Absolut gemütlich und gute Lage

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Lage in ruhigem Viertel abseits vom Touri-Trubel, aber fußläufig zu wundervollem Strand und Restaurants. Schöner, sauberer Pool. Sonnenbalkon zum Frühstück mit Platz für vier.

Das Doppelbett im "Eltern-Schlafzimmer/silver room" war leider ziemlich hart und daher nicht so himmlisch wie erhofft. Die Abflüsse im Bad erfordern etwas Toleranz, das Klopapier muss in den Eimer.

Perfect getaway location!

The absolutely perfect getaway - in a quiet residential area, with constant access to Ubers and taxis, a stone's throw from the beach, and walkable to shops. Equipped with everything you could need (including a juicer!), and full of amazing little touches that make the place so special and gorgeous. The host is also both kind and very responsive. Cannot recommend this place more.

The apartment was adequately equipped and was in an excellent location, within a 15 minute walk to town. The beach and coastline were a mere 8 minute walk away. Parking was included, if you could find a spot nearby. Wifi was fast, as advertised.

This property would be good for short stays, not so much for longer stays. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the bathroom drains definitely need some attention. There was a constant odour of sewage emanating from within the bathroom. Only one person could shower before running out of hot water, and the tank took about an hour to reheat. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the tank or not, but the dial had tape covering it. It was bad timing for us apparently, as the pool house was under renovation and all chairs and umbrellas were packed away. There was also another Reno going on across from us, and there was constant hammering and drilling noises the whole month we were there. Apparently there was a water main break in the area that left us with no water for two of the last three days we were there. We actually had to go elsewhere to stay one night as you could not flush the toilets. I realize that the last two items mentioned were out of their control, but the host was well aware of the water situation and we actually had to request a refund for the two days that we had no water. The refund was agreed to however. Be aware that the TV has only three Portuguese channels, so if you’re stuck inside due to rain etc, and do not speak Portuguese, you better bring a few good books.

Very beautiful light appartement in a good location. The area is very quiet and you can walk to armaçao de pera. We liked it so much we booked it for another week.

The bed could be a bit more comfortable.

This is a little gem of a property, beautifully decorated and all you need for your stay. We were 2 friends, a double room each with lovely comfy beds, slept so well! Very quiet location yet only a 10 minute walk from all bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from amazing beaches along the cliff walk with incredible views! For upmarket dining there is a 5 start resort within walking distance, supermarket a 10 minute walk away, a perfect self catering stay in Portugal!

definitely need a car. supermarket is a walk away but with bags you may prefer taxi or car. quite small with small balcony. we are a family of 4 adults. would be better suited to younger children however is on first floor so there are steps to room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Blue.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blue. The location, traditional architecture and the decor of Casa Blue were amazing. Also the kitchen was very well equipped. Monica was a very helpful host and we definitely would like to stay again as the apartment suited us perfectly!

A Fantastic time in the Algarve at Casa Blu

It is a nice and cosy Apartment, with everything you need! Monica was really nice and kind, and the swimming pool was very close to the Apartment. It is a pieceful and beautifull place, the location is perfect (close to the beach and central in the Algarve). We can really recommend this apartment, we had a great time!

Amazing host and great beach.

The location was amazing. A happy accident really. We didn't know much about the area, but this was within walking distance of some of the best beaches on the Algarve.

Overall we are very satisfied with Casa Blu and had a great time in Portugal.

We loved the apartment! It was very beautiful, super cosy, quiet and comfortable. We especially loved all the little details of the interior furnishings and colors. The kitchen is fully equipped so we could prepare meals. There was everything that we needed: delicious coffee, coffee machine, spices, olive oil, paper towels and everything that is necessary in the kitchen. In the living room super comfortable sofa, nice table, tv and the loudspeaker so we could listen to music from our mobile phone. Monica, the host, was very friendly. She explained everything to us and recommended some nice restaurants and beaches close to the apartment. She even prepared a special folder with all the useful information and maps that we might need. The apartment is very close to the beach and to a big supermarket. There is public parking available just next to the apartment and there was always a place to leave our car.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We were even surprised by how beautiful the apartment is and in how beautiful surroundings it is located. Quiet, peaceful place to stay with a pool just around the corner.

It is very convenient the location of the apartment. It takes 9 minutes walking to get to very beautiful and quet beach. The apartment is close to supermarket there are all necessary things and fresh seafood to buy in the supermarket. The apartment is very clean and well-decorated. There are the new plates and dishes, all you need for cooking you will find in the kitchen ;-) We will recommend our friends to stay at this place and hope that we will come back here some day!

Late check-in (at 17:00) and early check-out (at 10:00), that is why there is no possibility to enjoy staying in the beach in the morning before check-out.
