Our nightly rental rates include a professional cleaning service so no extra or hidden costs. Situated in a quiet cul-de sac, this large 4x2 house is neat as a pin and ready for that perfect family holiday. The house benefits from 2 large driveways at either side, plus large front and rear lawns. This property can park several large boats and plenty of vehicles. The rear garden is fenced with lockable gates and is set up to cater for both young families or adult groups visiting the area for fishing and water sports. There are several outside taps conveniently located for flushing engines and washing down boats plus the rear patio has several power points to plug in the Engels and bait freezer. BYO towels and bed sheets.

Please note that this property has no heating or air-con. If you are visiting during the winter months you may like to bring an electric heater with you. There are plenty of electric fans for those particularly warm summer periods although the Ocean seabreezes will be enough most days.

Sandowne house has 2 queen double bedrooms, one twin single bedroom and a kids bedroom comprising two sets of bunks plus a single. Sandowne House is naturally cool with ceiling vents to all bedrooms however, fans are provided should you need them.

Please note that this property has no heating or air-con. If you are visiting during the winter months you may like to bring an electric heater with you. There are plenty of electric fans for those particularly warm summer periods although the Ocean seabreezes will be enough most days.

The property was perfectly fitted for our family including our dog. The kitchen was well appointed, great location and had everything we needed. It just needed a better floor clean but that’s the only negative we have

Had an awesome time despite the weather the online pictures didnt do the house justice as it was lovely and spacious and walking distance to the beach. Overall an awesome locatiowoykd definitely stay again

Great weekend with family. Great yard for kids and dog 🐩 Only thing I could fault was the cleanliness. A quick vacuum and mop, and wipe down was needed when we checked in. Would definitely stay again though

For my husbands 50th we had a lovely time at the Sandowne house with family and friends. Would definately stay again however my suggestion especially for the warmer weather, ceiling fans. There were pedestal fans around but it doesnt circulate when you have more than one person. The floors and beds were quite sandy when we arrived. Loved the sea breezes and how close we were to get to the beach. Leanne

The property, location and check in process were fantastic. However there were very minimal amenities provided, only one toilet paper, one bag for bin liner and not even a 1/4 of hand soap. No dishwashing liquid or sponges provided. I would stay again just need to be mindful you’ll need to bring absolutely everything

Couldn't fault the location. House does the job as a family/friend HQ but isn't quite set up as a home away from home - linen and towels, food basics (oil, coffee, tea etc.), cleaning sponges, soap and dishwasher detergent all seemed to be BYO. With an IGA down the road, all of these things are easily available, just at an additional cost. Overall it was a great space for kids and pets, with the owner's being very accommodating allowing our dog to stay at late notice.

Location is great close to beach, easy access, clean, tidy, well maintained by the owners. Price is one of the better ones compared to others who seem to charge over the top. This house price is better balanced, but you will need your own linen. Still worth it, we have been here before and will again for sure. Quite street and a great place to stay.

We loved this Property. House was perfect for us. We stayed in March, the weather was beautiful. But wouldn’t stay here in Summer with no air conditioning. Would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.

We enjoyed our stay Sandowne :) the neighbourhood is such a quiet, nice and friendly neigbourhood. We’ve met a few locals while we were there and we wont be hesitant to come back and stay at Sandowne again. We have bought with us our own sheets and blankies. It was a hot few days, but we aren’t fuss about the heat, we stayed mostly by the beach which was just 5 minutes walk to cool off during the day. The breeze at night time was wonderful. We also bought our own pillows, and by doing so it made us feel alot more comfortable. We can only say wonderful things staying Sandowne. Thank you so much and look forward to visiting Jurien Bay again. The Terry Family :)

1...stairs could probably with some sort of handrail for older people.no creeping to tiolets ,floorboards very squeeky in a couple of places.....

Convenient location and layout but unbearably hot during our December stay (2 of us moved to local motel). Flimsy blinds and floor fans didn't help. Worst affected were the 2 queen bedrooms which hosts later advised after our stay usually had external awnings but these had not been put back. TV and DVD player advertised but only TV worked, though hosts arranged a borrowed DVD player several days into stay. Most rooms very clean though laundry bathroom not. Weed spraying was started during stay, we asked for it to cease as we had small child and pet in group. Hosts kindly offered date flexibility in view of local bushfires pre-stay; while appreciated we felt the "no aircon" aspect should have been more emphasised.

Property was kept neat and tidy, with a great enclosed yard for the fur babies. Close to town and a lazy stroll to the dog beach. Would stay there again on next visit to Jurien Bay.
