Excellent studio with balcony and view, excellent location. Efficient, helpful , friendly staff.

We were really impressed with the effort and attention to detail the owner has put into this property. Our room was spacious, excellent aircon, bathroom well appointed , plus shower products. Best water pressure we’ve had in a few weeks of travelling. The kitchenette was excellent, everything super clean, nice gift basket of fruit and wine . Ask for a chopping board-also hairdryer- they have them at the office. To have room serviced every day was brilliant- as many places don’t do this. The complex is well designed, a bit like a village. It is a pleasant easy meander to the waterfront, plus the neighbouring beach which is quite big. They supply beach towels, plus umbrellas- a big plus .We found a fabulous beach about 15 minutes drive away that also had tree shelter. And the staff we dealt with are just fabulous - friendly , helpful, caring. Definitely a 10 , and well deserved. There is also a little book library where you can leave a book or take a book.

Beautiful apartments and locations. Super friendly staff! Would recommend highly! A wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment and the location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff are lovely and friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect. On arrival we were given water, fruit, local biscuits and wine! Such a treat. When we checked out we were also given some other local treats of honey and marmalade. Can’t recommend enough.

Best room we’ve stayed in yet!!

The property is gorgeous!! The staff is really sweet and kind. The room was very clean and was very well equipped with amenities. Special thanks to housekeeping who made the room even more clean than it was on our first day. The manager was super helpful in terms of helping us arrange a last minute transport to the Port when our ferry got cancelled. Would definitely recommend staying here! The beach is 2mins from the property and is usually not too crowded anytime of the day.

We liked everything!! Elena and her husband are great hosts, and the room was very comfortable and nice. There were Fruits, water, tea and coffee, biscuits, when we arrived. Very good relation quality/ price. In September is a quite place, close to many beautiful beaches We will surely go back, one day!

Excellent stay! We would definitely come back again if we stay in Piso Livadi.

Everything was perfect. The host gave us a warm welcome. The staff was present and kind. The room was great, comfortable and clean. The host really took care of the garden and all the area around the studio which allowed us to have lovely breakfast in the balcony with a view from the garden.

Poor wifi. Expensive washing machine.

Great place on Paros

Nice location in a small town on Paros. Staff was super friendly and the place has lots of amenities such as beach umbrellas and towels. The room was nice and bed comfortable.

Simply perfect

Every thing was exceptional starting from the warm welcome from our host and the beautiful lovely elena till the smooth check out with spiros and in between every thing was up to standard. And i have to mention few points. First we had a bad start of our vacation due to bad weather and our ferry was delayed and i called spiros on the phone mentioned in there confirmation mail and he was very responsive and he arranged a pick up from the port at 11:30 pm in a good price and didn't take advantage of the situation as we missed our rented car due to our delay. We arrived to the studio to find elena waiting for us to check in and found a clean spacious room, some welcome local grapes and local cookies, water and juice plus a very warm welcom. Through the accommodation everyting was excellent, the was cleaned daily, towels and bed sheets changed. Very helpful and nice staff. Everything really was amazing, the place is few steps from piso levadi marina where you can find restaurants and bakery and supermarket. i really would recommend this place for anyone and i will chose it again if we decide to visit paros again. Thank you elena and spiros for everything and for the excellent management of the place we really enjoyed our stay.

the best property in Paros

super clean and really friendly manager. we even got some welcome treats and cold water and juice in our fridge on arrival :) very close to the town and bus stop. they had a beautiful grass area with day beds and some really cute cats!

Superb

Very welcoming, great location just a 5min walk away from bakery, shop, restaurants but still calm/private. Helped with whatever we needed. Very clean, well equiped and spacious room. Internet is not great but not an issue in case you are on holiday only :)

There is only an induction cooker, so we couldn't use our Bialetti for making coffee ourselves. However, there is a nespresso machine in the room for which capsules can be bought.

