Nagy wellness, szép part, jó étterem, de gyenge tisztaság és szobaszolgáltatások.

Saját partszakasz, nagy wellneszrészleg, kinti és benti medencékkel, bőséges szolgáltatással. Finom változatos reggeli és vacsora. Kedves személyzet az étteremben, és a recepción. Jó elhelyezkedés, és egyszerű parkolás.

Egy másik, nagyobb szobát kaptunk érkezéskor, mert a sajátunk nem volt kész délután 3-kor. A szobába belépve tapasztaltuk, hogy a cserébe kapott szoba sem volt kész, rendetlenség volt, nem volt takarítva, és feltöltve. Egy alkalmazott járt éppen arra, jeleztük neki, intézkedett. Sajnos a szoba takarítása, és feltöltése a további napokban sem ment a személyzetnek, mindösszesen egy alkalommal sikerült önmaguktól WC papírt hozni, és elvinni a koszos törölközőket a négy éjszaka alatt amit ott töltöttünk. WC papírért a harmadik nap többször szóltunk, mire végre adtak két tekercset. A szoba szép volt, de a fürdő lelakott, a plafonon ázásnyomok és pergett le a festék, a kád sarkainál tömítéseknél pergett fel a szilikon, és gombás volt. Egy négy csillagos szállodában azért többet várna az ember, minthogy a vendégnek kelljen rohannia a WC papír után, és akkor a takarításról, és a fürdő állapotáról ne is beszéljünk. Négy csillagos ár, három csillagos szobáért. Önmagában a nagyobb szoba egyébként semmi pluszt nem ad, legalább egy kis kanapé elfért volna pl.

The price/performance ratio is very poor, check in at 14:00 and check out at 10:00. There is no access to the swimming pool after check-out.

500 Euro stolen from my room sniff hotel staff slow and unhelpful to resolve the problem

Staff, staff, staff. 500 Euro was stolen from my room, they did not want to confirm that my car is at their parking so I had to run away from the place as it could be stolen too. The service quality at reception is low, I asked them to manage the problem with stolen money with the cleaning service because I wanted the hotel and staff to avoid problems with police and it was me to ask many times at reception and send mails without response! The food in restaurant is horrible, fat and monotonous. I wonder about standards of managing this place. Bad experience

the indoor pool area needs an upgrade, lots of the tiles are missing food is really poor… not on a 4* level overpriced for what you get

Nice hotel with good spa, with small areas for improvement

Very central location. Main hotel areas are very modern and recently refurbished. Spa is amazing with multiple saunas and pools of different temperatures. There is a nice private beach too. Breakfast and dinner have limited offer, but are relatively healthy compared to rest around Balaton - though it would be nice to have few more healthy salads or similar options.

The heating & AC system in my room was broken, the staff knew about it and did nothing, so basically there was strong heating constantly on in my room. WiFi around the pool has poor signal and often disconnects. There were not even basic drinks included for dinner, not even water. While the general areas are refurbished, there are lots of side areas that are a mess, with displaced old items lying around. I think for this cost and rating, it should not be the case. The stuff constantly speaks in Hungarian even after hearing I'm clearly a foreigner (but, they were overall friendly).

Location is Good, the wellness are is very Good

the Staff is completly unfriendly to foreigners. They don’t speak a single word of english and none of them make any effort to understand us. Worst than that, as they were having a congress, they simply ignore the guests!!!

It was terrible.The value for money horrible.Not recommended.

The location is very good.

In the lobby and in room was 19 C degrees( November ).Poor dinner.The receptionist in wellness don't change the towels. Take the check-out 47 minutes!!!!!

Great hotel

nice beach.

-outside pool was not working. no one told us before booking - they were constantly out of beach towels, meanwhile we were expecting to receive - staff was extremely rude and careless. never experienced anything like this before

We really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Azur.

Excellent location, great beach for the children. The wellness was super. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

Spent one full day waiting for change of room then safe to be fixed. Wasted a lot of our time.

Next to the Lake and on beachfront. Only one outdoor pool but was OK.

Nest of ants in bed when arrived and was put to temporary accommodation for night but had to be out by 10am and wait until after 12 noon to be allocated a new room. Safe was broken and not secured. Buffet food had little choice for both breakfast and evening meal.

The hotel is beautiful, and incredibly well priced. The spa was clean with multiple sauna options. Room sizes were very generous, with shower bath and balcony!! We really couldn't ask for anything more

Everything was good in principle, but there were many things that could be improved.

Children liked the animation program. When the weather was bad, we could swim and have fun inside in the wellness area - The size of the wellness area is sufficient. All necessary entrances/exits and payments via watch were convenient. The lifeguard allowed me to have a 4m inflatable kayak stored overnight and bad weather in the wellness area behind the sun loungers and I really appreciated this so that I didn't have to take it to the car every time. We didn't pay for parking.

The animation programme could have been better prepared, especially the games for children. Very low English skills of the hotel staff. Very small and limited food offer for lunch. Confused and slow service in the restaurant during lunch when the weather was bad and many people were inside. More frequent and quicker cleaning of the beach after storms and bird droppings would be needed. Outdated and low quality air conditioning in the rooms. More Azurka souvenirs available for sale - it was hard to convince the reception to sell us a small stuffed Azurka when the kids really wanted it and we had to listen to a presentation about some bonus program on 700eur for 10 years. An all inclusive option or lunch or an option to eat and drink all day would be great.

We definitely expected more from 4 star hotel.

The garden was perfect, great area. Also 'Azurka land' for kids 👍🏻

Ants in the room, mould in the bathroom, hairdryier not working, air ventilation in the bathroom out of order, very bad smell also. Very dirty carpets in the restaurant and around the elevator. In the wellness - womens changing room- only 15 wardrobes boxes for the whole hotel, all of them locked and when we asked for keys they said they do not have because the guests took all the keys home.. Problem to order drinks during the dinners, lack of staff. And the bonus, old safe, movable from the wardrobe, thief can take it home. Please see photos. We had booked superior rooms which definitely do not meet conditions. Unfortunately I would not book again.

Unpleasant surprises served by a rude staff

Nice placement, food okay but not great.

No real service, forgetful and rude staff who want to teach you lessons everywhere. the pool was under construction in the middle of high season. Doors of the shower cabin were impossible to close. I could go on and on but just say this: it's not worth the time and money.
