Excellence place for restful vacation. Highly recommend!

Excellent location at the heart of Golden beach. Private beach with enough space between umbrellas and nice lounges. Really good and delicious food. Helpful stuff. Towel service twice a day.

Very few interesting things to do nearby.

Everything was great and amazing at the hotel. We got a free room upgrade from suite to an actual house with a private pool. The staff was extremely polite and friendly without being over friendly. If it were up to me, I would not change anything. Food was really good and had plenty of options both at breakfast and dinner. It's the perfect place for relaxing and having a great time. Only problem is that you don't want to visit anything else while staying there.

The best stay in Thasos

The hotel is really a 5-star hotel, in all aspects. Starting from the comfort of the rooms, to the equipment, to the exemplary cleanliness of the spaces, to the service of the staff who try not to leave any wish unfulfilled and ending with the private beach equipped with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. In my case, the experience at this hotel was exactly as I was promised on the day of arrival: a memorable one, from the first to the last day of my stay.

The hotel was so nice. The room also was so nice. It was big, clean and pretty. Near to the beach :) I want to go one more time :) Employees were very kind.

A truly remarkable holiday. A luxurious resort that can accommodate even the most pretentious guests

We were impressed since the time we entered the reception lobby. The host served us cold champaign while we did the paperwork for the check-in. We received a room upgrade (private pool). The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bathtub huge. The housekeeping was exceptional, every day we received linen and towel change, bath supplies replenishment and minibar refill. The courtesy of the staff was beyond our expectations, every need that we had was fulfilled. Regarding the restaurant, it is hard to find word to describe the variety of menus or the taste of deserts. The waiters were very fast and the choice of drinks was huge. Four nights were not enough for us to even try one quarter of the menu. Everything we ordered was included in the "Ultimate Golden Hospitality", meaning that we didn't have to pay anything extra beyond the accommodation fee (all-inclusive). I also want to mention the "Dunes Beach Bar", where the bartender impressed us with some specialty of the house cocktails, also included in the package. I would totally recommend the "Grapefruit Ricky" cocktail, which was amazing. The private beach is also very close to the resort, no more than 50 meters from our room. Every umbrella had a terminal from which you can order drinks or snacks, which was amazing. I would also like to thank the manager Anastasios Alvanos for the goodbye letter I have received on the email after the checkout, for his amiability during our entire trip and for the passion he puts into his work, which is truly remarkable. Our mind is already set for revisiting this resort the next year.

There is absolutely nothing that I can mention here.

Superb

We didn't like the SPA facilities. We went to the SPA and the lady from there told us that we had to make an appointment because the sauna is not prepared, so we've made an appointment for the next day. The next day when we went again to the sauna she said that we must wait because the sauna is not prepared and it was very cold inside. So, my question is what is the point to make an appointment, we were very disappointed and we left.

Great experience

This is my second time staying in this resort. I was impressed last year thus decided to come back this year and my expectations were exceeded. Very good food and location, kind and competent staff, for sure I will return

Internet connectivity is poor in the whole Thassos island, thus is not something than can be related to the hotel. Anyway this doesn't matter if the goal is to relax - there were plenty of options how to spend the time without internet

A Golden hotel with a Golden staff on the Golden Beach

If you are looking for a place where you can relax, feel pampered and exclusive, enjoy 5 star facilities, a private fine sand beach and transparent sea waters, this is a place to be. However, the real treasure of this resort is its staff, starting from the hotel manager, who upon just mentioning that we are celebrating a special occasion immediately upgraded our room, to Vidka in the breakfast area who arranged with smile a special meal for my husband when he felt unwell, and to each and every person we met who welcomed us with a genuine smile. Thank you, Golden staff of the Alexandra Golden Beach Hotel!You made our stay unforgettable!!!

Everything is superlative. Very friendly staff, very beautiful landscape, large and spacious rooms, cleaning was done in the rooms twice a day, very rich breakfast, everything was perfect. We also had the puppy with us, it was very well received. Note 10+

The best!

The best! The hotel offers a real vacation and the team is above expectations. The most beautiful rooms! I came for the third time and it is more beautiful each time. The hotel has its own beach, very clean and a friendly team that provides service. There are 2 restaurants with perfect service. Really 5 stars.👍👍👍👍👍

we paid 2 days price but we stayed 1 day because of ferry schedule cancellation from Keramoti due to heavy rain/thunderstorm distruption.

Good location right on the beach. The staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager, Christos, was particularly helpful and made our wedding anniversary dinner special.

Car parking could be a little better, but this is a very minor point.
