Благодаря за вкусната и добра храна и отличното обслужване от екипа на хотела!

Единственото, което не одобрих е шума на децата в басейна и неглижирането от страна на родителите им. Но това е въпрос на възпитание и отговорност и не смятам да е Ваш проблем!

Персоналът е приветлив. Закуската е разнообразна.

Снимките не са актуални. Базата е стара и неподдържана. Хигиената може да е далеч по-добра. Матраците не са подходящи за престой по-дълъг от 1 нощувка, твърди и неудобни.

Ok hotel with reasonable facilities and good extras but nothing very special. Next day the food OK

The hotel was fine. The first evening the included dinner was poor and it was not a buffet table but just ordering 3 course meal and that took very long time. We were just 3 tables clients in the hotel. Maybe that was the reason to calling down of the dinner service.appart of that the receptionist was very helpful. The pool was very too hot to swim. Just to stay in.

The first dinner was very poor and they did not clean the room mid way. Also the corridor where we had to place the tray in the evening did not get taken until the next evening. I thought this was down to staff not really helpful

Loved the spa, but very dirty! Never going there again!

Loved the spa! But it was very dirty! There was mould everywhere and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. They never changed the towels and the bathroom was horrific! We went there just because of the spa, but we never knew it was that horrible!

A 4 star hotel in 2007 that should be now 3 stars.

The food was okay and the room was not dirty.

The room was missing bath robes, shower gel and slippers even though they should all be included. The ac and fridge were not working. The sink was stiff and one of the toilet flush buttons weren't working. The shower head was broken and water was spraying everywhere instead of just down. Some of the lights would also randomly stop working. One of the saunas was not working and the swimming pool has no lights. Our room was never cleaned even though it should be cleaned every day. Reception did not even check our ids and gave us the wrong room. It was meant to be with a balcony but we didnt get that. No drinks were included with food even though we paid for breakfast and dinner, we had to pay for all drinks separately. The food was not named so you didn't know what you were getting most of the time. One of the nights the hotel hosted a party and had incredibly loud music until 1 am and we could hear it all the way on the second floor even though the party was on the ground floor.

Hotel was functional but needs to be updated and modernised

Breakfast was good but not flexible for early departure. Food buffet was very much the same each night, not a lot of variety

Facilities and rooms were old and tired, requiring update.

Muy caro para lo que es

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, la habitación tenia una hermosa vista a la montaña de bansko

El alojamiento no era como me esperaba, la alfombra del piso levantaba un poco de polvo lo cual a mi me causa alergia, la puerta del baño no se cerraba bien y no estaba super bien limpio todo en general.. la luz de la habitación se iba por momentos

Breakfast was fine! Friendly staff!)However no deserts at all, only jams and chocolate paste. Which you could not apply to anything -did not even make sense to place them there anyway

Spa was ok

I came before UK half-term and the food was not the tastiest... Once more tourists came over they improve it but still not the best. If the building is outdated is ok, but when simple items are broken like shower and are not repaired for 10 days it's telling you something...
