Pleasant stay

Clean hotel, great breakfast, good location - view of Osho garden.

Too much plastic waste with plastic bottles. Can look to make it more sustainable. Toilet paper is too soft, like make up tissue remover.

Personal r nice but the standard has fallen

The service this year was not as good as the previous years. The breakfast was good but no much choice of fruit. In India with so many different types of fruit it’s strange. Last year the choice was a lot more. Spa is expensive for what they offer I’m still waiting for my bill which the receptionist said she would send to me via email. Still waiting

Fabulous experience during our 2 days stay!

Fantastic hotel, with spacious clean rooms. Multiple dining options, a lovely bar and large swimming pool. The gym was fully equipped. The Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast spread was absolutely fabulous. All in all, had a great experience.

Should have a few additional indoor games, like ping pong table, pool table etc.

Very pleasant stay, extremely professional and friendly staff. Recommendation!

Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere: reception, housekeeping, bar, breakfast and Chinese restaurants. Also special requests are fulfilled quick and efficiently. Modern, friendly reception area, very nice bar and Chinese Restaurant. The hotel has its own hotel car which is very clean, reliable and priced fairy.

The room is very functional, very clean has everything you expect but is quite old fashioned compared to the lobby.

The hotel is okay, as long as you ignore the fact it is a five-star.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I used the gym a lot and the high-powered steam cabin was a treat for a traveler with a jet lag.

The hotel was built in the seventies. Where the general spaces downstairs are nice, the rooms have been left behind. While I was there (four nights), there were multiple power cuts (around 15 I would guess). Both in my room (due to the card-reader malfunctioning) and in the hotel at large, making remote working and calls a real challenge. The rooms are very sparse, looking around you would guess you'd be in a 3-star.

Wonderful. It is difficult to replicate the warmth and friendliness of the staff.

The best part of the hotel was the service: consistently competent; friendly and most importantly warm. It gave the feeling of being part of a family. Of particular note, the service staff at the restaurant was outstanding--warm; pro-active and very attentive. The food in the restaurant was very good--like mom made. And the evening ambiance for a glass of wine was terrific I had a great time there. I will recommend it to all my friend and definitely return when I am next in Pune. Milind RAO

Good breakfast. Saw millets based items for the first time at a breakfast buffet.

Fittings are old - for example sink tap (Room 124) needed some force to switch on. Air conditioning in the Lobby Bar was very weak.

Excellent! My pet Beagle enjoyed he was provided with a bed and a toy. Very thoughtful of the hotel.

Breakfast was really good. Location perfect. My pet beagle was provided with a small bed and toy. Excellent buffet Dinner too excellent variety!.

They allowed guests to swim in the pool fully clothed. They should maintain that only swim weather should be allowed to use the pool. Hygiene should be utmost priority and not ignoring for sake of business.

Not worth the price. Taj reputation under threat in this hotel

exceptionally poor service….delay in everything that we needed. you need to keep following up 10 times before anything g gets done…the flower card had 10 misspellings! could not organise a flower vase for two days! water in the basin was cold most of the day.

Just ok..........not sure I would stay there again.

This review is based purely keeping in mind the room rate : satisfaction ratio. Very basic room, I would even go onto say small rooms. Disappointing as a Taj property.

Small room and it was pretty bare. Did not feel like a property I would return to. Low value for money.

A surprising and wonderful stay and I would come back in a heart beat.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and taken care of. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and was always full of friendly and helpful staff. The lobby Bar was great and had a big screen for the World Cup matches. Anis and Priyal always found a way to get us what we wanted. The staff bent over backwards to help.

Crossing the road outside the hotel was a challenge but also an adventure!

Excellent 5 star hotel. Large Executive Suite. Great staff.

Very nice hotel with 5 star decor and facilities. Executive suite was very large and well appointed. Great bathroom and room space. Breakfast was also very good and the room service staff were fantastic. They knew it was my wifes birthday so they decorated the room in balloons and a Happy Birthday message. A nice surprise and personal touch.
