Atención del personal

Venia de viaje, se supone que llegaría por la noche pero tuve una avería en el coche, entonces llame al hotel, les pregunte y avise con antelación de que llegaría más tarde, si habría algún problema a la hora de hacer el check in, me dijo el personal que no habría ningún problema, que están las 24h. Después de una horas me sale en booking cancelada la reserva, llame al hotel y me lo cogió otro personal diferente, le conté lo ocurrido y me dice que a partir de no se que hora, se da todo como cancelado. Le dije q había avisado antes por si hubiera algún problema de estos, y no me dijeron nada. Me dice q si quiero dormir, q reserve otra habitación, pagando otra vez, que me de prisa, si no no queda. La atención no podría ser peor, le hable calmadamente y ella unas sin ganas, sin paciencia, unas formas de responder, pésimo atención. Buen hotel, esto solo es por el trato del personal, no habrá desayuno, para tener unos modales así. Que no me toque más de estos.

Good hotel and good location

It is a very well located hotel with fast check in/out and reasonable prices. Free coffee all day is a plus as well. The is a big grocery store just at the door step and another on the back. Also it has a very good access to the road/highway system of Madrid. There is free and closed park underground the hotel. The staff I got in touch were very polite. Finally the hotel allows pets at a very low fee.

Since it is close to a road it is a bit noisy, especially at night, making it somewhat difficult to sleep (at least my room was). My room also had some areas lacking cleaning, like the air vents and some of stains in the walls. In the bathroom the sink was partially clogged and all the other appliances could use a bit of maintenance. The AC/heating was always kind of hot, even after setting in the thermostat.

Comodidad y tranquilidad

La tranquilidad y comodidad limpieza,personal encantador.Se preocuparon de que hubiese productos sin frutos secos ni lactosa.Les avisé con tiempo eso para mi es un plus.La cama muy amplia y confortable, la almohada perfecta.

El precio del desayuno, me parece un poco excesivo ,por ese precio esperaba algo más.

This hotel was easy to get to, the room very clean and comfortable, and the young lady at the front counter was very helpful and friendly with a nice smile each time we talked to her. Free parking under the hotel was super convenient, and breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly too, a bonus for us.

Good size bedroom and bathroom, good to have a fridge and safe in the room. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The pillows were a bit springy/cheap - and the nights were cold. Is it possible to have a blanket in the wardrobe to use as an extra layer if required?
