Loved the surroundings 😃

Breakfast was excellent and staff on breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly

Location easy assess to buses and trains. In lovely grounds with nice walks by the river. Nice breakfast.
Coffee from the machine, tasted artificial. Having to pay for a decent coffee at the bar at breakfast.
3.9
The staff was amazing and the location is good. It's a 20 minute walk from the train and a 20 minute walk from a major shopping area in a good neighborhood. The major shopping area has some very good restaurants.
The room looks and feels old and shabby. The look doesn't match the pictures. The TV in the room is so small that you might as well use your personal tablet or laptop. There's no laundry service. They don't have hand towels. They will send you messages via Booking, but they won't respond to messages that you send them.

Amazing hotel and location. Staff were simply the best, nothing was toi much trouble. Breakfast out of this world.
The only issue was the rooms are a little small for the price.
3.9
Staff stellar, breakfast buffet stellar, dinner very good, seeing the Blacks practice/congregate so fun!
My twin room was not a 4 star room but the staff more than made up dog any room disappointment. Still great value!
3.9
Out dated, dirty room with limited facilities. Very very thin walls- could hear every movement in the surrounding rooms. Don't stay if you want a good sleep!

The location on the River Thames
The rooms were of a poor standard and expensive
3.9
Continuous noise at night inside the hotel, doors slamming etc

Location of hotel was good, entrance looks grand and there was sports facilities and a nice garden.
The room we were given was not part of the main building. There is an annex building at the far end of the car park which is nothing like the photographs on the website. It is a brown 70s looking block building, to access this you have to go through the entire main building, across the car park and you don't feel part of the resort. Rooms looked tired and no view outside of the grounds or main building. It is quite a long walk to get to any of the main facilities or to feel like you are actually in the resort. Also bad experience with staff when the lock to our room broke. Made to walk back and forth 4 times between our room as reception (which is not easy to get to) before they would believe the lock was the issue not the key card. They eventually sent a maintenance person to check and only after that did they attempt to resolve the issue.
Very disappointed with our stay, not at all as was described or shown on the advert or web pages despite paying a reasonable amount of money to stay there.

The location of the hotel was lovely .The suite we stayed in was nice and roomy.
We were phoned by the hotel prior to our arrival about a dinner reservation which we had pre booked. We were not told on the phone about there being a limited menu.It would have been nice to have been told before hand .The breakfast was very not organised. We were not taken to a table .The tables were all dirty with plates and cups not cleaned away .We had to ask four different members of staff for a hot drink .

Breakfast was good.
Fans outside of the room were quite loud and room was quite small.

The ground and the recreation facilities were very good. The food choices for breakfast and dinner were excellent. The rooms were a good size and well equipped. The staff were helpful.
If you want to go into London CBD each day without transport the location is a bit far away.

Layout of the bedroom was very odd and made it feel small. Bed was quite small.

Good selection. Well presented and kept topped up.
Tea was at best lukewarm.

location, beautiful building and grounds.
Our room overlooked a roof of another annex.
3.9
Location brilliant for rugby.
Our room was very small but adequate. As it is a spa there were loads of children around in the bar area. Breakfast was cold!!!

The Lensbury helped save our family Christmas! On the morning we were due to travel to London to stay with family we heard that we'd have to make other arrangements due to Covid in the house. The Lensbury had one family room left so we snapped it up. The room had two double beds at either ends of the room and an en-suite bathroom. We were on the third floor with a view to the river. The staff were great, and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was of a good standard, and the coffee bar does great coffee and cake.
The only thing that went wrong was that we'd booked (by telephone) a table for Christmas lunch, and found out some hours later that they were already full and shouldn't have taken the booking after all. The member of staff called us to apologise, and fortunately we were able to make alternative arrangements.

location was good for what we wanted.
The bed was tired and the mattress had collapsed on the edge.
3.9
breakfast super fine
we want back to there in summer and stay more nights

Location it's easy to find and impressive building as you arrive. Parking is easy enough to find. The spa treatments were exceptional, and this was the only best part of the stay,. I would come back again for the massage! It's clearly a good location for gatherings.
Misleading to find out we were staying in a separate building and had to walk across the car park (on a cold December evening) between the health club, and the main building with the spa and restaurant. We were not prepared for that! Our building looked like a student hall.
Our twin room was tiny and had no bathroom door so no privacy. The safe and fridge door in the room was stuck and we could not open at all, so there's no point even having that in there.
The restaurant food menu was standard but could have been better. I had a steak medium rare, it arrived mediocre and with cold cherry tomatoes on the side.
For breakfast we were told there were no tables left and had to eat our buffet breakfast off a sidetable, which did not feel very accommodating.
