A kilátás a tengerre fantasztikus !

Great food, close proximity to the beach
Tricky parking, 1km from the hotel
5.0
Starting with the location - first row on the beach with proximity to two different kiosks.
The room was great and exactly as advertised, double bed with a double bunk bed for our girls.
The room was always clean and had all the facilities we require. The balcony with sea view was a delight.
The food was good (we've had breakfast package) with nice variety.
The staff was always super nic, serviceable and helpful.
The included parking was one of the best features, not having to worry about the car was really a blessing.
A great place for us, we will be back

It is impossible to rent a bicycle for the period more than 2 hours.
Waiters can not speak English.
Awful wi-fi in the room.

The breakfasts were wonderful. The dinners were simply superb. Many thanks to the restaurant team! Our whole family had an unforgettable experience with Italian cuisine. The hotel is in very good condition. Everything is very clean, including towels and linens. We were given a good parking space in the hotel parking free of charge. The hotel is located on the first coastline. One can sleep with the window open to the sound of the sea surf.
The Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak. But in the reception area the signal was strong and the internet worked well. I would recommend the hotel management to install Wi-Fi signal boosters on the floors.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is located on the first line. The restaurant has a sea view, so you can enjoy the wonderful view while having breakfast. Rich breakfast. Smiling staff. Directly behind the hotel is the shopping street with restaurants and shops.

Dog friendly, not just “dogs allowed”, but friendly. Parking is one of the best in Jesolo, it s near the hotel.
I think one lady at the recepcion was not to kind. I think she was littel bit rude. And (I think the owners) at the reception they never say hello, not once in a day, like noone. They were not busy, just talkin to each. Exept Monica. Thanks for her. She was so nice, kind and our cleaning lady too. She smiled a lot, and helped us, when we asked to clean later. Sometimes a smile helps. There was a good coffe machine, but we cant ask from it, for normal, good coffe, just like the americano style from the other machine :( It s ok in a 3star hotel, but most of the hotels now using good coffe machines, but we saw it, it was there, they used it, but told us, we can t have coffe from it. It was littel bit weird. Our bed was a extra bed, not a normal bed. But we didn t asked for change, because we knew our room was the last room, and they don t have free. You have to change matrasses. Have to.

The best about this hotel is definitely Luana. She was very kind and helpful. Besides her the rest of the stuff was also very nice. We traveled with a little baby and a dog and both were accommodated very well. The hotel is clean and spacious. Our room had a big terrace and a beautiful view of the beach. We asked the cleaning ladies not to clean our room, but they always very thoughtfully asked if we need any extra towels, sheets or bags. We had a free parking as promised, a bit packed, but it didn't produce any issues for us. Breakfast was fine. It needs more variety though.
First of all the elevator is horrible. Okay, it is old and slow, but it is the only one and there's always some wait time. Also when you call it during its ride, when it finishes it forgets that you called it. And you have a couple of steps before entering the elevator which is very irritating when you have a stroller and I don't even know what do people who use wheelchairs do.
Second and the most annoying thing was the feel that the hotel is trying to get every penny it can. They mention you have free beach spots for their guests but that is only if you take back seats. So you actually pay 7e per day and you can't skip even one day to go to Venice or anything else, because then you lose your spot and they can't promise to have one for you later on. Then the showers which you also pay for. You pay 3e for the bracelet which you can then use until you use up the 10e that are on it. Shower is 50c. So we tried to spread those 10e for as long as we can just to find out in the end that they charged us 3e per day we had the bracelet. This is all small money in comparison of what we paid for the whole stay, but it leaves a very bad impression. Also you can use those bracelets to lock the safe on your umbrella, but only on the front seats. Beats the purpose because the front ones you can see from the water and the back ones you can't
Third, there's many small things to improve, like the buttons for putting blinds up or down in the room. You need to stay bent over and press them and hold until it reaches the top or bottom. It's easier just using the old school manual blinds. Another thing we needed, since doors are heavy, is a door stopper. It was very hard with suitcases or stroller.

The location was great. Right near the beach. The sun beds were inclusive. The hotel met my expectations, the stuff was very friendly and nice.
The food and the choice of meal were quite poor. Was not a freely Swedish buffet. The food was behind the glass and you needed to ask every time how much would you like and what food is in pots. Variety of food was quite poor.

I returned after a couple of years break to Hotel Nizza Frontemare. The cleanliness, the quality of food, the staff and absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you Hotel Nizza for making our stay unforgettable.

Breakfast and dinner booked and was very good. Limited menu but very tasty - dinner was always very well cooked and presented. Location great - right on beach and shops etc short stroll away. Excellent service in restaurant and room very clean.
Maybe more choice on food but otherwise nice stay

Superb location, very clean, friendly staff and great Aperol Spritz.
Only issue, a guest had her dog sat on her lap during dinner, perhaps it is allowed though!
