Probably the most spacious rooms, clean and excellent ocean facing views. We absolutely loved it with the early morning views and sunset. Extremely friendly staff. We had a hiccup with our rental car in Naples and the frontdesk provided us alternate suggestions. They helped book a ferry to Capri, have a shuttle service to the pier and thanks to their suggestions we could visit the excavations at herculenium since we had limited time. They have a nice pool in the top floor and an awesome breakfast included everyday. Their service was amazing and we will definitely stay their again. They are located in Maori which is less crowded compared to staying in other places on the Amalfi coast.

Great location, staff were extremely helpful.
The team went above and beyond providing transport to hospital after an injury.
All in all a great stay.
Pool a little small and pool closed crazy early at 6pm on very hot days.
Transfer vehicle arranged by the hotel was old and a/c didn’t work - expensive for the service provided.

The location was fantastic and the pool area was new and with a fantastic view. The service was great too and breakfast was the best we had in Italy.
The room we had was so old and the beds were so uncomfortable. there were again great views from our private balcony but the rooms are desperately needing a renovation.
the restaurant that allowed kids on the 5th floor… do not go. although upstairs had a fancy restaurant this one was the worst food we ate through Italy and most expensive.

It was clean, staff was great, restaurants and breakfast was delicious, the views were spectacular. I will be staying here again when I’m back in Amalfi Coast.
Nothing bad to say, it was 10 out of 10.

Great view
Room was nice but looked a lot bigger on the website
On the Saturday the pool and bar area was hired out and we couldn’t use the facilities. There was only notice of this on the day. The main restaurant was closed.
Staff were polite but had bad English so communication was basic.
Our room was noisy but think this was due to our neighbours.

location is fantastic, with a stunning view of the ocean. Had a big terrace overlooking the water. Family room was exceptionally clean and spacious , had two bedrooms for our four person family. Staff were very attentive. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The only downside is the sofa bed in the second bedroom in the family suite. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, could use an update or switch to an actual bed.

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and the room was comfortable. The receptionist and restaurant staff went above and beyond to handle my Celiac disease. They took it very seriously and called the kitchen ahead of time so they could make accommodations. This is a rare find. If you have allergies of any kind (or don't) you won't be disappointed.
We had terrible weather. Obviously the hotel had no control over this but we were sad to see the beach closed.

Hotel has an excellent location and an spectacular view. All rooms have sea view and balcony which allows you to enjoy the night and early morning view, very romantically. It is located 5 min walking from Maiori dowtown close to restaurants, shops, pubs and public transportation. Very easy to access other cities from the Amalfi Coast. I highly recommend it.

nothing, it was horrible
The hotel was not clean, there were bugs, staff was rude and not accommodating. Everything we asked for was a problem. The hotel front desk was very rude. There were bugs in the bathroom, in the food, in the wedding suites, and all of the rooms we were moved to. The air conditioner didn’t work and only blew hot air. If we asked for extra towels they wanted to charge us. When I asked the manager to move us rooms because of the bugs in our room it was like she was doing us a favor and not trying to accommodate her guests. When we finally got our new room, the manager made us move right away even though we had lunch reservation. If we didn’t move right away she refused to give us a new room. It is against all health policies to have bugs in every room and they did not want to do anything about it. Even other guests had bugs in there rooms and they had to move rooms. As far at the restaurant goes, if you want to your pasta not cooked, eat here. If you want to eat expensive food that’s horrible, eat at the hotel restaurant. If you like poor service, horrible food that is not cooked, and you like bugs in the restrooms, go to this restaurant. If you want a really bad dinning experience this is not the restaurant or hotel to go to because you will get uncooked food and bad service. This hotel is very cheap, they don’t provide tissues in the room and if you ask for some, they give paper towels. The management is horrible, the hotel is owned by two nasty miserable sisters. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this.

The staff were wonderful - the guys in the bar were friendly and attentive, English really good and the drinks were excellent.
The location is unrivalled too - beautiful.
A magical place and we will be back.
Beds were a little bit firm but aside that ok!
We had something go missing from the bathroom (new linen shirt) by mistake I'm sure as was same colour as towels so maid must have picked up. We had to ask reception three times to check for us as we didn't get any direct feedback, which was a bit disappointing. It never turned up.
That aside I stress this is a magical place and people were friendly and couldn't help you!

Unbelievable views from the balcony.
The service was excellent by all hotel staff and the room was clean with plenty of space.
The location is perfect for exploring the amalfi coast by taxi boat.
The restaurant deserves a Michelin star.
Dream weekend away with my wife.

Beautiful hotel, with a great view, rooms are nice and spacious
Breakfast was nice and had a good selection of food to choose from
Were charged for water from the mini bar despite being told that this was complimentary upon check in, the staff were kind enough to remove these charges, however, was not the best way to end on.
The soundproofing is not the best, when weddings are held at the hotel, it’s incredibly noisy
No tea/ coffee making facilities within rooms or common area
4.0 / 10.0
It had a nice location, with a beautiful ocean view room.
The restaurant staff were incredibly rude and unaccommodating. The rooms were filled with ants and gnats, which is ridiculous if you’re paying 400 euros per night.

view off the balcony
beds squeak and shower overflows. very old fashioned for the price
