Agradable estancia de fin de Semana en Pamplona

Alojamiento en piso de un edificio junto a la Clinica y Universidad de Navarra, a apenas 15 minutos andando desde el centro de Pamplona. Solo 2 dormitorios en toda la vivienda, con baño y zona privada para cada dormitorio. Cocina de uso comunitario completamente equipada. Vivienda con bastantes años, pero en buen estado de conservación, limpieza y servicios. WIFI muy aceptable y TV en dormitorio. Algo de ruido desde la calle, pero que se amortigua bastante si se cierran ventana y contraventana (en Verano lo veo peor). Camas bastante duras. La trabajadora de la agencia Zafiro que nos atendió muy muy amable, desplazandose al alojamiento para enseñarnos la estancia y dándonos sugerencias e información muiy util sobre desplazamientos, lugares, zonas de comida y alterne. Muchas gracias por hacernos la estancia en Iruña mucho mas agradable. "Agur" .

Muy bien...pero mucho ruido entre huéspedes

Limpio, agradable

Deberían poner unas normas de habitabilidad entre los huéspedes. No se puede estar oyendo conversaciones telefónicas a voz en grito a las 0:30 de la noche (con altavoz encendido y a gritos) ni escuchar portazos ni gritos a las 5:30 de la madrugada. Aquello parecía cualquier cosa. No pude pegar ojo con tanto sobresalto. Los huéspedes no saben lo que es el civismo y la convivencia. La habitación estaba muy bien.

Bad experience due to a lousy pricing strategy.

The mattress of the bed was quite hard, just like the way I like it.

1. No check-in instructions were provided in advance were provided, although I had asked for those in advance 2. The dynamic pricing: I booked the room a few weeks in advance (cancellation difficult), and the price I paid turned out to be higher than if I had booked a few days before the stay. I understand that this is due to market dynamics, but such a policy can nonetheless lead to an extremely poor customer experience.

Very good stay.

We liked that we had our own room. The beds were also comfortable and we enjoyed the big windows that opened.

There was no trash basket in the bathroom. A little far from the center.

Location.

I think they have many apartments and the room that I received seemed like on a resident unit, not for the short time traveler and I felt very uncomfortable to be an uninvited guest. The keys are too many and too heavy. Everyone at the same stay was insanely crazy for locking their door every minute so the keys were more annoyed. And I felt like the host looks down at the guests, I felt like I did something wrong to her for the whole time of check in.

The room was comfortable. Location is good if you want to stay close to the University area; it is about 20-25 mins walk from the old town center. Nice views over the mountains!

Probably just a one-time thing, but in one of the nights the neighbours were very loud.

Exceptional

Spacious room. They clean the room every day. They change used tows every day. Queen size bed. Location was excelente. 30 mts from Bus Station. Service personnel was very friendly and attentive. I will go back again.

Great option to stay in Pamplona if you don't mind staying out of the old town area

Ample wardrobe with plentiful hangers. Nice bedding, second most comfortable bed all month, and nice window for good ventilation. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. He did his best to answer my questions, showed me things on the map which was provided by the apartment and helped me figure out what buses to take to get back to the train when I left. He even took me to my room and carried one of my bags. That's exceptional service.

Not convenient to the train station. Of course, the train station is downhill and across the river, but I don't think most people come here by train. I couldn't get any hot water, but there was plenty of toilet paper and a nice quality towel. My door was really squeaky, and I could hear my neighbors through the wall. You should probably tell visitors since the guy at reception didn't know this but most things in Pamplona are closed on Mondays, which was when I was there.

Great room, lousy reception staffing

Room was excellent, shared bath was clean and adequate.

Reception staffing and getting room key was poor. They promise to send you a WhatsApp message with directions how to get your room key from an outdoor lockbox. They didn’t send message, despite me calling twice on arrival day to request it. Reception is minimally staffed. We arrived at 2:00 PM but sign on door said clerk would return at 4:00. We called but was told clerk was at lunch. Even if we had the key from the key box, check in would have needed a clerks assistance, since the actual rooms are not where you check in. Also, we were told we had to leave our bags by 8:00 PM that we wanted shipped forward to our next stop on the Camino pilgrimage, because reception would also not be staffed in the morning. All other lodgings have allowed bag drop off by 8:00 AM the morning of departure.