UNFORGETTABLE

This hotel was perfectly located right next to the beautiful beaches of Piso Livadi - the staff picked us up from the port and had fruits, biscuits, juice, water and coffee for us in the room. We loved this stay and would absolutely return.

super nice!!

The tenants are lovely, super helpful and welcoming. The location and the architecture of the studios are very nice. The room is nice too, super clean, there was 2 balconies. The studios are 3min walking from the city/sea/restaurants!

Fantastic!

The hosts were really helpful and nice. We also received beach towels and got us a taxi. The room got cleaned everyday with fresh towels and clean looking room. The place we stayed (rooftop with balcony) was also very nice with a breathtaking view and the balcony was big. Infront of the door we also had outside benches.

If you in need of a wheelchair or very heavy suitcase, you gotta bring that up yourself. There are no elevators.

I would stay here again and again without a single hesitation !

AMAZING !!! This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Everybody was so lovely and friendly and helped us with everything. We loved the little touches, like the introduction to the area, welcome fruits, and a going-away surprise =) All facilities in the room were perfect. The rooms are a great size, all set up with a mini kitchen. Every detail had been thought and prepared for us just to feel at home. They even provided free umbrellas for the sun... BEST PLACE!!

Great place to go and relax

Lovely spacious apartment with view of the sea. The owners were extremely helpful answering our queries and sharing their local knowledge. Elena apartments are situated in Piso Livadi a short walk from the beautiful harbour with tavernas and bars. Good supermarket in walking distance.The local bus service makes it easy to get around the island. We stayed for 9 nights and could very easily have stayed longer.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, towels changed every day. the apartment was ideal...and the location was perfect... 2 mins walk from all restaurants and beach.

Perfect stay!

Everything was great, the apartment is spacious, very well equiped, with beautiful balconies to enjoy the view. The mattress was extremely confortable. The whole place is calm and peaceful but only few steps from the port with all the restaurants and shops. The hosts were really nice, they provided all the information we needed and make us feel like home. The perfect example of Greek great hospitality!

Exceptional

The tenants of the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The housework was done everyday with bed linen and towels changed each time. Besides, the accommodation is ideally located on the island in a village with excellent places to eat out and beautiful beaches for a quiet retreat. I highly recommend this place which was just amazing. Many thanks to Spiros and Elena.

Very nice studio and owners

The welcoming of the owners was great, the accommodation was also very good and the outside is nicely maintained. It is located close to the center of Piso Livadi (3min walking) which was just perfect for us. We will definitely come back again to Elena's Studios as we really liked it.

Beautiful gem of Piso Livadi

I spent a week in Elena Studios & Apartments, and I had such a fantastic time there! Everything was great at this lovely place: the rooms, the view from the terrace, the proximity to restaurants, beaches, and, most importantly, the hosts Spyros and Evdokia and their friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel at home. The property's public areas are beautifully decorated; I thought they even looked better than presented on the website. My room had excellent WI-FI, was spotlessly clean (cleaned daily), spacious, and well-equipped; the bed was very comfortable. Parking is available on the house's property. And the location of the house can't be better! It's in a charming Piso Livadi, a couple of minutes walk to nice restaurants and bars by the harbor, a five-minute walk to the Piso Livadi beach, and 10-15 min drive to the gorgeous Golden beaches or other villages. But what makes this place so unique are the hosts, their warmth, and care! Each time I had a query, Spyros would reply with a smile, "Don't worry, no problem!". And that's what we need when we travel, a stress-less and relaxing time, don't we? :-) I miss this place - I loved it, and, for sure, I will come there again! Thank you very much!

Excellent place, staff and location

The location is amazing, 5 minutes walking to the beach. The studio was incredibly clean and the staff really friendly. The overall price was affordable and we had our own terrace, good sleep without any noise and nice temperatures. The staff was really friendly and helpful, recommending us where to go and to do in the island. We will repeat!!

Excellent location 2 minute to the port if even and very accomadating staff. Really went above and beyond to organize our transfer to and from the port. Loved the balcony and views of the hills. Would definitely stay again.
