Gelukkig maar 1 nacht geweest. Parkeerplaats was fijn. Het plastic op de bedden slecht. Kale vloerbedekking en ouderwets

Op loopafstand van het plaatsje.

Une très belle étape

L'hôtel est idéalement situé proche du centre d'Issoire, tout en étant proche de la sortie de l'auotroute. Nous y étions le soir de la fête de la musique et les chambres sont très bien isolées, nous n'avons rien entendu malgré un concert à proximité. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons !

Vriendelijk onthaal en personeel. Ontbijt oké.

In alle kamers tapijt als vloerbekleding, stoffig en onmogelijk hygiënisch te onderhouden. Is niet meer van deze tijden...

Slapen prima eten is gewoon slechts een magnetronmaaltijd zonder dat men het verteld! Geen aanrader

Prima kamer goede airco, min punt was bed wat niet vaststaat en zo verschuift! Bed was prima.

De avond maaltijden, is gewoon magnetron werk! Dus niks geen kok of uberhaupt maar een keuken nee magnetron opgewarmde maaltijd. Welke nog eens niet warm werd geserveerd! Veel in hotels geslapen maar een magnetron maaltijd gewoon op de kaart zetten zonder het te vermelden vind ik niet kunnen en ik kom hier dus ook nooit meer!

L'hôtel est assez bruyant de part la construction et choix des matériaux, mauvaise isolation phonique, manque des volets aux fenêtres sur rue pour avoir le noir le matin, manque d'entretien salle de bain et baignoire très glissante

Het zwembad. Dit was ijskoud, heel klein en ongezellig omdat er een groot hek omheen stond. De foto op Booking.com geeft een heel verkeerd beeld.

Le séjour reste agréable dans l’ensemble

Le calme, le confort de la literie , l’environnement même si le climat n’a pas permit d’en profiter pleinement, la facilité de stationnement. La gentillesse et l’amabilité du veilleur de nuit .

Une très grosse différences de prix d’une chambre à l’autre, allant du simple au double pas très compréhensible (45,60 ou 89€) Le manque d’expérience évident d’une partie d’un membre du personnel qui n’a pas jugé utile de demander le numéro de chambre à chaque consommateur et à bien fallu nous faire payer la totalité des commandes. Notre chambre n’a pas été faite dans la journée du samedi, alors que nous avions clairement informé le personnel venu frapper à notre porte, que nous libérions les lieux tout de suite , pour cela.

Great option for overnight/short stay

The location, room size, and staff were exceptional. Our children loved the pool. It was clean, a good size and fenced off from the grassed area. Large, shaded parking behind the hotel, away from the road. Separate bar adjacent to the reception area offering happy hour early evening. Great location to walk into the town, 5 mins walk to the top of the town centre. Easy access from the motorway. Great overnight/short stay option. Lots of bar/restaurant options in the town. Good large wardrobe in our family room. Fridge was empty which allowed us to keep our snacks and drinks chilled.

Bath towels were quite small.

Excellent place to stop fr the night.

Rooms modern and clean, staff were friendly and plenty of parking. Good location to walk to town. Good breakfast.

Rooms and breakfast were good and acceptable

The disabled parking space was coned off and I was advised by reception that I could move a cone and park there. An hour later I was told there had been a misunderstanding and I should move my vehicle. By that time there were no car parking spaces available and I was forced to park opposite the hotel across a busy main road. My understanding is that French law requires an establishment to provide at least one disabled parking bay. This is the first time that I have been asked to move a car displaying a disabled parking card so that a large commercial vehicle could take that space. This is clearly discriminatory and the management needs to be aware of its responsibility!

quiet location. bed very comfortable. kettle in room

not separate shower and bath very difficult as so high. no facilities for eating ( except for breakfast which was not required by us) whole place was tired and needed considerable revamp.

Fine but a little disappointing.

Pleasant breakfast. Clean accommodation.

Booked because it had a swimming pool but just before we arrived we were informed the pool would be closed. The pillows on my bed were extremely lumpy; they'd clearly been washed and were hard and very uncomfortable and really disturbed my sleep. The next morning when I asked for them to be replaced I was told they didn't have any spare pillows in the hotel! I expressed my view that they were unacceptable and fortunately they managed to rustle up another couple of pillows! Pity the poor guest who ended up with the ones I rejected!

Given any choice,. we would not stay at this hotel again, or recommend anyone else to do so.

The room we eventually got was clean and reasonably comfortable for a hotel of this cost.

The reception we were given was terrible. The receptionist was unfriendly and curt, and made no apology for the fact that the hotel's restaurant was closed (which was not stated on their website or Booking.com's) despite the fact that ability to eat at the hotel was a key reason for our booking - we were tired after a long day's driving and did not want to have to go out to eat. We were then given the key to a room which was already occupied (only comment from reception : "it happens") and the information given by the hotel about hours that the pool was open was incorrect. (In fairness, a second member of reception, perhaps embarrassed by the attitude of the first, did attempt to make some amends.) Booking.com also has a responsibility to ensure that the information it provides is correct!

Nice, clean family room with good breakfast and quiet pool close to center

we were in the newer building next to pool. Nice and quiet pool, good breakfast, nice family room. Short walking distance to center. No luxury hotel, but great accommodation for few nights with everything you need. Thanks for having us!
