Perfect location if you want to go to Gran Sasso.
The place is lovely and the view is fantastic! Peace and nature all around. Very recommended!
Everything was perfect

Breakfast and dinner were very good. We had booked two rooms, one room was excellent with a balcony the other room a little disappointing as it had a high window that you could not see out of, so felt a bit claustrophobic.
Did not like the room with the high window. The room itself had plenty of room, but you couldn't see out of the window.

Really excellent stay at this hotel. Staff were all extremely friendly, room was comfortable, location was great for a day on the slopes of Gran Sasso but what sets this hotel apart was the restaurant, which was simply superb. First class cuisine in a wonderful setting. Would definitely return.
Nothing. Everything was great.

perfectly located 5 min walk from the Gran Sasso cable car. Spa strongly recommended after a full day of skiing

Very well run hotel, excellent food, comfortable restaurant. Hotel was small and cosy, staff kind and effective.
Our room had only one window high in the wall so you could not see through it, what made atmosphere there a bit strange but otherwise it was comfortable and big enough, bathroom was quite big and very clean.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming, including being able to provide a snack when the kitchen was theoretically closed. The hotel in general had a relaxed atmosphere, and the location provides a good base from which to begin exploration of the Gran Sasso in summer. The breakfast was fine, and the coffee very good. The WiFi is surprisingly good for a mountain location.
There were a few odd noises during the night which might have been from the room adjacent, or possibly expansion and contraction of the timber unit behind the fridge in my room. Whichever it was, my sleep was disturbed. The dinner in the restaurant was o.k., but not great cooking.

Very clean, tidy and nicely furnished. Welcoming bedrooms with clean bathrooms, very good varied breakfast with a fantastic selection of cakes, pastries, sweets, fruit, cereal, cheese and hams, etc.

Great location in the centre of the Gran Sasso and close to the main scenic road. Staff was kind, and the restaurant had a good selection of locally sourced produce. Particularly enjoyed the tagliere with prosciutto and pecorino, truly delicious!
The room was unexpectedly hot (albeit, we were there during a heat wave!), and I realised later on that it was downgraded and not the one originally booked. Not a big deal, however I would have appreciated the aknowledgement and adjustment before the final payment.

The family room was big enough with a lovely spacious bathroom. The breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and extremely convenient for skiiing.
There were no tea making facilities in the rooms so you had to pay for hot drinks in the bar. The wellness facilities i.e. swimming pool and jacuzzi were out of action which was disappointing.
