About this apartment rental
Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenbergplatz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe district in Vienna.
Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows and 2 Toilets (WC).
Consists of Two separated large and spacious Bedrooms with high quality beds with best comfort mattresses and High definition 42' TV's in each room.
Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.
Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street 'Landstrasse', 'Botanical Garden' and 'Belvedere Palace'.
For example you can reach the Vienna 'Opera House' which is located in the very centre of Vienna with tram 71 within Minuets.
ATM/Bank, Supermarket and restaurants are literaly next corner to our flat!

Pros:
1. The apartment is in a good location.
2. The rooms were big and bright.
3. Located on the first floor so you could either take the stairs or elevator.
4. It had a washing machine, but be sure to bring your own detergent.
Cons:
1. No one could come to visit us for coffee/tea. I stressed that they were just visiting not sleeping over. Strict policy that was not clearly stated in the ad.
2. There is no dryer, only drying racks.
3. The half bathroom was locked and inaccessible.
4. Some parts of the floors were dusty and left the bottom of our feet black.
5. Some windows didn’t have blinds and were directly facing neighbours across the courtyard.
6. The Bathroom’s upper window’s privacy screen didn’t fully cover the window and one could see the neighbours’ windows and vice versa.

I would suggest some of the little things to be managed - more drinking glasses, decent towels in particular.

This apartment is very clean and well kept with everything you need. The apartment is very basic and does not look lived in but it is very comfortable.

Loved this apartment. Mani the owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Apartment was in a nice area, outside of the old city but extremely well served by transit to the airport and all areas of the city. Could have walked to all the main attractions if we had wanted to. The apartment itself was extremely clean, large bright and airy and the host provided towels, bedding etc. We would definitely use it if we visit Vienna again.

This is a very clean and roomy apartment, in a very convenient location a block from Rennweg station (just a couple stops from the main train station, or from Wien Mitte, where you catch the airport train). Or, you can take a streetcar downtown. Would be great for a family with kids, as there are two separate bedrooms and plenty of space.
Highly recommended - sorry we couldn't stay longer!

Three of us booked the apartment based on the description and, by and large, were fully satisfied with the apartment where we ended up. The location is easy walking distance to trams and trains, as well as very close to a variety of shops for groceries and other items. It is also very convenient to reach many of Vienna's tourist attractions. (That said, the meeting place for the host is NOT the building where you are likely to end up staying. If you go inside at THAT address, it is far more sketchy-looking.)
As for the apartment itself, the kitchen is supplied with basic equipment for cooking, and towels and bedding are also supplied (although not toilet paper or laundry cleaning materials). The rooms are very large with high ceilings. The building also has a lift, which is great if you have large bags.
There were several small niggles about our visit that I feel should be flagged. First, our host found it difficult to believe that three women would be travelling together if they were not in a relationship and had not made up all of the beds. In addition, although the apartment was advertised as having 1.5 bedrooms, it is apparently their policy not to open the separate toilet unless four people are staying together. Once those matters were sorted out, however, we had no issues.

We had a great stay in Vienna at this apartment. We were visiting our daughter who was studying abroad and there were 4 of us in the apartment. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and kitchen well equipped for breakfast and simple meals. Bathroom was spacious and convenient to have a washing machine but no there is no clothes dryer- we had to hang clothes to dry. Easy walk to grocery stores to get food and drinks. Owner Mani lives in the building and was very available to answer questions or to help with anything. Safe neighborhood and apartment was very clean and warm. No common living area but there is a tv and seating in each large bedroom which was comfortable. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay at this very clean and well located location in Vienna, The check in process with Mani could not have been smoother. Highly recommend this property for a stay in the heart of this beautiful city.

I was not able to go to Austria due to the war -- my flight was cancelled -- I reached out to Mani who refused to give me a refund nor provide me a credit for a later time. He pretty much ghosted me -- and kept my money

The apartment was very clean and very spacious, the full and half bathrooms were very convenient, and the size of the kitchen provided ample space to gather around the table. And to top it all off, the location can't be beat. We walked to the grocery stores, the train station was less than a block away, and we even walked to and from the Opera House almost every day. We also used the Vienna Pass during our visit, and the bus station was a close walk from the apartment. If you want to visit Vienna, this is the place to stay!

Lovely stay in Vienna
It was quite easy to stay here. Mani made the check-in process quite simple. I suggest if it is your first time to Vienna to use the Tram line 71 the first day or so. You pick up the line steps from the apartment and it takes you to the most popular places in the heart of Vienna.

This unit was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are very large, beds were comfortable and the unit was a great value. The metro station was a short walk and we utilized Vienna’s easy to use public transit to get to city centre. Mani was fabulous. Very responsive and friendly and available for anything we needed. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Mani the owner was awesome! Easy access on arrival. Easy exit on departure. The apartment looks exactly like the picture, but the actual being there is even better. Very Clean, large spaces. Everything you need. BIG bathroom. All grocery and drug stores. Easy access via tram maybe 10-15 into main part of Vienna. We walked along the wonderful streets about half hour.
