We liked the size of house. That’s all

Large home close to Sharc and village
4.0
This house is great- tons of room, well equipped bedrooms, walkable to SHARC and Village. However, it needs some attention: hot tub was filthy, and when cleaned, only half the jets worked. The bathrooms were clean, but a toilet needs to be examined - didn’t flush properly. AND, the floor was so dirty we did not walk without shoes in the house.

Stayed at Mink 4 with group of 5 adult couples and our young children. House is in a great location walking distance to SHARQ and close to the village. House is stocked with everything you need and is clean. Great home for a family trip!

Always a lovely trip to Sunriver, place was perfect for our big group! Looking forward to coming back!

We had a few families with kids of various ages for our ski trip. The house is clean and conveniently located. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and we never felt crowded.

Great place, with all the needed amenities and space for everyone!

Everything you need for a nice vacation. Well stocked with supplies. Comfortable living room and kitchen. Lots of bedrooms. Pool table is a bonus!

The house was great but in need of repairs
4.0
The house was fantastic, aside from the misrepresentation of AC. “Heating/Cooling” implies air conditioning. The days we were there were in the mid 90s. Other than that, the house was great. Lots of room and activities.

We had 2 married couples and 4 solo people, and it accommodated perfectly. There was plenty of room in the kitchen, dining and living room spaces to move about. The bedrooms were great sizes and very comfortable.
3.0
I would rate the house a 3+ or 4-
The Kitchen was well supplied with cookware, plates & utensils. The kitchen needed more dish towels, dishwasher soap or sponges. There were plenty of refrigerators (3). There was a nice long dining table, with a wobbly leg that needed repairs. The kitchen chairs were hard to get out and bent up. The house had nice bathroom(s) with supplies & towels. The hot water was set too high. My 5-year-old niece burned her fingers after using the bathroom, and I did too. The Main floor front bedroom bathroom had no running hot water from one of the double sink faucets. Also in the same bedroom, the window blinds were broken; the slates had been busted so bad you couldn't use the shade. Also, the bedroom window would not slide open due to the latch being broken. Other rooms had the same problem with broken latches that wouldn't open the window(s). The house had a nice open concept floor plan. The Couch was old and uncomfortable. There was no place to set drinks or snacks. They need to add some chairs (i.e. - lounge chairs) for comfort & seating. "All bed mattresse(s)" need to be replaced ASAP. They were either bouncy, springs could be felt, or nothing but a board with pad on top of it. The hot tub cover was almost impossible to lift. It took three adults to handle opening and closing it. It was very old, saturated with water and weighed at least 200lbs...The location to SHARC and Village was convenient. The train wasn't a problem for us... The house was pretty insulated and on a quiet street.

This house was really nice. It was a really nice view from the living room and it was spacious. The kitchen was in great size and shape as well. So much space. Recommend for a great stay!

Pros: The location was good. Washer and dryer are new. House holds a lot of people. Cons: The house was rundown and need of repairs. Beds were uncomfortable, plumbing made intermittent smoke detector type whining, toilets overflowed with proper use, hot tube was in poor condition, garage door opener was not operational, main tv was not set up for use, rear elevated deck needs structural repairs.

The house is in a great location and sleeps a lot of people- and loved it was dog friendly… however the house is a bit beat down and tired! Beds are not great, sheets pilled, faucets dripping, knobs coming off cabinets etc… it needs a refresh!
3.0
I wish I had been more careful to read the reviews of this home.
Pros:
• Very large, lots of beds, perfect configuration for multiple families with kids
• New clean floors and new appliances and new fireplace
• Plenty of dishes and glasses
Cons
• Dark woodsy location with no usable outdoor space (main deck filled with table; lower has no lounge furniture; both are covered in tree sap and branches; no sun gets to either)
• Hot tub cover is old and unwieldy to remove; hot tub is super chlorinated
• Train track is a bigger deal that you think
• One lounge area in the house, and in that room, just one gigantic uncomfortable couch (no coffee table, no side chairs, no rug - just a single super hard couch)
• Old plumbing throughout - dripping showers, etc
• Mattresses throughout are VERY old and uncomfortable - we slept in nearly every bedroom in search of a comfy mattress. This is particularly frustrating because new king size mattresses can be had in literally hours for less than the price of one night in this house.
• bikes were poorly maintained to the point of dangerous - I’d recommend removing them rather than risking it, if I were the owners
• No a/c. Obviously this was fine when the home was built 40 years ago or more, but we no longer live on that planet - and falling asleep when it is above 82 in the house is hard on everyone.
• Furnace has a “last serviced” sticker from 2009 and air filter was entirely coated in debris and dust - our asthma kid ended up sick after our four day stay
I would only recommend this house for a group that needed a large place to stay and had no plans to spend any time in it. It is in the oldest part of Sunriver, not on bike paths, and not a place anyone would want to hang out just for fun.

Beautiful home! Loved the fire place, the spacious rooms, free cable. This home has lots to offer for those looking to host gatherings. Can’t wait to be back

We enjoyed the location close to the Sharc & village. Back deck was great and hot tub was awesome.

This home was big enough for all of our families. We were able to spread out and have quiet time and get together for fun times.

The plumbing was a mess. The furniture was beaten up. The mattresses were old and lumpy. I can't believe what Vacasa charged for such a dumpy rental.

