We were very impressed with all aspects of the resort - it was exactly what we'd hoped. The staff, the room, the beach, the included water sports were excellent.
We would like to express our special gratitude to the windsurfing coach Omar - his lessons were invaluable, his professional but friendly attitude and teaching style helped us progress above and beyond expectations. We are planning to come back next summer and hope that Omar will be teaching there again.

Good dinners. Nice pool area. Water sports on the beach. Nice beach restaurant for having lunch.
There is no drinking water in the room. Room is quite small. No privacy on the terrace. A lot of people went through our terrace constantly. The breakfast can be better (there is no omelette, just scrambled eggs, no salmon or tuna, no fresh juices, etc.). Sometimes we are waiting for the coffee about 30 minutes. To be honest, I expected more from the 400 euro per night hotel.

The property is on the water and has a few pools, beach, and water sports.
The service was horrible at this property. It started at check in when we were rudely checking in by Nina. From here it was straight down hill. The property is old and lacks many updates including our ceiling that had wholes and missing a chandelier. The property charges you for pool/beach towels of 2€ per person ask €20 if you don’t return it.
They allow you to eat at designated restaurants but they are all not open each day and will not accommodate for those that have dietary restrictions( eg; vegan)
Impossible to be serviced when paying €30 for access to the “infinity pool”. The restaurants will not let you take a pizza to go because they don’t have boxes.

Both Pools are sensational, the residence / layout is very spacious and beautifully maintained (plants, gras, etc). Many details make it special (e.g. protected lounge / bar).
Very close to the (wide & sandy ) beach.
the kids especially enjoyed the possibilities to try tennis and windsurfing (group courses for free). Table tennis and table soccer was also available.
The breakfast was the most unpleasant experience of our stay. You are not allowed to take anything by yourself. Staff is putting everything on your plate. Sometimes you feel like a beggar if you want three slices of anything…
Extremely boring, e.g. only three kind of fruits (galia melon, cantaloupe, pineapple and sometimes (sour/hard) kiwi) for TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT. Same fruits as dessert for dinner…
In Italy there are so many fruits in season (apricots, watermelon, strawberries, cherries, etc).
Also, the standard cheese for every day was Edamer. Which is strange by itself as Italy has so much to offer but it also tasted like nothing.
Hardly any healthy choices. No oatmeal, seeds or milk varieties (rice, soja,..).
only premixed sugary muesli and loads of different sugar cereals for the kids.
Breakfast is over at 10 but often stuff was not available anymore at 9:20 (bread rolls, yoghurt, etc)
If you are into cakes and other sugary and unhealthy stuff and are not picky about the same every day - than you will be pleased.

Located on the beach with a great offering of activities such as Tennis courses for adults and kids. Food, especially the dinner (halfboard) is amazing. Lots of variety and changing every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is provided for free. Would stay again.

Not representative to pictures/ description, beach is not a sandy one (small pebbles), management very rude, ants all over the room, only room change possible was to an old and worn down room in a lower price range and without refund, when writing with hotel we were told Wi-Fi in room but this was not working during our stay (management said that is wasn’t a part of the service and staff said it was waiting for technician, you pay extra every time you change towels, very public room with NO privacy and a useless terrace not in any way representing with pictures, practically shared terrace with neighbours and everyone walking by 1 m from where you sit, sea view does not in any way look like pictures, when we wrote ahead about dining options they informed we had a buffet and an a la carte restaurant- but not that the a la carte was only for lunch, booking activities trough hotel more expensive than agency, very unromantic place and can not in any way be recommended for couples - probably much better for families with small children (they are everywhere), this isn’t in any way (with or without kids) worth the money it cost

Nice big hotel/club located along a superb part of the coast. Excellent facilities including pools and bars. However our room was disappointingly worn up and not up to what you’d expect for a 4 star hotel. Quite noisy too (neighbors noise in the morning). The hotel being huge, it obviously means a lot of hotel guests and definitely more suited to families than a couple looking for a nice, relaxing stay. Still a nice hotel, with unbeatable views!
The rooms are not up to expectations for this price.

