Perfect for a couple - less perfect for 4 just due to summer heat and light in the main room where the sofa bed is. convenient lockbox entry. Helpful information in the house.

“Including breakfast” is perhaps an exaggeration, but it is also unnecessary as there are lots of lovely cafes just a step away.

The Nest is cosy!

Just inside the city walls giving instant access to exploring the city. Comfy apartment where you could prepare your own meal if you didn't want to go out. Parking in the piazza just outside the walls was only .60€ per hour 9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm.

Beautiful traditional apartment in Grosetto old town

The facilities were lovely! And the owners are amazingly helpful and friendly.

It’s difficult to improve on!! But I have a crappy back which makes travelling difficult, and the bed is a little hard - could be dramatically improved with a memory foam topper In the bedroom… but aside from this it’s very hard to beat!

Lovely apartment in the centre of the town, easy to reach and view over the Medicean walls and the old city centre. There are all the necessary facilities available in the house.

Bright apartment in great location

Great apartment on Piazza del Sale just inside the old wall.Spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen.The small balcony with table and chairs was a bonus.Nice decor and an easy to operate wood heater made it cosy warm.3rd floor so quite a few stairs but once your luggage is up they're not too bad.Plenty of parking 50mt away just outside the town gate (very cheap rates).Good hot water and shower and comfortable bed.Special thanks to Stefano for helping us out with printing tickets as we had to cancel the rest of our holiday due to the corona virus.Thank you Stefano would recommend your apartment

The only thing you would want to avoid is probably speaking to the wife of the appartment owner, she sounded to me quite nervious.
