Everything was awesome. The details everywhere... room was compact but clean and comfortable. Food was expensive but delicious
Check-in was a bit awkward. It is supposed to be self-check-in, but it is complicated and would be a lit faster with a human.

Being close to the LEGOLAND
For the price was expecting some really cool LEGO facilities in the room. And honestly, restaurants and food were really dissapointing...shame.

Price is way too high.

It was so much fun for children and adults all the lego details made us very happy

Excellent location near to airport, Legoland and Lalandia.
Room - old style. Breakfast - very poor choice. Personal - quite restrained - no additional words, not explained all the rulles.

It wasn’t clean. Dirty socks under the bed from former guest.

Everything was just what we wanted. The children absolutely loved staying there. Excellent meal choices. Added bonus was that Legoland was open, in a limited capacity, for our Half Term stay.

Location was good and it was nice that each kid get a small present from Lego.
Cleaness was not ok, here was spiders webs on the lamps and whole apartment looks a bit tired and not so fresh.

Breakfast was OK, but it was the same every day.
I did not like the size of the room (too small taking into account the actual furniture).
One of the chairs was broken. It was not vacuumed during our stay (the lint, quite large, from one of the jackets remained on the carpet for 5 days).
Disposable slippers were not provided and there are no closets to put your clothes.

it’s a very happy place. we came in February which means it was not that busy so good for us!
there’s always something to see and do at the hotel and the staff is super friendly.
they have room for families with more than two kids!!! big plus.
easy walking distance to the Lego house which is why we came.
breakfast was great too. all in all a fun experience especially for our kids.
it wasn’t super clean (sock under the bed) but the atmosphere made up for it
not sure how crazy it gets when Legoland is open too and everyone is on holidays.

We liked everything, especially the many spaces for children to play and have fun. Staff was welcoming and nice, everything we asked or needed was provided (except a shower cap). Breakfast was good and rich, restaurant provides good food (a-la-carte menu) and that was a nice surprise for us as first-timers in Denmark. Great cocktails at the hotel's bar and a very pleasant fireplace where to heat-up and relax.
Food and drinks very expensive, but Denmark is an expensive country. A bottle of water at the hotel's bar was 35 koronas (5€) so be prepared to pay a lot.

We stayed in the oldest wing and it was immaculately clean!
More things could have been made of lego.

Lego friends room was great
Pirate room looked tired, needs some renovation

Everything is made of Lego, nice breakfast with wide choice, very polite personal.
Old furnitures, small room, not so many activities for children (they were bored), far from Lalandia.

the view from our room was awesome!
front desk. went at least 3 times to ask about transportation from hotel to airport. at all times front desk said everything would be easy. I told them what time I need to leave and the day. all of them said it should be easy and only takes 5 mins. on the day I went in the morning to again ask because I need a transpo or pick up by 3pm. again front desk said to just come to the front desk and they will call. At 3pm, there were a lot of guests. they were overwhelmed and she said only 1 taxi is available but I would have to wait about an hour. this is not the first time that we have December 31 and I am sure this is not the first time the hotel had December 31. it does not skip so the hotel should have anticipated any issues re transpo. after half hour and constant reminder or demand., front desk said I will give you the phone number so you could call!!!! I went to the front desk at least 3 times and as well as the morning to ask about it only to be asked an hour after I was suppose to leave to call????

A very nice experience for parents & kids. The hotel has easy access to Legoland. Plenty of things to do in the hotel in order to keep your kids engaged. Breakfast was nice and dinner buffet was interesting.
all good.
