Arrived as a group of 4 on motorbikes, good secure off road parking for the motorbikes. Staff very friendly and helpful, good bar at the hotel, evening meal and breakfast was great. Nice location though it is ski resort prices for food and beer.
No problems to report.

The customer service here is the star. The owners are lovely and have an adorable dog. The staff were all helpful. The entire place is very clean. The bar/restaurant has been updated and the breakfasts were lovely. The rooms need updating considering the price but were really comfy (I stayed in two different ones). The beds and bedding were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great.
The biggest letdown was that rooms facing the road had to listen to the bar-restaurant music until almost 10 pm. This won't be a problem in the fall/winter if the terrace is closed but I was there during great weather so the terrace was open and pop music was quite loud, probably hoping to attract people looking for a place to eat and drink. If you're enjoying the terrace, this is fine but I'm in bed by 9 pm reading so it wasn't ideal. A room on the other side of the building, facing the garden would have been better. The owners are lovely and this place is welcoming and well-run but the music thing was annoying.

The hotel is in a superb location in Luz-Saint-Sauveur in the Pyrenees. Ideal location for hiking or skiing in the mountains. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.
The Bistro menu in the evening is a little limited, but what is on offer is fine.

Breakfast was ok
Room was on 2 levels, bedroom up and toilet downstairs
There was no information that this tiny room was on 2 levels.
And it was on the second floor so not suitable for anyone who has difficulties with climb stairs.

Well located hotel in a nice lively village in the Pyrennees. It's called 'Terminus' because it's located in front of what once was the train station. Rooms are simple but functional and they have nice views. Even at the streetside (where the hotel bar is), the noise level is very managable and around 23h it's all quiet. We had no problems sleeping. Nice breakfast with fresh local produce. The hotel has a decent restaurant with traditional grilled meats, fish and more modern buddha bowls. The hotel itself does not have a parking but it's very easy to park your car just behind the hotel in the big public parking. To some, the owner may come across as a bit direct, but he's in fact nice and helpful.
The hotel does need a bit of a face lift, the decoration is a bit stuffy and out of date, and there were stains on the carpet in the hall. In high season prices go up quite steeply, and I found the price a bit too much for what was offered. But hey...it's supply and demand. The hotel was fully booked so they can afford to ask high prices.

Family-run hotel, extremely friendly and helpful owners and employees, great location in the middle of the village, very cozy restaurant and bar with cool music, great food and drinks, very good and extensive breakfast buffet. Just perfect!
The hotel, which is getting on in years, but well maintained and preserved, has no elevator. This is just a note for people who need an elevator!

The personnel is super nice and always willing to help, the restaurant/ bar is a really good option if you don't want to move from the hotel. For the breakfast there were different options, including yammy croissants and pain au chocolat.
The rooms are not so spacious and the reception closes at noon, so beware if you are planning to arrive before 16, it could be more difficult to get to leave your luggage.

Value for money, nice and helpful staff

Excellent spot with a nice restaurant and good breakfast. Staff was very friendly. We could easily park just behind the hotel in a parking lot.

Overall a nice a modern place with good taste. Good food and service, well decorated and comfortable lounge and terrace and very well located in the center of the town.
If you are a biker with expensive material is not the place to go. The owner will not find any solution for your bikes whatsoever, not even a simple "I am sorry".
Breakfast starts too late for early bikers too.

Well located, parking included, nice staff
More options (salty ones) for breakfast.

Nice and helpful host who really takes care of her customers. The bathroom was clean and convenient. The breakfast was really nice.
In the quadruple room, the main double bed is quite Ok but the complementary (trunkle) beds are not very confortable. Potentially noisy neibourhood.
4.1
Location is decent however the town is rather small so it doesn't really matter.
Downstairs bar playing loud music until 23:00. You can hear every footstep from the apartment above. Wifi signal is terrible, especially in the evenings. Towels were not replaced daily. Staff didn't allow us to leave our bags before the check-in. The hotel felt understaffed and we always waited for someone to be at the reception.
4.1
Large room, dated but comfortable.
Parking close by and town easily accessible on foot.
No air conditioning.