We had a great time!
I went with a group of 10 people. 2 adults and 8 kids. With the pool table, downstairs and upstairs space, jacuzzi and more, the kids were entertained and were always doing something the whole time. This was while I got to relax in the cozy living room. It was a perfect home for this!

Perfect for a large family
Nice and comfortable layout with enough rooms and bathrooms for our children and grandchildren. The kitchen was very well equipped and the location is very close to the water park and to the village center

Family Vacation
The house was beautiful, and very comfortable. It’s a great location, only about a 13 minute walk to the village. Couple of things that we didn’t like were, 1) there is a train track that runs across the street, in front of the house that was not mentioned in the description. Fortunately during our stay there were only a few trains that went by while we were in the house. You can’t see the track, but when the train comes, you can definitely hear it. 2) A pool table was listed as being a feature of the house, but there wasn’t one. Very disappointing for our group, we had several people who brought there own pool sticks. Vaca did bring us a ping pong table after I requested it. I would stay there again if it had the pool table.

Great home and perfect for multiple families
We just spent 4 nights at this home and had a wonderful time. It was a perfect setup for multiple families with kids. I would recommend bringing extra trash bags and paper towels, as we ran out of both of those quickly. The home is located close to the village and the SHARC. If you do plan on going to the SHARC, plan on sending someone at least an hour early to save a spot in line.

Disappointed
No AC! Mattresses were old and worn down, on every bed. Bedding and blankets smelt and were poor quality, they felt overly used. Bed pillows were disgusting and need to be replaced. Pool table was removed before we arrived. The ice machine in the fridge didn’t work and the hot water was potty. We come to SR yearly and this rental was a major disappointment.

Good for family
Great location if you are interested in SHARC in the summer. Worked well for 3 families, since there is sleeping on each floor.

Great location and space but too pricey for 4th
House was great for 15 of us. Plenty of room and a nice location. Vacasa was also SUPER helpful in getting us fans right away when requested so no complaints there. It was over 100 degrees and the house doesn't have AC but not typical to have that weather so understand. We all just felt that for the huge price increase during the 4th of July it just didn't match...Pillows were thin, supplies were pretty low quality, walls need some painting, bathroom blinds a little mildewy, cheap toilet paper, soaps etc. It is great for a big crowd at the regular rate though.

Big enough for our whole family but could use some extra cleaning
Lots of rooms and a nice location. Except for the train tracks that are only a few feet away(that’s loud at 5am😬) We did enjoy our stay but this home really needs some good cleaning and some supplies. When we came in the first thing I noticed was the spider webs and dust. Several light fixtures were covered in spider webs. The window ledges above the patio had at least an inch or more of dust and I’m not sure what(pet fur maybe?) I found a napkin or Kleenex in one window and another under the edge of the couch. The walls were filthy. The only cleaning supplies were an old broom and a broken vacuum. I even had to call and ask for garbage bags because there were no extras. I used the old broom to clean off the webs and piles of dust and some paper towels to dust a few things and then it wasn’t too bad. The bedrooms, baths and kitchen were nice. No sheets for the pull out bed. The house was just not well supplied and cleaned but it served it’s purpose of holding a large group and the Sharc passes were great. (Trying to use those passes with the Covid reservation system is a whole other story that involves much frustration and tears but that’s not for here) I guess I just expected a little better for the price we paid.

The morning before we arrived we were told that the garage door had been broken by previous renter and they were unable to get anyone out to fix it during our stay--inconvenient to get the bikes out but we were fine with that. It happens. Then we find out it has been broken for months...very dishonest! Just be honest. To add insult, the house itself was not clean. To name a few things--we found hair all over the master bathroom, mold on the blinds in the second master and blood on the sheets in the kids bunk room. We even sent the pictures to the property manager. Under normal circumstances that is unacceptable, but during COVID!? I have yet to hear back from the property manager after voicing our complaints as well as sending online feedback. Very disappointing!

Great location, comfy furnishings, plenty of space
Highly reccommend the home. It was well stocked with towels, blankets, etc. And beds were comfortable and plentiful!

Family holiday
We had a wonderful time and for the most part, were very happy with the house. The heating system needs work, we were pretty cold, especially in bedrooms. There were less(11)of us than originally planned (16), so the kitchen/living room area worked, but the pictures on the site made it look much bigger. Also would suggest mattresses be updated. Other than that, it was great. We loves the location!!

Awesome house close to village
We had an awesome stay! Great layout, deck and location. Easy walking to the village, plenty of space for our group, and the extra fridge is a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Great fall stay
The house met our expectations. We loved the large, long dining table which was where the best trip memories were made. The additional full-size refrigerator was a nice surprise. The kitchen provided everything we needed but could be a little tight. The size of the house allowed for a nice balance of common space and privacy when wanted. Some basic maintenance is needed - knife/scissor sharpening and sink drainage clearance. The SHARC amenities - indoor pool and tennis courts - and bicycles were a huge hit. The small amount of trash/recycling bins are inadequate for the size of the house. We would definitely return.

Nice place for a large family gathering
This place was nice, Loved the couch space and there was enough seating for everyone. They could work on doing a better job cleaning, there was mold on our shower curtains, and there was an area by the dining table that smelled bad, couldn’t figure out what it was. Also, bring your own bikes! Couldn’t find decent bikes that would work, bikes should not be included in their advertisement. My bed was not comfortable, I think some bedrooms had better quality beds than others. Either way, our family enjoyed our stay because we were all together! :-)

Good location.
Well taken of and very roomy for a big family group.