Waiters are indeed friendly. Location is great and the island one of a kind.
When we arrived we were met by a very rude guy that was responsible for taking the baggage with a golf card...at the reception no information was given and they said all information was in the QR code at the wall. If you want your beach towels to be changed you must pay 2 euros each time and if you wanna lay down by the beach you must pay 20 euros if only the first and second rows are available. Check out is at 10am and they only allow to stay at the property until 12 by any means. In years booking hotels here I never had such a negative surprise. Definitely no value for money.

The beach is close to the room, where it is impossible to sleep :))
The lunch is very nice and also the beach bar is a nice pace to stay.
The pool is large and well kept

This hotel rewrites the concept of dissapointment....
And for the ones who pay attention to the sanitary mesurements in place all arround the world, here they act like there is no problem in the world when it comes to dinner time.
We were a couple and thought to stay in three different locations in order to have a general idea of what the island has to offer.
The idea that you are paying in a 4 star resort for a superior double room with seaview and it is impossible , but trust me, impossible to sleep, it is mindblowing.
I can't imagine how it would have been if we stayed for our full holliday in this resort......surely I would have payed extra to switch hotels.
Once we arrived there was the mentioning of a golf cart that will be available to help us carry our luggages......nothing really happend, we had to carry the trollers ourselves for 100 m in the full sun
The hotel manager is very rude and really does not care of your complaints.
I told her that there is no mentioning of loud music between 21:00 and 00:00 and her answer was: "this is a resort, you don't know what happends in a resort? "
Also the dinner is a true fiasco, identical to Ikea restaurant.
And for breakfast, if you want to take your coffee in the room, they will serve it in a plastic glass, no chance to have your coffee in the morning in a ceramic glass while enjoying a nice view from your balcony.
Very interesting is that a 4 star resort with a private beach will ask you to pay 2 euro each time you want your beach towel to be washed.....
And ofcourse, as you can imagine, we arrive at the topic of sound proofing.....you guessed it, they do not know about this concept. All the conversations on the hallways and from other rooms are there for your ears.

The big swimming pool is very beautiful! Even if I’m not a person that likes to stay near a pool all the time, I really liked to be near this pool. The upper part (infinity pool) costs 10 euro per person for a half a day (cocktail included in the price). It was nice to stay there once. The hotel is near the beach. It’s nice that you can take kayaks, pedalos, sup for free. And a group windsurf lesson is free too in the morning. The gardens of the hotel are beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is tasty but chaotic and noisy because of big number of hotel guests.
The bathroom needs renovation very urgently. The shower is very bad. The worst shower I had in a 4 star hotel. The cabin is leaking. The shower holder disconnects from the wall sometimes. The balconies have no privacy because they are not separated from the balconies of neighbours. We paid for a sea view but we couldn’t enjoy a drink on a balcony because you see your neighbours in 1 m from you. Our room was very far from the sea, breakfast, pool. You have to walk uphill and it can be tiring during hot weather for pregnant women, older people, etc. When I booked this hotel I didn’t realise that rooms are located so much uphill.

The food - the place is not vegan friendly and this is not mentioned anywhere.
The breakfast buffet - the only vegan options were the same fruits every single day. There was not any non-diary milk or yogurt (eg soy, almond, etc).
The lunch at the beach bar - the only vegan option is grilled veggies and the staff there were not flexible to adjust anything to prepare it vegan. How complicated is it to prepare the past only with tomato sauce, for example?
For dinner - if you do not go for the buffet (which is 30EURp.P.) , then there are only sandwiches available for eating.
Pretty poor food experience.
No yoga classes are available although it is mentioned on the booking.com site.

The outside facilities of the company were really good, just a few steps from the beach, the staff were really nice although I had some issue communicating at the reception since they did not speak English.
The room was too old and therefore had many issues. The flush was often not stopping, I could hear everything the people from the room above was doing, the staircase was beside the room and too noisy, and the live music has going on until after 23:00hs and I could not relax, watch tv, or sleep until it was over. Also, I could not properly communicate with the reception staff since when I tried to talk with them they did not speak English.
