The apartment is well equipped with everything (kitchen utensils etc. ) you need for a perfect holiday.
The ceiling fans in the living rooms and one of the bedrooms help to keep a pleasant temperature even in very hot weather.
The location is great, just a short walk to the beach.
Two bakeries (Boulangerie) at walking distance.
Communication with Frédéric (landlord) and Mrs. Amaru (contact onsite) was easy, both speak English.
We were there in June 2023 before the high season.

Lage: in ruhiger Straße, 50 m zum Strand, Spielplatz und zu den Strandrestaurants. Meerblick oben; große Terrasse und Innenhof sowie Waschmaschine unten. Umfassende Ausstattung der Appartements. Äußerst schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters auf alle Fragen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Séjour hors du temps incroyable ! Parenthèse hors saison. L'environnement est absolument magique. La beauté de la nature à proximité est un vrai plus.
Idéal pour les amoureux de la randonnée.
L'appartement en lui-même est très bien équipé et très confortable.
Les informations laissées par le propriétaire sont très détaillées et précises permettant ainsi de vite s'abandonner au dépaysement et au repos sans soucis techniques ou logistiques.

Séjour parfait dans l’appartement. Vue sur la mer très appréciée et la Falaise est vraiment à côté pour une petite marche. Parfaite prestation à l’arrivée comme au départ. Propriétaire soucieux et à l’écoute. Juste pour information tout était fermé (Covid ou période d’hiver) à La Franqui. Séjour à Noël 2021.

Vue imprenable sur la mer, contact très sympathique avec le propriétaire, appartement récemment rénové avec une excellente infrastructure plus nouvelle isolation (bruit et froid/chaleur). Parfait point de départ pour tous sports nautiques, à 50m de la plage. On revient chaque année depuis 12 ans. A recommander chaleureusement aux couples, aux familles et tous sportifs nautiques.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage bei der es an nichts fehlt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war vollkommen zufrieden stellen und es fehlte an nichts. Der Weg zum Strand viel mit etwa 100 m sehr kurz aus.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und er war sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Fragen wurden von Ihm innerhalb einer halben Stunde gerne beantwortet.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Frédéric. Appartement très fonctionnel conforme à la description. Petit plus avec sa vue sur mer. Nous avons apprécié le village de la Franqui pour son authenticité, sa tranquillité et son site natura 2000 .

Das Apartment im ersten OG ist noch schöner als ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Der Eigentümer hat Küche, Wände, Elektroleitungen uvm. komplett renoviert. Es fehlte an nichts. Zum schönen, weiten Strand geht man tatsächlich nur ca. 100 m über eine Treppe, Bars und Restaurants sind dann gleich um die Ecke. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch wirklich gute Tipps gegeben, merci! Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel disposant d'une belle vue au dessus des toits sur la baie, juste masquée partiellement par des pins géants . Station à l'ancienne, pas d'immeubles et de béton, des petites ruelles qui permettront de descendre à la plage (proche) ou de monter sur le plateau de Leucate pour faire des randonnées à travers les vignes, ou du côté mer avec une super vue panoramique , de quoi se ressourcer.
Très satisfait de l'appartement et de mon séjour.

Un appartement parfaitement bien placé à 100m de la mer, avec une vue imprenable sur le spot de planche à voile. Endroit calme, appartement très bien équipé et spacieux avec des propriétaires très sympas - depuis 10 ans nous revenons chaque année avec grand plaisir. Fortement recommandé!

Literally a few steps from the beach the apartment is conveniently located with a pleasant balcony overlooking the sea. Holiday lets are holiday lets of course but this has comfortable beds and Internet /Netflix. Our second visit and probably not our last although local restaurant prices seem to have gone up

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue depuis l'appartement qui se situe à véritablement quelques pas de la très belle plage de La Franqui et des commerces. La location est très confortable, le propriétaire charmant et arrangeant, nous espérons pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine !

Tout était parfait, comme sur le descriptif, il n'y a rien d'exagéré.... Appartement bien situé, au calme, proche de toutes commodités et à deux pas de la magnifique plage. Endroit magnifique, de belles plages et de belles balades à faire, dans cette région paisible.... Le propriétaire est bien à l'écoute, tout en restant discret et disponible si besoin... Des bons petits restaurants, les commerçants sont agréables, chaleureux,... La personne de confiance pour l'état des lieux est également très agréable et bien à l'écoute.... Très bon séjour, adresse à recommander, sans hésitation !
