Beautiful hotel on the beach with amazing staff and excellent service. Amazing breakfast.
Dinner restaurants are clean with excellent service and wonderful staff but maybe a bit overpriced for quality of food. when you consider location though…

Fantastic location on what is possibly the best beach on the island.
Beautiful and huge gardens to the front and especially the rear of the hotel. Good hotel shops.
The Coral wing superior twin was quite large and clean and everything worked fine. It had a wonderful view of the turquoise sea!!
The bar/cafe food and drinks were expensive but the ambience was brilliant!! So enjoyable.
It’s a huge hotel, so quite relaxing to walk around.
Staff mostly friendly, if not so well trained.
You couldn’t help thinking that the sole objective of the hotel was to extract as much cash as possible from every guest with the minimum effort!
The rooms are top price, but there was no welcome drink and they even wanted rent to use putters on the putting green!! A room leaflet said they also charge rent for a corkscrew!! That must be a first!! Unique!!
Room … Twin beds different size and shape, mattresses very hard, no balcony chairs, no towel hooks in the bathroom, wall mounted television was off centre and although they had satellite channels all the non Japanese language channels were blocked off, so no international news or movies!! Perhaps unique in the world!! I’ve never experienced that before, even in Japan!! Definitely not an international hotel!!
The really great hibiscus bath salts on the first day were not replaced until we requested them on each of our subsequent nights!! Why not?!!
Dining … Nirai Kanai was kept freezing cold!! It took a long argument to be permitted to eat at a warmer outside terrace table at dinner and at breakfast!! Guest’s wishes should be happily accommodated!!! Food was ok. Not luxury hotel great, but not bad.
There were no theme nights or entertainment, so rather basic and boring. Kind of three star.
I canceled my Barbecue reservation, because I was told that although the food was ok, it was very expensive and very little. Guests had to cook their own food at their table, so not a real barbecue!!
There are many guest rooms, but very few facilities. No fitness centre, no table tennis, no pool/snooker, no darts, no library!!! The children’s facility room was empty!!
At night, the gardens had a few lights, but they were really quite dark!! They need to be lit with beautiful lighting so guest can enjoy a walk in beauty and safety!!
My son’s family room was given two sets of towels for his family with the explanation that the number of towels corresponds to the number of beds, not the number in the family!! In a “family”...

Well organized in a beautiful location. Staff was very warm and nice.

Beautiful beach, amazing sunsets. Comfortable clean rooms and great view from the balcony.
Food selection was quite limited, dining places close at 8pm with last order at 7pm - it’s too early for those who want to enjoy the beach and sunset and have dinner afterwards. Since there were no other dining options available nearby you have to stick to the hotel food, which was not bad, but not great and the choice is few.

Upon checking in, we were given a room on the highest floor, which had an excellent view of the pool and beach. There was easy access to Yonaha Maehama Beach from the Hotel and very clean shower facilities. We had a delicious BBQ on the second night at sunset and a very kind member of staff offered to take some photos of us. We could also hear frogs at night, which was really lovely and added to the relaxing, natural ambience.
That we couldn’t stay for longer!

It’s clean and it has a very good view, the room is big and comfortable and the staffs are great!!
I think more improvement about the food in the restaurants 👍

Property located in an excellent beach, staff are friendly and bilingual
Mm perhaps the price, but considering the location of the resort, is not too bad ...

The hotel is trying to charge me extra fees three weeks after checking out and paying in full.
The beach was off limits after 6pm and beach access limited at all times. This information is written in their Japanese site but not on the English version. No explanation was given at the hotel verbally or in writing. In addition, at check in, the clerk promised to contact me later about the breakfast tickets. There was no contact from staff at all. I stayed at this hotel two years before with my Japanese wife and had an excellent experience. This time, with my kids but without my wife, the experience couldn't have been more different.
